Capital One

The Capital One Credit Card is so easy to use especially internationally! They have some of the best customer service, not to mention no international fees! I have had the best experiences with this company and I have suggested this credit card to all my friends.

Our Capital One credit card is great. We have the no annual fee card that still comes with benefits so that makes it nice. We have never had any issues using it anywhere and the interest rate is low if we don't pay it off by the end of the month.

Capital One is the only credit card we own and we have always really liked it. We can use it anywhere and we slowly build the rewards that are fun to use at times. I would recommend Capital One to anyone looking for a credit card.

We have 2 Capital One cards and love both of them. The fees are minimal and the rewards are amazing. Even if you lose a card or have a fraudulent charge it is super easy to resolve. I couldn't say enough good things about Capital One. Get a card from them if you don't already.

I own the Savor Rewards card by capital one. You earn 4% cashback on dining and entertainment. We wanted this card solely for this purpose. I get 8% cash back on tickets at Vivid Seats. The rewards add up fast. I also get a food delivery credit each month!!

We have been members of Capital One for a number of years and they are hands down the best credit card out there. We just took our boys on a trip and used our Capital One points. Double the points on every purchase. Can’t beat that.

Love my Capital One card. I have a very low interest rate but I pay my card of each month anyway. I get flight miles that can be used on any airline. Customer Service is great waving fees when they didn't have to. And their online site is great and easy. Highly recommended.

the easiest online application. within a week i received my card in the mail. i had a family emergency and need to go out of town. to my surprise i was approved for a credit increase. the monthly payments are decent, fits in my budget. customer service is wonderful.

Easy Approval and Credit Limit Increase. i have a lot of credit cards and this by far is the best because i am not getting numerous telemarketing calls from them. They send me everything through email, even my statements. They send me a reminder of when my next billing cycle is due. When i had a question they were helpful and kind.

easy, fast approval and you get your card within less than 10 days. Interest rate is high. Payments are affordable. Customer service is nice depending on the agent you get. Easy to make payment arrangements. Statements were readable.

This was the first company to approve me for a credit card. My credit wasn't that great and they still approved me. They help build credit and they even helped me get back into shape when I missed some payments. They are so good to their customers.

I have had a Venture credit card for the last few years. I love it! I love the double miles reward on every purchase. I don't like the $60 annual fee, but since I probably earn close to $1500 a year in points, I cannot complain too much. I use this card for everything.

This is the greatest card! (We have the Venture card). We earn roughly $1500 of travel per year using this card. It helps to pay for our yearly cruise. I love just having one card so that I can easily keep track of expenses and payments. We have never had a problem with this company. We have now had the card 3 years.

I've been with Capital One over 10 years and they told me they can use my debit card no more for a payment so I called last month September to make my payment and a customer care girl tells me you can make that payment with your credit card cuz I was going to make it with my MoneyGram app and she takes my payment I always make more than the minimum the minimum was $61 I made a $75 payment she takes my debit card information but she doesn't ask me for that zip code we all know that you have to ask the ZIP code the first time it doesn't go through the second time she says it goes through but she didn't ask the zip code and then 4 days later they're automated man tells me hey you have a $25 credit so two weeks later you know cuz you know these people are in the business of blood I called a check and I'm of course I'm 121 overdrawn and I have to make a payment immediately so I call their customer care I tell everyone hey I made my payment boy was I insulted by a bunch of people that told me they're a collection of people said if I had a dollar for everybody that told me they made their payment well dude if you had a dollar or ever doing anything honest you might be rich but you're never going to be rich because you work for Capital One and when I finally did get to somebody that was professional this is what you told me we're going to listen in our back room you know where we get high and look at the film or listen to the messages even though they can record you and you get record them and of course I was right but you think they would admit it no they just told me we're going to wave your late fee for September and so I go okay but let me make September's paper and October no that's all right you're you're good for September you just got to make your October payment boy what a lie that was their computer generated their girl told me I'm not a credit expert like nobody is there the only experienced anybody has there is isn't lying and she tells me I don't know if if we report it lame it's computer generated went straight to bike at my credit score was a 750 I wonder if anybody there working has a 750 score so she tells me don't worry and you know when people tell you that don't worry especially with credit they're lying to you and you're going to get screwed every time and you know what I thought these people really cared my daughter just recently had kids twins her first babies and she has post pregnancy depression severely she hasn't bonded with the kids I've been taking care of him is that really Zachary Lee Michael Anthony Zack and Mack and one of them had a little heart murmur you know I just Grandpa hasn't taken care of kids on decades and I told that to some of the people that worked in the senior account specialist they know some of those people are really got hearts and everything but some of them they didn't even take care of my grievance let alone file it that's what makes me even laugh more and then they give me a cease and disorder saying I threatened bodily harm to their employees I'm 62 years old my God Carlos can you be even a bigger sissy than you are have you come on but you know what I don't have no ill will till you people it's not my fault that you guys are unprofessional and you think you're professional and when you have a degree in what lying I mean come on you know it's even funnier is when you you called her corporate headquarters number and you get somebody in Asia and you ask him he can have the corporate headquarters number and they say this is it and I go oh I didn't know there was Virginia Asia what county is that in and you already he tells me it's in the District of Columbia that's Colombian to him cuz that's what he was smoking in Colombian what a laugh but I have no ill will tell people to Capital One you know even though the girl lied my credit score come down you know what can you say some people are going to hell and some people are going to heaven and Capital One is the number one going to hell take care and hope all your dreams and wishes go true for all the families and workers at Capital One take care and hey what about my grievance Carlos

I love Capital One. Because I am going through a debit consolidation they have been patient. I didn't want to add them to the mix but the amount of interest and debt I had it was a need.

Worthless customer service. I disputed charges for fraud and even after Capital One' lazy Fraud Deptartment said I had to respond a second time I made sure to do so via signed confirmation along with 12 supporting pages to my dispute. Not one individual from Capital One could confirm receipt of this in Salt Lake City UT so now they are reporting derogatory to my credit report. Its not big deal because Capital One is a garbage company and I used to work in commercial collections so I will be handling this the legal route. In the meantime I recommend staying away from them and check out the other credit card company with 24/7 live USA support.

Capitol one is a great company and gave us a great rate when we purchased our vehicle. They have a great customer service group and I have never had any issue with Capital one.

Never had a problem with capital one. I had a credit card with them and haven't really had any problems. The only issue right now is we just paid off our balance and it is taking forever for it to get back to 0$

The secured Capital One Mastercard is a great way go to build your credit. I sent in $75 , and got a $2000 credit limit. I only use it once a month and emergencies only, or booking hotel rooms etc.

Amazing service and rates. I also financed three cats with them. They even have convenient apps and one that tracks your credit acore called credit wise. I highly recommend their services.

This is a pretty typical credit card as well. We get some money back in points and we are pretty responsible with our credit cards so that's a nice feature to have. All of them have high interest rates if you ask me, but you know that when you sign up for them.. Customer Service is good.

I love the savor card, you earn cash back when you spend and can use it towards your transactions. The interest rates are just too high but overall a nice credit card to help build credit.

Capital One has been very helpful in getting me on track with my credit. They offer a credit report and text me when I miss a payment. They even offer suggestions to help me stay on track. Thanks for thinking of the consumer.

They aren’t the best and not the worst I would say they are just another run of the mill credit card company. Pretty much only catering to the very rich and leaving us regular customers to well nothing just make sure that you pay on time because removing a something from your credit report is like herding cats. Oh they are quick as ever to get it on your report but getting them to remove it. Let’s just say don’t go there
