Capital One is a good card. I also have a checking account with them and am happy with it. The only issue I have had is my card being blocked from making a purchase that was supposed to be discreet. But since the card didn't work I had to try an ATM, still couldn't get money out or reach customer service because it was at night. The next day I spoke with a representative who unblocked my card , but I would have preferred to not have had to speak about it his with as anyone or have the embarrassment of my card not working

What a great company. In August of 2017, one of the corporate agents sent us a gift that we use every time we travel. We had called Capital One about a problem we were having with the hotel we were residing in. The agent was so professional, kind, caring, and GODly.

I use many different banks, some good, some not so good, above all Capital One is my favorite! They have the best phone support and their mobile app is really slick, fast and super user friendly. I also got a car loan which was painless and only took minutes to complete. Good job.

I have been quite happy with Capitol One these pas few years. Their phone app works really well, and they're very good about reminding you about upcoming and past-due payments. When I fell behind in payments due to sickness, they had a special hardship program to help me catch up with my balance. The reps, although offshore, were knowledgable and empowered to help. I recommend their credit card product.

Quicksilver is a good card with good reward points. Nice signing bonus too. Capital One on line savings is competitive with it's rate but does not lead the pack. CD rates seem to keep up with interest rate trends and fed increases. Website is easy to navigate.

They're giving me a chance ever though I defaulted on one of their auto loans. They even offered to settle for a fraction of the remaining balance. They still approved me for a credit card that I can add my 16 y/o son to, to help him start building credit.

I use my Capital one credit card for many things. I really like how I can keep my rewards and they don’t expire. I have the option of getting them in cash or use them to pay my Capital One bill with them. I usually just let them keep building up.

I have had 2 credit cards and an auto loan through Capitol One. They have been the best when it comes to customer service; every time I call I get to talk to someone pretty quick and they always have an answer to my questions or concerns. Rates are on the low end and most of their cards comes with 0% interest for a year. Would recommend to anyone

Recently, I was encouraged to apply for another credit card for the family's use. Of course, there were several things to take into careful consideration. The regular concerns like fees, APR, just to name a few. My Capital One credit card offered me and my family more than what we expected. Cash back on purchases, manageable interest rates and a lot more made this a favorite for my entire family. Respectfully whenever there was a particular concern a Capital One service representative was always available to help with the best and reliable customer service.

I have multiple cc's and have been a customer for a long time. I am only keeping these cards because of the length of credit added onto my credit history. I have not been able to merge my cards and I have not had a credit line increase in a very long time because... Basically they don't feel I spend enough to get an increase on any of my accounts. One of the cards still charges me a yearly fee even though I've had it many years and I have other accts with them, they will not waive the fee. I used to have 1 or 2 bills automatically charged to each of my Capital One cc's, but there is no benefit for me to do thatanymore. I will use my cards about once a month now just to keep them active, but other than that, I have no use for them.

I have really enjoyed banking with Capital One. I feel like they are great at marketing to their target audience of young adults and millennials, and I like that their online banking is sophisticated. I can do almost everything online. I did have some difficulty getting proof of a deposit for my mortgage lender, they could only provide me with a hard copy not a fax or an email. I also wish that they would allow you to have multiple debit cards (you can have multiple debit accounts, but not multiple cards).

The rewards are amazing! Imagine getting 3% back on restaurants & groceries with their Savor card! And I get 5%back when I shop online with their Capital One Walmart Card! And both cards are accepted everywhere else as well. Shopping with Capital One is a "no brainer". And the phone app is so easy to use. Highly recommended!

What I really love about Capital One is that you can have them automatically transfer your cash back rewards when it reaches a certain dollar amount (minimum $25). That way, I get my money without having to do the legwork. I have all my recurring charges on this card.

This is a great company to build your credit. Someone got my info and tried to purchase an expensive suite and I was immediately notified and was able to block the transaction. Had a new card coming before I was able to call them.

I love my Capital One credit cards. They have a pretty huge selection of cards with great bonus rewards. I especially loved my Savor card that gave a $400 sign up bonus (if spend enough in the first 3 months). And great kickback on all dining and entertainment after that.

Capital One has great benefits cards for most regular folks - a card focused on food and grocery, an all purpose cash back card, a travel card, etc. The application process is SUPER easy, and their online card payment tool is even easier to use. I always felt like Cap One was incredibly transparent and not trying to obfuscate my spending or interest. I have 2 cards with Cap One, and may even get a 3rd.

I carry the Capitol One Cabelas card. Capitol One has been a great company to work with. I always pay my payments on time but a few months ago I missed my payment deadline. I called Capitol One and they helped me get it paid and waived my late fee. I appreciate their customer service and taking care of me as a client.

It's easy to use your points, no restrictions, no excuses and its actually fun to use them. The interest rate is low, we pay it off each week so we never pay interest. I have told a couple of friends to switch over to Capital One. Never wait for a long time when I can in, which is a huge deal for me. I love their commercials too

If you have just average credit not bad but not perfect this is the card for you. I get cash back on every purchase I make. I love this card because I can use some or even all of y rewards towards my monthly payment. It also gives you a backup for purchases made. The customer service is always excellent if I've run into a problem.
