We are big fans of American express. The customer service has always been so good. The only thing I hate is that we have to wait until the end of the year to get our cash back rewards.
I've had my card since 2018 and used it when I first got it but now I haven't used it as much as they haven't offered me new incentives.
AMEX in my mind is the best CC. Easily the best customer service. Great card options, usually reasonable rates and good promos. I wish more places accepted them, we are getting there though.

The card is good. the interest seems to be bit higher than other credit cares but as long as you don't forget to pay before the end of the month it's good. I have simple card and get a few points with every purchase. It adds up over time and eventually turns into a $25 gift card.
When I signed up for my Amex through a Delta promotion they offered my 40,000 flight rewards which was awesome! The points along with additional ones helped me to book a flight. I have had a good experience with my card. My only concern is that it isn't accepted everywhere, which can be a problem if I don't have cash.
Rates have fluctuated but have been pretty steady. I use it a lot and having the sky miles on it has been great. They've been really easy to work with when my card is compromised or for any fraud activity.

I’m glad I have an American Express card. Our local grocery store recently stopped taking Visa but they do take American Express. It’s good to have another type of card when retailers do not accept all types. American Express also offers great incentives and gift cards when you use their credit card.

I have several AMEX credit cards. Cards are usually accepted in most places. Benefits from most cards make it worth to have. and rewards are easy to redeem. I had my credit card information stolen once and AMEX was great to work with.

I was just deciding what credit card I was going to get from American Express and both options are great. Either the delta flight perks or the Marriott perks. We decided to go with the flight one because if you spend a certain amount of money in 3 months you get 2 plane tickets. There is an annual fee of $95.
The reward points for using American Express are amazing! The one downfall is that it is not accepted everywhere, so I sometimes have to pull out my visa! But if you're willing to do that at times, it's totally one worth having because i comes with great perks!

I have had an American Express credit card for many years and I like the freedom of having a large limit and so I am not worried about going over my limit. I also like that they have many anti fraud features on the card and if there is any problem provide great help and customer service.
The annual fee is just to much to make it worth while. I enjoyed the miles I got as the benefit but it probably didn't offset the cost of the fee. The customer service was good but I just didn't think it was worth keeping.
I had an American Express card for quite some time. I actually really liked the card and benefits but the yearly fees began to just be too much compared to my other 2 cards. I would recommend Amex to anyone who doesn't necessarily care about the annual fee.
The Delta American Express is the best because I'm able to earn points on regular purchases everyday. These points turn into miles really fast. They are constantly having deals for more miles on restaurants, and you can even shop on their sky mall. The best is being able to board early on flights by just showing my Delta American Express. American Express is used everywhere and all over the world.

I cancelled all my AMEX cards after some bad experiences. This company has poor customer service, increases interest rates often, and changes card perks without communicating. I was particularly disappointed in their Delta/Amex partnership and the frequent changes they made to those perks with no notification. Use anyone but AMEX.
