Verizon has by far the best service and is always reliable. The only downside is they don't value the customer and is no longer compteitive with price which would make a user leave and switch to another carrier.

My phone uses Verizon, and I love it. I have unlimited data and it never slows down. I have heard of other companies doing that, but Verizon doesn’t. It is great to have.

I've been with Verizon for about 10 years and while the service is very good, their pricing is a little costly. I don't think one phone, one line, should cost $120 a month. After my current phone is paid off I plan to switch services.

I have had only good experiences with Verizon. they are the only cell provider I will use. Verizon and their customer service team extremely helpful when my phone was stolen and were able to find a solution that made sense.

I have not Verizon for several years, and I miss their coverage. They seemed to have the best coverage to me of all the providers I have owned (T-Mobile and AT&T). The only complaint I had is they were a bit pricey.

Simply the best coverage in the US. Their prices are a little too high and they don't really know what "unlimited means." Also, for international travel they don't have as good of offering as t-mobile or local services.

Great company, have been with them for several years without a lot of issues. Sometimes though I do think long time customers deserve a little break too. Over all though I have great coverage and have always been able to resolve any issues or questions I have had with service or charges.

I didnt use verizon for very long but it seems way to expensive for what you get. T Mobile has much better prices for pretty much the same data. The plus of verizon is maybe if youre in the middle of nowhere but honestly that doesnt apply to most people.

Okay service, not nearly as good as they make it out to be. Not a bad price but not great either. I am disappointed in their honesty. I bought a phone with a guaranteed $150 rebate and I had to go through the rounds 5 or 6 times and finally when I threatened to take them to court for it they gave the rebate out. It was ridiculous.

Definitely prefer Verizon over any other phone carrier provider but I don’t appreciate that Verizon can be pushy and not tell you about certain hidden fees and extra costs. Service depends on where you go mostly I feel like. But overall good phone service, pretty much everywhere!

We currently use Verizon for our family cell service - 4 phones, we find they have terrific coverage especially when we travel. The cost seems a little higher than other companies. We like how they send texts informing us on how we are doing on our data usage for the month.

The service is the most consistent of any cell provider I know. It is the only provider that works in both my hometown in Iowa, and my college town in Utah. The do, however, change their prices and policies constantly which is frustrating.

My husband has Verizon and I use AT&at and we both have iphones but for some reason he cannot perform certain functions while talking on the phone that I can- like sending a text or browsing a website. It seems Verizon limits your ability to multitask.

I have been a Verizon subscriber for 15 years. The cell phone coverage has never been this bad. I have dead zones all over the place, in the middle of a city, suburban area or rural, it doesn't matter. On top of that, the price is higher than ever and the endless loops trying to reach customer service is maddening.

Ongoing connection issues. Have called numerous of times with no resolve. Each phone call was an hour plus with different department telling different things. Was promised a credit for a 100 dollars which i never got. Worst customer service ever. No integrity or commitment to their paying customers.

The service coverage is weak, they slow your data speeds because they can't keep up even when you haven't gone over. They are the WORST at charging extra feed and surcharges for their plans. They hit you with a 3 month prorated bill and they have all kinds of hidden fees. Way to expensive.

Absolutely the worst cell plan experience, and that’s saying a lot! Billing is off by a lot from the plan, always in Verizon’s favor. The technology and app are a disaster and cause so much wasted time and frustration. The signal is no better than discount plans.

Terrible service. Coverage is a total lie. Supposed to be 5G? Half the time we had no bars. Calls dropped regularly. They are the worst ever if you have a warranty issue. Cost was 35% higher than AT&T. Store was convenient, but they aren't helpful.

They do not help at all. They’re quick send you a bill but would send me my plan to activate my Disney plus and Walmart plus. If they had a zero star I would’ve gave them a zero star. Plus the guy who hooked up my WiFi seems like he was on drugs.
