Verizon is a good reputable service. Their prices however, are quite high, I have 4 phones and pay way more than my friends. As soon as my contract is up, I plan on switching to T-Mobile.

They are expensive to have a plan with, to be by yourself on a Verizon plan it cost over $150 dollars it's cheaper to have 6 people on one plan then to be on a plan alone that's ridiculous.

Coverage is good, and I don't have dropped calls. Customer service has been good. It is very expensive, though, and other companies offer free cellular service while abroad, but Verizon does not.

I would not use them at all!!! All they want is money. I have never had an account wit’s them. My mom has and I was on her plan for a few months. Some how they got my ssn and put all her stuff on my credit. Comepletely distroyed my credit. I called them to get it off and they won’t unless I pay!!! It is my moms name with my ssn. It is hers not mine. Now I have to take them to court.

Bad customer service, you get so many different billing amounts and can't explain why the billing amount change from month to month. My bill for two lines with taxes was not to be no more than $175.00 a month, but somehow for two months straight it jumped to $1.059.58 for one month and when I called in, the automated system said it was $1779.67 with a payment of $312.00 posting 07/13/2017 and a last due balance of $2107.35. So I decided to contact the FCC.

Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When you want to talk to a representative prompts guide you thru a menu that takes about 10 minutes to navigate out of and than in disconnects you. If you are lucky enough to get in touch with a live person they tell you they will call you back and you never hear from them and your issue remains unsolved.

I found their customer service to be terrible. If you ask for corporate or a manager you never get one. In the store you go in for a phone and they try to sell you nonsense accessories you don't need. They made a billing error in November of 14 and it still is not completely resolved. Never again will they dupe me into being their customer-------anything is better, even prepaid, The bigger you are the harder you fall ----you can't keep treating people so poorly.

I went it to a Verizon store and was told that I can't keep the plan I have. When my contract is up I have to pay the same for less. I get 6gigs of data and was told that will be dropped to 2gigs, for the price I am paying. But I could pay more to keep the 6. I asked why, they told me this is what Verizon is doing, doesn't matter if you had them as your carrier for 20 years or 2 minutes. I told them when my contact is up I will be leaving. They have no loyalty for me, then I have none for them. They are not the only carrier in town, they aren't even the best.

Had problem with my new s5 and the upgrade to lollipop. having terrible service problems that weren't there before. Their response was to wait on the upgrade to the upgrade. so in the three months i am waiting i have horrible service. Upgrade came and not much better! I am paying prime rib price for bologna service!!! Reading online I see I'm not the only one with the same problem. Their solution is to put a band aide on the problem. I am stuck in a contract so I don't have much recourse. As soon as I'm free I'm leaving!!!!

High Prices! For the same service you can get elsewhere for cheaper! Nothing outstanding! only customer service reps that criticize you for paying on time and don't value a good customer! Comment if you don't pay on time we turn off your phone! REALLY! Asswipes! Over charges on Data Fees! Thrown off UNLIMITED DATA plan because needed to upgrade phone after my phone was lost in a home fire! REALLY! Scum bags! Termination FEES are outrageous! Can't wait for contract to be up to DUMP VERIZON!

After being a longtime and formerly happy Verizon Wireless customer for years, for the past 5 months Verizon has continued to bill me for a home phone number I do not have. They continue to bill fees for a phone number based in California when I now live in a different state. Visits to the store where I did the transaction have not resolved this problem. Phone calls to customer service have not resolved this problem. I have complained to the FCC. I am extremely disappointed with this situation.

When I had verizon & my wife had AT&T as we traveled from Indiana to west coast, she would always have a signal & I did not. Once past Chicago my verizon phone was almost useless. Had to use her phone to call into dispatch. Was very upset about this and later I switched to AT&T also. Never looked back. We both still have our AT&T cell service & internet also.

The customer service end is very bad. My wife and I have had to send our tablets back several times for warranty repair. All they do is lie to us. And we have caught them in several lies. They do not repair them and send them back saying they haven't acted up. But when they try to work on them while we are on the phone with them they tell us they =are bad and they need replaced. Their service is disgusting.

Terrible Customer Service. Samsung 4 constantly dropping calls. Attempts to improve result in worse service. Sensitivity is at least 25 db worse than other S 4 that I have compared with, Verizon states this is normal but I and others disagree. No help from Verizon on phone problems. Latest SW update fixed some problems but created new problems that Verizon doesn't have a fix for.

I went and upgraded my kids phones ,I was told it would be 190.00 /mth I have other stuff on here as well . I got my bill it was 229.00 called up the help center no help went up to the store ,talked to a guy I always deal with said it will come down. This month I got my bill 220.00 Called up and he told me he would call me back , that was arnd200,its now 1100 and still waiting.. I want what I was quoted at or I guess they can cancel my service and I've been with them for about 20 yrs.Not a Happy camper

My experience was real bad, the assistant gave me the instructions bas and I could not use my Verizon during a cruise but I was charged for $100.00 dollars, and when I went to the office another assistant without costumer service triaging treat me as if I was illiterate and told me that if I did not pay the bill my service was going to be cut was so rude that ZI prefer to come back home and pay it because I need your service, but you need to train your employees

Verizon coverage was getting sketchy and I signed up with another carrier. Called Verizon and told them I was dropping/cancelling my account with them immediately and to send me a final bill. Paid the bill in full when it came. Got another bill from them and paid it in full again figuring maybe there were residual charges after canceling. Called Verizon again to verify I canceled/was canceling account. Note: I did not owe any money for a phone or anything. Apparently Verizon will not let you go as they continued to bill me, even after notifying me that they were disconnecting me for not paying any more bills. All this time I was using a different carrier. I am a little stubborn when it comes to extortion. They turned me over to a collection agency and of course this affected my credit rating. Some online research reveals this to normal practice for Verizon. Prologue: After a long time I get notices from that they "want me back"! It will be a cold day in (an evil place) before I ever deal or recommend Verizon.

I've been with Verizon about 20 yrs. I have never received good service from them. The customer support is a major hassle to contact. I could call them today with an issue, and I would get an answer however true or false. I could call tomorrow and ask the same question, have the same issue, to the same department and get a different answer, non of which I found to be helpful. I think the appearance of their customer service located at malls is deplorable and so is the behavior. So one might ask, why do you stay with them so long. I stay with them because I've been with them for so long, I'm too lazy to change, but eventually something will not set right with me and I will walk away as quickly as I signed up with them.

They were expensive & really restrictive when it came to phones that you could use. I felt like by the time you paid off your phone, it would need to be replaced or wouldn't work properly. Didn't feel like I got good service & it would always take forever to get help at the storefront.

Great service overall, albeit a bit pricey, I think you have to pay a little extra for excellent service. I wish they offered existing customers free phones like they do new customers. Loyalty should count for something.
