I had Verizon for about 14 years with 2 phones and paid 140.00 each month. So we retired and decided it was getting to expensive. Went to transfer my phones to another co and Verizon charged us later for months service we didn’t have them and tried to explain it twice to them and ended up sending us to collections when we didn’t pay for services that we didn’t have with them. This will probably ruin my credit. I hate them for this . I want everyone to know how bad this billion dollar company acts toward a customer that was with them for so long and never missed paying a bill in the past.
