The Magenta plus family plan is pretty reasonable compared to other providers. Netflix inclusion is great. Coverage in the neighboring city (American Fork) is terrible over a very large region. This is a major issue for our usage.

Before adding my wife to my cell plan I had the misfortune of having to borrow her phone on occasion when I'd left mine places. Service felt spotty, calls would drop in areas that I never had problems with my service provider and the internet speeds just aren't nearly as fast as marketed.

If I could give zero stars I would we bought the buy two get one free phones and for the last year I have been battling with T-Mobile to pay my 400 and something dollar bill and then they send it off to collections and say sorry about your luck I’ve taken over a week off of work and multiple personal hours just to try to talk to people to get things resolved and none of that happened they tried to charge me Double Vie old them and it has been a very bad experience stay away from T-Mobile watch what you sign they are horrible right now go with prepaid they still 900 and something dollars out of my account that’s almost a month worth of paycheck I almost lost my house over T-Mobile it took them seven days a refund it and then they added that 900 and something dollars on top of The other $900 that they said I owed them in which they promised me up the promotion which was half of 900 and here I am a year later battling with T-Mobile through collections agencies when I have four children and all we have are two phones that are 200 bucks apiece at Walmart right now T-Mobile has honestly getting me high blood pressure and I’ve had panic attacks I’ve had to go to the hospital once because of talking to one of the supervisors basically saying well there’s nothing we can do now that it’s like elections when it was all their fault they never would call back they would never call back I called and called and called and they would never call back and when they did call back the few times it was all bad I had bad cellular service when I first started with T-Mobile so they let me switch carriers so now I’m using T-Mobile phones on a prepaid service and then there was this one lady that had everything lined up and I was just starting to pay my monthly payment and then the next month it said I cannot no longer pay , Honestly I was skeptical on whether I should post this review or not because I don’t want T-Mobile trying to come out for me and Try and take me to court and put their big expensive lawyers on a hard-working man with four children but inside their computers is all the evidence that’s needed to prove them wrong and then I am right if they were to call me and say that they will keep their promise and I can just pay the 400 and something dollars that I owe them I would gladly do that! But other than that I’m looking into talking with my private attorney if they keep messing with me

T-mobile has extremely bad coverage in the area I live. Having gone in to talk with them, I feel like I get the run-around. Talking on the phone to customer service isn’t any better. But, I have dealt with worse. So I would say T-mobile would be one of my last choices and would have to really do something big for me (or save really big) to make me come back. #Notfor10yearsMinimum

I find their prices to be very great however I would rather pay more to have greater quality service Wi-Fi Internet and Bluetooth capabilities

Had to call customer service 4 times the tablet that was suppose to be free was Not. Requested a return kit and didn’t get a response till 3 days later. There’s more but I think this is enough info.

However, if the site is a sales only office, you won't get much technical help, and will have to find another location to help you. After signing up with the friendly staff, they were not as effusive as they were in their "sales mode."

what it was crazy for T-Mobile, Just one time I went to their store to take a quote and comparing their offer with other companies and they make an account for me and they charge me $57 for that and they told me it is refundable. after that I went to sprint and made my decision to switch to sprint and I backed to store and refund my money ($57). The problem started after 3 months, one collector called me that you have an account with T-Mobile that you have to pay $207 your balance. I didn't know what was that I called to T-Mobile and they checked my account and they said you don't have any account with us. after that I didn't care about that collector call, but every month someone as a collector call me to follow up for that balance and finally they reported to my credit and I couldn't do any thing.

If It was for me I give them no stars but I have to give then at least one. This is for everyone. This company is really bad, is not trustful. They offer you something and without you knowing they scam you. If they send you something to sign make sure you read it before signing it because they change everything they told you to a different deal and when you know it you call for help and they don't help you. They just said you sign it. And Like a said I learn my lesson because for trusting this company. They put me an to a deal that I didn't want. They offered me 2 phones that supposedly there were half of and they end up charging me full price because the agent that help me put me an a different deal, different than what he told me that's why don't trust this company. If you will get with them be careful. They will scam you and they have very bad services and they don't help you with nothing.

Good simple lower cost plan for family. Pioneer in features which forced other carrier to follow. For example int'l text. However, the biggest issue is coverage. We didn't see any improvement with the hyped 600mhz band. I carrier a VZ phone for work and the coverage far superior everywhere I go.
