I love the CEO and think he's innovative and creative in his approaches to advertising mobile. I am a proud member of the Magenta family!

5 bars. 72Mbps download & 27Mbps upload with 4LGTE. Jump plan for only $2 more than standard insurance. Small monthly payment if you want a flagship phone. I add $20 to my bill for unlimited 4LGTE service as I burn through 14-20 GB data every month. Sure, I'm not paying $30-50 a month for service. But to get my features on your carrier you'll be spending just as much if not more.

Switched from Verizon this year. I have more bars at home, more bars at work, TRULY unlimited data (no throttling games), NO contract, FREE data roaming and FREE texts in Europe, and starting this month, Canada is free. Great selection of phones, but all these whiners who complain about that need to realize with T-Mobile you can bring your own phone, so virtually ANY GSM phone that takes a SIM card will work no matter where you buy it. OH.. and did I mention I'm paying about $50 a month LESS than I did with Verizon? This really is a no-brainer.

Well I have been a customer with T-mobile for a while now over 5 years maybe more.
I have tried different phone company before and which I don’t like it but what I like about T-Mobile The representative they very kindest. They’re Giving the best service to a the customer they making sure the customer satisfied and happy foreign service. maybe different peoples that like different company. But I cannot speak for no other people only for myself that I did get the best Service From the representative ,and the best of it
I have no complaints throughout this year negative thank you to T-mobile.

Prior to joining T-Mobile, I felt like every phone company was out to extract as much money from me. When I signed up for T-Mobile I was amazed when I got my first bill and it was clear to understand, I didn’t have excess fees that I wasn’t expecting, and the customer service is great. You can tell they treat their employees well when the people you’re talking to are inquisitive and willing to make sure you (the customer) is happy. I also added their child phone app to my kids phones, and it does a great job letting me control what my kids access. Overall, T-Mobile is the only large company that I trust to put my interest, as a customer first.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for 10 years. The reason is service. They tell you on the phone that they want you to have a positive experience and they aren’t kidding. If you can’t get something done over the phone, you can walk in to their stores and have 3 people ready, willing and able to help. They know the issues inside and out. Plus! They have the best prices. I went to another service provider for a few weeks because of a promo and came right back to T-Mobile. They were awful--started gouging me. I was so glad to get a friendly, English-speaking local on the phone again to help me with some issues. Another thing--no holding online endlessly at T-Mobile. They’ll call you back really quickly if they’re busy--it’s the best way to go and doesn’t waste my time.

Love me some T-Mobile! I have been with them for over 10 years and every experience has been great. When I have had a problem or a concern with my billing/phone the customer service department has been amazing and super helpful. They recently changed their policy so that each phone number had a specific team that handles customer service calls; which means when you call in, the notes on your account and the people working on it all know you and know what their team mates have done on your account. It saves so much explaining- also the cluelessness of the usual customer service game.
Their coverage is comparable to other providers. The prices are extremely fair, and they offer deals and promos frequently. Super happy with them!

SINCE JUNE 6,2025 I HAVE BEEN GETTING REPEAT CHARGES AND NO MATTER WHAT MY BILL IS AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE PAID MY BILL SOME HOW IT NEVER DECREASED AND SOME HOW INCREASED AND SEVERAL TIMES BACK TO BACK THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE AROUND 3 OR 4 AM AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY SO CALLED PAST DUE AMOUNTS THAT SOME WAY WOUND UP HIGHER THEN THE LAST BILL I JUST PAID AND EVERY TIME I HAD TO PAY A $20 RECONNECT FEE YET I KEEP GETTING CHARGED FOR THAT AS WELL. IT STARTED IN JUNE WHEN THEY WRONGLY CHARGED ME $375.56 WITH $313.51 PLUS $25.36 UNPAID RESTORE CHARGES AND A SO CALLED ONE TIME CHARGE OF $7.05 WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED EVERYTIME AS WELL MULTIPLE ONE-TIME FEES. WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THE MATTER I WAS TREATED RUDELY, TALKED TO LIKE I WAS SLOW, OR UNEDUCATED AND UNABLE TOREAD OR WRITE. I HAVE FILE COMPLAINTS AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO DO THE SAME THING AGAIN TONIGHT THEY WILL BE DISCONNECTING IT AGAIN AFTER JUST CHARGING ME $71.01 JUST A WEEK AGO TO RECONNECT WITH $20 RECONNECT FEE THEY SAID HAD TO BE PAID TO EVEN GET IT RECONNECTED. AND NOW THEY WANT $81.01 PAST DUE AMOUNT AND RECONNECT FEE OF $20 AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING IN ADVANCE FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S BILL I'M GOING TO TRY AND SEE IF THEY WILL GIVE ME A FEW MORE DAYS TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT THEY CLAIM I OWE AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS. Absolutely worse customer service you will ever experience. There is no customer service. I have been a customer with their mobile service on 5 devices for 19 years the one time I call for assistance they have zero assistance they will repeatedly tell you go to website even after asking for a supervisor the agents will continue to repeat over and over the same thing and tell you that the supervisors don’t have time for your call - I had to ask for a supervisor 11 times before I got to talk to someone else. Customer service reps are answering the phone and reading computer scripts like a robot and they CAN NOT answer anything using their brain or even find the answer since they don’t know how to use the system to find the answer. Once finally getting a supervisor she tells me they can’t do anything with billing , changing dates or etc their system no longer lets them do anything and that this change has been in place for about a month. I ask for a higher up person since I will be leaving them after 19 years and she couldn’t provide that and she didn’t care that I have been a customer for 19 years and had no customer service skills to try to retain customers. The reps can’t even provide an email or phone number of a customer experience line, or anyone or any department. If you are with TMobile which now stands for TERRIBLE MOBILE run , start looking for a new carrier don’t wait till you need their customer service and find out like I did that they have ZERO customer service they are less then robots on the phone they can’t answer anything or do anything you will be constantly told if you can’t do it on the app or website then they can’t do it or answer any questions or provide any info.
As I stated before don’t wait - run from this carrier, I am looking as of today for a new carrier that will appreciate their customers and actually have customer service and someone to help you when you do call them. T-Mobile is officially TERRIBLE- MOBILE ….

We have been T mobile customers 2 and half years. I have a business and it was recommended to have a business account , which would cover all family - 3 people. The problem started when my husband dedicated to get local phone number on I phone ( he had Sumsung , due to have Apple Watch for his fitness. Local store convinced hims to get great deal to receive new old model sumsung phone and two Apple Watches free, He asked them Several times is it really free and he can cell them and answer was “sure” . It turned that we started to pay for three lines which we didn’t use and couldn’t cell “free staff” if they are not paid off. We recognised that we were scammed and decided to move out from this provider as soon as we can . We paid off for two watches and two limes with paid off phones transferred to different service providers. But because we had latest items and the line which kept promotions hold us back. I tried to close my business account to individual and cancel lines which will be not used. It took overall more than 10 hours calling and waiting to get service for business account. First transfer conversation was in August 2025 where I explained situation and asked to create individual account for two lines for myself and promotion line. It was promised that my business account will be closed, promotions and equipment balance will be transferred to individual plan. However, it turned around that promotion line was sitting on my business account and I had a balance to pay in November as $157. I called again, it took me 5 hours to get individual account clarification with the promotion line to make sure that that number included in my personal plan and remove what we do not need anymore. I also asked to explain charges of $157 on my business account, but they said that do not have access to that account due to it closed, local place told us that they do not have access to business accounts as well. Last month, November, 25 th $157 was taken from my checking account as autopay. I made a bank dispute to return that money. ( I didn’t used that account since August and previous balance was paid . Now , December 11 I received letter that I am own outstanding balance in $177 and if I will not pay, it will go to collection agency.
It is sooo frustrating on how much we paid for thing we never use and service never received/- extra lines and extra equipment ( we had 5 phones and 5 watches for three people for a year waiting to make a change as some equipment was payed off in June 2025. It feels used to get as much as they can. We are elderly people with minor in household, and being tricked and manipulated.

About a month ago, I reached out to T-Mobile to inquire about switching three lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was interested in their mid-tier plan which was about $140 per month for 3 lines.
I only really needed one new phone, but the sales person I was speaking to on the phone upsold me on three new iPhones 17s and an Apple Watch. Each device added about $10 extra per month, so I was expecting about $180 per month. However, he quoted me about $210 per month, all-in, with taxes fees, and the device payments. This is when the sales person informed me that the discounted devices were only available for their top-tier plan of $170.
At this point, I'd been on the phone for two hours, and even at $210 per month, I was still going to save about $30 per month versus Verizon. So, I went ahead with the deal.
Then, my bill comes in and it's nearly $260. I pulled up my billing details and found that the price of $210 DID NOT include the device charges, taxes and fees.
I called their customer service to inquire, and found after nearly an hour-long conversation, they told me there was nothing they could do. They got the charge down to about $240 with a discount for auto-pay, but could not honor the $210.

I've been a satisfied customer for over 5 years. Love that hot spot is included, as does my child when she wants to use her tablet in the car. Have used my phone without problem with travel internationally. Bills are consistent monthly, no hidden fees, and insurance plan is easy to navigate if your phone breaks. Only problem I've encountered is service in some rural areas. Otherwise, great service and great company.

I was originally a Sprint customer and was merged with T-Mobile. The transition was smooth overall. I have been pleased with the cost of having three lines & the safety plans. Reception has been good, and call dropping is low except for when a nearby tower is down as it was in my neighborhood recently and no one could hear me on phone calls & I could not hear them.

I switched form AT&T after 25 years and why didin't I do it sooner? I thought they were giving me good deals...NOPE. But T Mobile is more reasonable in the cost of the cell service and Internet! Plus they had deals for a new phone. I was gifted a few things like Netflix and APple News but I have not used them yet.

T Mobile has terrible customer service. They do not listen to you when you talk about your problems. They used to be very good. But they have gone downhill. You can barely understand the people that are trying to help you... It is extremely frustrating. They have changed my whole plan with a very poor explanation. I never wanted to change my plan. I had a big problem with the insurance with them writing the wrong problem with my phone. So they gave me a promotion so I would not have to pay for the phone, We shall see how that works out. I will say that Tmoble and the insurance went out of their way to fix the problem. But they just do not understand it took me 3 to 4 days on the phone arguing back and forth and a lot of stress for me...My blood pressure was through the roof. People do not want this kind of stress . We are paying for a service and want it done right .

Well to start off, I was with a partner company using T-Mobile’s Network so when I switched to T-Mobile it should have been a fairly easy switch over. But I wanted to check out what they had for me before I would jump over to them. So my first mistake was to get in contact with them through a chat/texting meeting, but I figured I was just trying to get some information on the plans they offer and how it compared to the one I have now. So right away they asked what I was looking to have on a plan. I told them what I have with the company that I was with and that I was thinking about getting a home wifi and then dropping my cellphone data down to balance my bill out. So that my bill would be at least close to what I’m paying now. They checked for a bit and came back with the perfect plan for me and it would only be $35 today and that I would have all these benefits. So I asked several times what I would pay a month but kept asking if I was ready to get started. So if I told them that I didn’t want to be paying much more then what I was paying I figured it was going to be about the same price, and said okay lets get me signed up. Thought this was great, I was getting unlimited data, calls, texts, plus a home wifi gateway on it’s way and wouldn’t cost me anything extra. Then came the first bill in the middle of the month on the 25th or sometime, witch don’t work to well for me because I’m not paid til the beginning of the month so im almost broke by then. Well the bill came and I was shocked! It wasn’t even close to what I had been paying but 3X the amount I was paying! So I’m not to happy with T-Mobile and not sure I’ll be staying with them for long. And by the way that didn’t even include a new phone, I used my own phone I already bought myself. Think I got worked over. So be careful and ask questions and get an answer before agreeing to anything.

My family and I've been T-Mo subscribers for >5 years. We were attracted by the transparent, competitive pricing, free Netflix, and generally reliable service. Customer service has been okay though I was very upset by their response to massive data breach 1-2 years ago. Offering subscribers 1 year of security monitoring doesn't make up for this!!!! Despite this, it's far better than the mainstream alternatives like AT&T, Verizon and (yuck) the cable cos.

The phone service works most of the time, I find that i have dead spots. Somebody has to communicate to higher management that its unacceptable to tell customers that your phone is working when you know its not. I'll explain.
We have 8 employees on T-mobile and around our building non of us get service unless we make phone calls on wifi, I have tried at least 4 times to walk into our local store and tell them this and there answer is to google search the coverage area and tell me Im in a working red zone and that means i get 5G. And i keep telling them i dont care what your PDF says your service doesnt work and they will tell me (after resetting my phone) it will now work. I cant tell you how many sim cards and hard resets and new phones ive tried but it doesnt work.
bottem line a phone needs to be able to call!!!

Couple years ago I got new Sim card for a tablet. We told sales man that we don't have a tablet yet but planning to buy it in few months. He said no problem just pay $30 now and activate your Sim card when you get your tablet. Two years later, I still didn't get a tablet yet and have not activated Sim card, but I found out ghey were charging me over$10/mo all that time. T-mobile compensated me for last 5 month.
Couple months ago I saw T-mobile advertised free phones. Since the screen on my phone was cracked I decided to stop by T-mobile store and find out without knowing much about. So I got two cheap A32 phones for "free" and was guessing that they do it because they want people to switch to 5g, which sales men confirmed. At the bill time I found out that I owe over $300 for the phones and I can't return them now because it's too late and it is free only if I add a lines. None of these were told at the store.
When we signed up with T-mobile we got the locked price plan that includes all fees and taxes, but some how, two years later, some kinda extra fees or taxes started being added to our "fixed" amount

We've had T-Mobile for about 20 years. Their coverage has improved sooooo much since we started. We have a great "senior" 2-line plan that is hard to beat cost-wise. Every time I have called, I've been pleasantly surprised by the caring and professionalism of the service rep. I highly recommend them.

I have been with t mobile for over a decade. I like unlimited text and data that comes with my plan (not certain if that is still available as I have a grandfathered plan).
One thing I do not like is something that I have seen others having. That is the allowing of text messages that come in from an email.
A few days ago, I spent a bunch of time with customer support and they are unable to help in a reasonable way
I can block all media in text messages (which the text from email is treated that way), but then I would be blocking photos being sent to me from friends.
I can change my number - which is linked to a lot of other places - alerts from bank, password recovery, friends, and work.
So I am now leaving this on and on occasion getting woke up in the middle of the night by spammers.

Honestly, T-Mobile has been a great service ever since I switched over to them from Sprint but their "360 Protection" plan is an absolute scam and complete waste of money. I was paying $13 a month for a year a half after after I broke my previous phone and figured why not get insurance so the process is simpler and I can avoid having to pay full price again for a new phone. My current phone finally breaks and I find out that my $350 phone (now not even worth $120 brand new) won't be replaced without paying a $100 deductible. I could understand $100 maybe if I had a flagship phone but this was just insane considering I found my phone refurbished and like new selling online for around the same price.
Long story short, do NOT get the phone insurance unless maybe you have a really expensive phone, and even still, I can see them still charging a ridiculous deductible that almost negates having the insurance to begin with. I mean, even with my middle range phone the deductible was more than it cost to just get another phone online. So yeah, do the math, $13 x 18 months = $234 that could have bought me the brand new version of my current phone where T-Mobile is simply giving me a pre-owned refurbished phone and STILL charging me $100 for the replacement, so really, it's costing me $324 to get a crumby replacement when I could easily buy an even better phone than my current one, brand new.
So yeah, I give T-Mobile 3 stars because I love everything else about them but their insurance is just an awful scam. Too many hoops to jump through and then they'll still charge you through the nose just to get an even worse version (refurbished) of your current phone. Assurant is the company they use for their phone insurance. I know my rage should be focused solely on Assurant, but T-Mobile did decide to use them, so they still get a lot of the blame.

I had my whole family on T-Mobile and it was a great cell phone plan. We had a little trouble with a phone trade in and had to take a lower amount on trade as originally promised, but I think that was a naive salesperson not the company. We are not o. Their service right now but I will consider T-mobile again in the future as we look to change our service.

My family have used T mobile service for five plus years. This week my son who shares my account dropped his phone from a height of 30 feet. Although he could receive messages he could not respond nor make calls. His phone was eligible for an upgrade. However when he went to a T mobile store he learned he needed authorization from me — primary account holder. Of course I gave consent so he could replace his phone. The person I spoke with told me she was making notes in the file so he would not have a problem getting a new phone. After viewing the available phones he decided to wait a day before selecting a phone. Today he went to our local T mobile store in Pearland. The lady he spoke with said he did not have authorization and could not get a phone. She made no effort to verify that communication made yesterday, treating him like some kind of scam artist. I am very disappointed in her attitude and behavior of disrespect and rudeness. I do not think she represented T mobile in a way and company would approve. I hope this will not be the way we are treated in the future

T-mobile purchased our phones when we decided to switch to their company. The process was surprisingly easy and quick. Every time I've called customer service they were able answer my questions competently and fix issues. I was able to make calls and text when I was in Canada because my plan covered the cost.

I hve been doing a lot of traveling overseas. The provide me with unlimited data and texted at very slow speed. I have gotten messages from them that I am using excessive data. When i inquire as to what is excessive data when one has unlimited, they are vague, evasive or downright rude. The direct me to their agreement but trying to find the answer there is posible and they then tell me I should use a SIMchip from another provider when I am overseas... not at all happy with their '''free unlimited data and text'' that really arent! Their agreement with carriers need to be reviewed as the quality of service is rally poor in Panama! I visit there a lot and spend upto 2 months in country visiting family!
