I hve been doing a lot of traveling overseas. The provide me with unlimited data and texted at very slow speed. I have gotten messages from them that I am using excessive data. When i inquire as to what is excessive data when one has unlimited, they are vague, evasive or downright rude. The direct me to their agreement but trying to find the answer there is posible and they then tell me I should use a SIMchip from another provider when I am overseas... not at all happy with their '''free unlimited data and text'' that really arent! Their agreement with carriers need to be reviewed as the quality of service is rally poor in Panama! I visit there a lot and spend upto 2 months in country visiting family!

I have been with T-Mobile for over 6 years now. When I first came on they were a welcome improvement over the carrier I was coming from. They have improved year over year, and continue to improve their coverage. Now I think I get some of the best speeds and coverage for the price. Keep it up, T-Mobile. Anytime I have contacted T-Mobile their customer service has been great.

We use T-Mobile for our family plan and feel it offers the best value for the amount of lines we have. I travel for business quite often and get frustrated with the lack of coverage in some of the rural areas but deal with it. It works well around the major metro areas and the data is fast and reliable. Just don't expect phone and data in rural areas.

I came from Verizon and it's much more then the 50% savings and T-Mobile paying my new s8plus off in full. The service is much better and offers so much more. The data is quicker and I get better cell service I get all bars 90% of the time. I also get all bars in my home in all rooms. Plus real customer service with people you can understand.

Great service. As a truck driver and while in the Army, TMOBILE had the best coverage of all carriers. And I've been in the middle of nowhere! They also offer a discount for veterans...biggest attraction! Help the veterans out and you just may get more customers. HINT to other carriers....but it's not like I would quit T Mobile.

The coverage is very good and we always receive great customer service in both the stores and over the phone. We are highly satisfied customers!

The price is right and I have enough coverage in the Tampa Bay area that service is sufficient. My biggest pet peeve is that the billing cycle is every 30 days, NOT every month as advertised. I have paid 2 bills in one month before and always at least 1 every month. Said another way, I paid 13 bills last year, 12 the year before, and I'm on track to pay 12 this year.

Update, if you are having problems, try turning off LTE. No one at TMobike suggested this, but my phone and tethered devices are working satisfactory at 4g. Test sites rate it 3g, but my phone displays 4g. I suspect this is because LTE is closer to true 4g, but I’m happy now. Don't get their data plan, you will probably be very disappointed. They advertise unlimited LTE hotspots and HD streaming. While there are times that the service is impressive, I have very minimal service from 11am to 11pm. They simply don't have the capacity to fulfill their promises.

I really love T-Mobile. My family and I have been with T-Mobile for at least 10 years now. I really appreciate how helpful their customer service is. When we have had problems in the past either with our bill being wrong, service problems, etc. T-Mobile has always had a positive attitude and were extremely helpful in answering our questions and trying their best to solve the problem. I also love that when we have gone into the store we've always been offered good deals or they have watched for ways we can save a little money. I really appreciate that!

EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL TO GET THE REBATE THAT WAS PROMISE TO ME AND EVERY MONTH A TMOBILE REPRESENTATIVE TELLS ME DONT WORRY IT WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY ON YOUR ACCOUNT. BUT EVERY MONTH ITS NEVER THERE. IM GETTING AGGRAVATED IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE THEY WANT ME TO FORGET WHICH HAS HAPPEN TO ME IN THE PAST SO I CAN PAY MORE. ON TOP OF IT I HAVE 5 LINES WITH THEM NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY PAYMENT. ALWAYS ON TIME. I FINANCE A NEW PHONE FROM THEM, THEY PUT THE FINANCE ON THE WRONG LINE THAT HAS NO INSURANCE SO I CALLED AND ASK THEM TO CHANGE IT. THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME AS USUAL DONT WORRY ITS BEEING TAKING CARE. BUT STILL NOW Every time I CHECK ONLINE IT STILL SHOWS THAT MY PHONE IS BEEING FINANCE ON THE WRONG LINE SO THAT WAY IF SOMETHING HAPPEN TO MY PHONE I WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM MORE MONEY. AND IT GOES ON AND ON. IM CLOSE TO TAKE ALL MY LINE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE PROBLEM ISNT SO MUCH THE MONEY. IT IS JUST PRINCIPAL. T-Mobile is great! The price has been pretty good over the years. The coverage hasn't always been the greatest, but it has improved over the last few years. T-Mobile also has features that no other carrier offers such as free music, video, and Pokemon-Go data. The T-Mobile Tuesdays app is also a great way to get free stuff. So far, I've been able to get a free movie ticket, a free frosty, a free pizza, and a $20 gift card to the MLB store. All of this just for being a customer. I don't think I'll be switching providers any time soon. Thanks T-Mobile!

Have had T-Mobile for over 10 years with sporadic times using other carriers and T-Mobile is hands down the best. I currently have 4 lines all unlimited LTE and it's very fast. Speed test show 15-25mps for LTE and even when I use older 3G phone it's still 5 MPS. And they even gave me 7 GB hotspot per line. My bill is usually around $240 which is not bad. Customer service is not perfect but it's leaps and bounds above other carriers.

I've been with t-Mobile for almost 10 years and for my needs t-mobile has been outstanding, the service has always been good and the customer service is always doing a good job solving the problems, granted once in a while data service is sluggish but it is depending on location. Voice sound is always good, granted once in a blue moon I have dropped calls, but again is not like I can't call again. In overall I am happy with the service and what the company has to offer.

Love them and never had an issue with them since the change from VoiceStream to T-Mobile until recent time. They had this free for life data (200MB/month) if you purchase a tablet. So I started a new account with them with my name just so I can take advantage of the free data for life and Equipment Installment Plan they offer when I purchase a tablet from them. After the first month, everything seem fine, but from the second month on, I have issue after issue of getting my tablet to get data. Not since last month the T-Mobile representative explained to me that I need an active line for my account in order for me to take advantage of the 200MB data free for life for my tablet. They never mentioned that to me when I opened my account back in Jan 2015. It took me 5 months of calling in order for someone to tell me the truth about their service plan. NO WHERE in this webpage: http://newsroom.t-mobile.com/news/t-mobile-reiterates-free-data-for-life-details.htm tells me about that I will need an active line for my tablet to get that free for life data...I felt lied to so I reported it to BBB and T-Mobile settle for $150 to my wife's account, but I will have to do a change of responsibility of my current account to my wife's so I can continue to have the free for life data and EIP...really frustrating...aside from bait and switch "free data for life" promotion, everything else is great.

We turned our other phones in for a deal and a few days later they ended up calling us to say they lost the phones. Luckily they found them but that was annoying. However the phone service has been good for me in my area.

I switched to Sprint after nearly 30 years with Verizon a couple of years ago. Sprint is now T-Mobile. The cell service has been good in the rural area I currently live where I had no service whatsoever from Verizon. They have been great with replacing a LG V50 after the charging port was acting up. They upgraded the phone with a brand new Galaxy S20 with no charge to me (the V50 was already paid off).

I’ve had T-Mobile for about 12 years now The plans are simple and there are not any outrageous fees. It’s easy to purchase and upgrade phones. When my previous phone had a crack on their end it was easy to have it replaced. I have the iPhone 11 I think I have more qualms with my actual phone. Going on a road trip however; out of all the various companies my sister and her family were the only ones who had continuous service They have AT&T There are 3 of us and our families who have T-Mobile. Thinking of switching to AT&T though. I gave a 4 star rating because I tend to have a few lags Not often there will also be a lag in receiving my text messages.

T-Mobile has many perks - it is often the cheapest of the big cell phone companies (not counting those like Cricket), they offer deals on phones that are reasonable, their in-person customer service is always helpful and professional, and they have some perks such as free/cheap service overseas that is totally incomparable to any other competitor. My only complaints are that service seems to suffer in certain areas in a way that friends and family don't seem to have on their plans. If you're not living/frequently in these areas that is fine but otherwise it can be super annoying. Also I do feel that pricing is sometimes unclear due to fees, etc.

I have been with Metro PCS/ T-MOBILE for years and have always had the best coverage, rates and service. I have friends and family that are with other cell companies and all I hear is complaints about how bad and slow the service is. I never worry about overages of any kind because when T-Mobile says unlimited it means unlimited! Not unlimited until you use so many gigs and then you slow down to a snail with a limp speed.

T-mobile is a great cell phone provider. I can't endorse their nationwide coverage, but I get great coverage everywhere I go where I live. I believe they have the best prices among the major carrier's, especially if you are a senior. They all offer home internet now. It is a solid product that I would recommend to anyone but a hard core video gamer.

Came to T-Mobile from Sprint after an out of control billing issue. The deal I got 7 years ago is still better than anything else out there. NOT ONE BILL INCREASE IN 7 YEARS!! That is why I left Sprint and AT&T to begin with. Customer service is always available. I recommend the Chat feature. You can make all changes necessary for your account and get any/all questions answered quickly on Chat. Not planning on going anywhere anytime soon.

I was recently with Sprint, but they switched over To T-Mobile, and every since they switched over My cellular experience has improved a lot. They have been so helpful on the phone with upgrading my new phone and very helpful with every question that I asked. I went in the next day to give me a new phone, and the whole process took all of 30 minutes to complete. I highly recommend T-Mobile to anybody.

T-Mobile provides some of the best cell phone service I have ever had. I speak from experience with all of the other major providers (ATT&T, Sprint, Verizon). I have not had any billing or contract issues with them as I have always had with other companies. I like that they provide a generous military discount and special military member discounts. The coverage area is comparable with other providers having some dead zone in less populated areas. I cannot speak for customer service as I have never had a reason to call them in my 3 years since being with them.

I was with T-Mobile from when it was Powertel in 1999 and I really liked it. I had very little problem with lack of coverage, the value was good and I liked their products. The only issue that I did have was they had the wrong anniversary date for me and at times that made upgrading an issue or changing plans a problem because I wouldn't get the better rate initially. The people I dealt with in customer service were always helpful and took care of my problems right away. There were times that I asked for the manager and that seemed to help fix the issue faster. I still miss T-Mobile but my wife won't go back.

Switched to T-Mobile 3 years ago and saved myself not only some money, I also saved myself a lot of headaches!!! The CS has been great, very responsive and they get things done very quickly 98% of the time. Sometimes it takes a little longer due to the issue being dealt with. The connectivity has been great as well, they even gave me a booster set up when I was just outside the service area so I could get a signal and it worked out great!

I have had T-Mobile service off and on throughout my life and don’t have any big complaints about anything. I think that they have some of the best deals on new cell phones and their monthly service plans are usually a better deal then Verizon or AT&T, the only thing that has been an issue for me at times is their lack of coverage in some remote and rural areas. When I had gone camping some of my friends were able to pick up service in certain spots and areas where I was not, which i wasn’t all that happy about as I had to take in some of the shit talking about my phone provider when ever I asked to use one of my friend’s phone to place a call. Considering I was paying less for service then they were and we had only gone camping to far secluded locations like that once or twice a year, it really made no difference to me except for a little bruised ego of mine for a few minutes :/

I moved to T-Mobile from Boost Wireless. For about 30 bucks more than what I was paying for 2GB a month, I got unlimited data and Netflix (my gf is part of my plan so they give you Netflix for 2 lines or more). They have a weekly thing where they give you free or cheap stuff for being a T Mobile customer through their T Mobile Tuesday app. Before COVID they used to give alot of free or cheap movie tickets but now it's mostly deals on food delivery, Redbox, and branded swag. The best are the 40% off deals from Reebok or Puma they offer every once in a while. My phone is 5G so luckily their network can do that as well. I'm pretty happy with them. Only thing is that I bought a Samsung Watch and I have to pay for an extra line in order to use it. It seems kinda stupid.

Love t-mobile!!! I had a colossal mess up at a retail store. To be honest, the store took advantage and just wanted to fill a quota for the new magenta plan. I loved my T-Mobile one plan. After a year of being on magenta, I realized I was bamboozled and I flipped out. The amazing team on the T-Mobile help on Twitter literally stayed on the chat with me from like 9am- 5pm (breaks and lunch / theirs and mine) and pulled a Hail Mary for me and my family. I cannot tell you how awesome and amazing that was! All while saving me extra monies!!!! Heck yeah!!

I have been with T-Mobile since they were Voice Stream, nearly 20 years. I would not change carriers anytime in the near future. I have had connection issues at times and they were always ready to provide a fix for them. Their pricing is much better than any I have compared them to. If I had to say one thing about T-Mobile it would be that they have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. No waiting to get a human being and then they listen carefully to the issues and do all they can to resolve problems. The phone service itself has always been excellent for my needs. I have never been anywhere I did not have service. My home does not get any other provider except T-Mobile and we can use our phones and data over that network anywhere inside our home. I am just glad, since it is all we can get, that it is a great company to work with.

T-Mobile has amazing customer service. They help me with anything. My husband and I had calls that were dropping in our house after a major ice storm and they waived our bill that month. The next month I got a new phone that I did not purchase at the store, yet the employee worked with me for over an hour trying to unlock the phone and upload everything on it. I also am I big international traveler and I always have service, get free text messages internationally, and have enough internet to use mapquest. I don’t think I’ll every change companies.

I have tried almost all cell phone companies in the US and I can genuinely say TMobile has the best coverage (in all of Texas, including the Southwest desert). I always thought they were overpriced, but especially now that they started Tmobile Bank, I really see the cost benefits of using them. I cannot speak for the rest of the US, but in the places where I have used them: NM, TX, FL, MN, NV, it's truly the best coverage.

I have used then in my military service and for my Federal job on temporary duty (TDY). Great coverage almost anywhere in the USA. I receive a free Netflix account through them. Their T-Mobile "Tuesday Deals" I have used often: Free Red Box movie rentals, extra money off gasoline, discounts at Dunkin' and other restaurants. They also offer some free items at their stores (face masks, caps, etc.).

I have being with T-Mobile for over 10 years and still stick to it now at original plan price which is $20/line with unlimited text, call and data, I really enjoy T-mobile service, particular it is very convenient when you go oversea. I used my phone to make calls, text and chat with my friend by Wechat all free of charge, no hiding fee and roaming fee.
