I was a sprint customer until the merger. Once we were forced into tmobile we lost service, our data is spotty at best. I am a truck driver and I always go over 50gb of data a month and they pretty much shut off your data even though it's unlimited and it's supposed to be slowed, I mean I can't even look up a GPS signal.

I have been with TMobile for a few years. My account was breached and money was taken out of my account as a result of TMobile Breach-Aug.2021. I went through hell having to change my debit card information on all my business sites and had to file a claim with my bank. I have spoken to TMobile needing to credited on my bill because of this breach. They don't offer their customers any type of compensation concerning this breach...not fair to loyal customers..

I wish I could recommend T-Mobile, but I just can't. Everything sounds great at first, but the customer service is atrocious. After 6 weeks and many, many phone calls, we have not received the promotions we were promised when we signed up over the phone. In fact, either we were lied to or our salesman was completely incompetent, and no one has helped us yet. In addition, we were sold an Internet device that simply can't be used for our intended purpose, which we outlined at the beginning. If you are considering T-Mobile, I would re-think it,

Don't buy here! They say it's month to month with a free phone. However they start charging more after months and if you have to cancel for any reason they charge you full price for the phone. So the phone isn't free and they charge more then first agreed. False advertisement keep on saying 5G home Internet stop them before Christmas at a T-Mobile dealer they told me it would not be in my area but check back after the first of the year it is now the end of February and they still say it is not in my area but then you check on the map of locations where it is available and it’s in my area tried both four different addresses and none of them came up with availability and they were about 20 miles apart from each other Internet is only for the select few

Tmobile are the shadiest mfers out there. Was very happy with Sprint but since being forced to transfer to their plans they have never once charged us correctly, shut our service off even though we had automatic billing set up and they shut off our phones without even trying to bill the card on file. Still trying to charge us those fees for their fu(* up and still have our bill wrong after 3 months. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THESE FRAUDULENT SCUMBAGS!

0 stars! The service is garbage. I’ve been with T mobile for 6 years. Anywhere I go, i have issues with my music loading, or my google maps will say I’m offline. It’s ridiculous. At home I have to be on the wifi or NOTHING loads. For what I’m paying to have t mobile, the service needs to be better. Please do not waste your money. I just switched to Verizon and it’s so much better. Even the service map you can use to test your signal through T-Mobile is a huge liar. I entered my location and it said my signal was excellent when it won’t even load a song on Apple Music.

Former sprint customer. T-mobile is terrible , I ca'nt used internet . Are people for real about having great service with t-mobile? Because my phone worked fine before sprint and t-mobile merged. Ever since I've had nonstop dropped calls. People call my phone and it goes straight to voice-mail. This is far worse than I ever thought possible. Never been more disappointed in my service

ZERO Stars!!! Doesn’t let you post without atleast one star. T-Mobile sold me a defective phone. I’ve been back to the store several times and on the phone with customer service for over 4 hours collectively in a week. The stores do not have the phone on stock so they can’t replace it. Customer service refuses to ship me a new phone unless I return the defective phone first and wait 5-7 business days for a new phone to come in the mail. Unacceptable solution. Terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied!

I have been with T-Mobile for seven years , they had a breach last of august 2021 and my information was stolen. Recently I had mcafee protection they offered its customers after the breach. Found out that my social security number was used on the dark web and also my driver license number. I called T-Mobile and they are not doing anything about it. They said they would investigate it but nothing happened. Do yourself a favor and try a different carrier. Just trust me.

I have 9 voice lines, 2 tablets on my business account since 2008, my phone was broken 11 days and still awaiting for technician to fix it, contacted T mobile this morning to see if they offer any deal on phones. After chatting for 30 minutes they gave me all phone prices that I wanted with MRSP, which I can get them anywhere cheaper. What a crap? They said “thanks for the business” but don’t act to appreciate it then it’s time to leave with another carrier.

This is an awful company, they do not honor anything they say. I was told time after time I could take a trade in to the store and no T-Mobile store would take the phone. When I sent in what I told them I was sending for a trade in they said they would only give 1/10th of what they said they would give. The network does not cover where I live even though their map says they cover my house in a metropolitan area. Now I am stuck with this service or maybe I will pay 4000 for the phones just to get out.

17 years with Sprint and not many problems. T Mobile takes over and it has been a nightmare since. I left in Dec and asked to pay final bill. They gave me an amount which I paid and said I owed nothing. A month later they take money out of my account without my permission for twice as much as what I was told to pay for final bill. Refused to refund my money and I am currently disputing with BBB. Any good review about this company is fraud because everything I have seen has been horrible and I bet they paid people to write good ones. Take your money anywhere else!!! Phone just stops working, very spotty service. Boost mobile has way better service at 1/2 the cost. I won't be renewing my service with t-mobile

The transition from Sprint to T-Mobile has been the biggest waste of time and money in my entire life. I get a different answer from everyone I talk to either in the store or over the phone. Would strongly suggest transferring out of Sprint to Verizon or AT&T instead. That process is much easier. For some reason they hold your account and phone numbers hostage on the Sprint side.

I call to switch my carrier from att. Paid $120 for the Sim cards. After putting one in my phone, I had to call t moble from my att phone to see why I didn't have service. A tech looked in to it and informed me that there was no service in my area and that there was no plan to bring to my area. And that I would be reimbursed my $120. It's been 30 days. So I called them back and was told I would not get it back and to try and have my bank mare it as fraud to get my money back. Are you kidding me.

I can't recommend T-Mobile because they are scammers, they sold a refurbished Google 3a for me which I paid off in full, At first within a year the phone broke and they replaced it then after another year the second phone broke again and T-Mobile said they can't replace it because my warranty expired so how can a phone I paid off not work after a year now I lost money and phone am left with nothing and they don't care what a cruel phone company and the customer service was so rude he was yelling at me while complaining.

T-mobile customer service have shady sells tactics. Why is it for some reason every time I see an initial bill after upgrading or changing something there always seems to be charges for something I didn't ask for or explained. Example, I ensured I said no insurance coverage because it was $36 per month for 2 devices. Buy new phone by saving that much per month, if I do break/loose it. Somehow, it found its way to my bill.

Run away!!!! Bait and switch…. Told me my bill would be $195 when I switched from Sprint after 23 years. 4 days later I received a $248 bill that didn’t even include my new phone. Spent 3 hours on chat to be told to go to the store. The same sales person told me she’d fix it and call Me back today… crickets… called customer care just now and had to lower my plan by 2 levels to get it to $195 and lost several features I was counting on…. LIARS!!!!

Too frustrating to go over again, but rather go without a phone then to give this company a single penny of my money. Do yourself a favor and look deeper into the reviews. It’s amazing how they still have any customers. This is the third time I’ve revised this review. I’m reviewing customer service that T-Mobile offers. Customer service is very poor and I would never recommend this company.

Awful company - I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. We are switching to another provider and T Mobile will not unlock our fully paid for mobile phone even though they are required to do so under law. We have spent literally hours on the phone with them and thy give us the polite runaround. First thing tomorrow morning we are filing a complaint with the FTC, Consumer Affairs, and the NY State Attorney General's Office

After submitting what I was told I needed it was rejected and now they want something else. It’s one line of crap after another. Three days over when to set the billing date and four times I had to call and text they still didn't get it. I am convinced if you ask them what two plus two is they will say one. T-Mobil must not need my business. The two hour wait time for customer service tells me they have way more on their plate that they could ever possibly eat. They appear to be corporate gluttons. Sell, sell, sell, but no customer service. You would think nothing could be worse than a two hour wait for customer service, but then you add on the worst hold music of any global corporation and it truly is a MISERABLE experience.

The worst, will take money from account then act dumb when you call them. Husband and I had plan with them when it was still Sprint accountwas in my husband's name but I was authorized on account. We decided to switch companies for better rates and service. Return phones to local store and they took over thousand dollars from account. Amazing that when we call they suddenly can't find account in system soon as they take our money. I wouldn't recommend these theives to anybody. They are not what they say. The worst since switch from Sprint! Connection issues and spotty service. I have unlimited data which doesn't matter without wifi because still no service in most of my calling area! This is insane! I had better service with my bag phone from the 90's! Oh and don't bother trying to call to rectify because you will get the same run around of customer service telling you it is because of the upgrading and new towers for 5G. Pluheeze! So I am paying for unlimited data and still sketch service and buffering for 6 months because of 5G switch over myth! I'm so done!

Tmobile is a joke. They had to give me a credit twice for their towers being completely down, so they raised my bill that month for "government and taxes fees." I didn't end up getting any credits bc of the random bill hike. We got a home internet device from them, returned it, they said they never got it. We have called them 7 times and showed them the ups tracking shows we sent it back, they have opened multiple investigation reports and have never figured it out. They think owe them $200 for a device, but the truth is they owe me $75.

I have been with the T-mobile for over 5 years. They only offer a new phone if I add a new line or if I'm a new customer. I talked too 2 different managers and they promise to call back, they never do. Every time I call back it takes over an hour to get through. The last representative just keeps repeating their promotions. They then pass me to a manager and the whole process repeats. So I went to Verizon and received 3 free phones for switching from T-mobile,
