Unable to make calls or send texts on an almost daily basis despite being connected to wifi. Usually due to having no network connection. Why pay for the "best" and still have the same issues as with the cheap services that are 1/3 the cost of T-mobile? For the $15 worth of Netflix & Hulu? I can pay for those subscriptions myself monthly & STILL save over half the cost of T-mobiles obnoxious prices. NOT WORTH IT! 😡

I have spoken to the manager at the store on 19th ave & Northern in Phoenix several times to fix my bill. He has been telling me that he is going to have the charges reversed since I never used the service, and it was only open for 4 days.. That's all good but I am still receiving a bill and nothing has been fixed. Tired of going in the store while the manager hides in the back. It has been going on for months. Just want it FIXED!!!

I would give less star's if I could. I was lied to off the ripped. The internet they sold me wouldn't work where I live and I was told that after the fact. I Canceled my service the day after I got it and 3 weeks later. They charged me a $100 for The internet I do not even have. So I would highly recommend not going with T-Mobile. It's a bunch of liars that will tell you what you want to hear just so you will take their product.

I really miss Sprint as a service provider, ever since T-mobile bought them out it’s been really bad service. But they are cheapest so I guess that explains it. They do have great deals we just got bogo iPad 10th gens so it’s a love hate relationship

If you were trader do not use T-Mobile service they are the absolute worst between 345 and 4 o’clock when it’s time to close an open trade my phone service was frozen because of the 50 GB limit on their unlimited plan. I’ve been with them for 22 years, they cost me $13,000 Because I couldn’t close the trade when I needed to so if you’re trader do not use T-Mobile which is Sprint now thanks just trying to save my fellow traders

tried to find the platform with the highest average score just to bring it down. This company deserves no good reviews and you should get as far away from them as you can. They will make you pay for a service that doesn't work. I called multiple times requesting help and I was just passed along to the next person that didnt know what they were talking about. Finally found starlink and I forgot how good internet actually ran until now. STAY AWAY FROM T MOBILE

Store personnel in Montgomery Texas store lie to customers just to get a sale. What they promised was not delivered. Neither local store or tmobile customer will admit their error and make it right. I will change to any other carrier asap.

If I could give it negative zeros stars I would. This company has ruined the good reputation of Sprint for former Sprint customers. Beware of bait and switch on upgrades as they do not honor trade in values. Ever. We traded in a new phone that we had for barely a few weeks and when we saw our trade in bill it was for half of what they originally quoted us. They are now also trying to force Sprint customers into more expensive plans. If they do this to you as well, please file a complaint with the FCC.

Don’t be fooled T-Mobile is a scam they’re selling used/returned phones as new! I paid over 1,200.00 to get home and inspect further to find a small crack. Took it back to be told there’s nothing they can do. I have two lines and one line I brought my own phone to find all they did was use the phone I purchased from them as a hotspot then charged me for out of network numbers when I use it they did nothing more but cloned the phone. As soon as I reach the 3 months that I’m forced to stay with them I’m gone and will NEVER do business with them. They’re amazingly AWFUL..

Horrible service & especially customer service. The service doesn’t work in my area & they won’t refund me my money that was for traded in phones that were not even t mobile. Each time you call I. You get a different story & runaround to go to the store vs calling customer service. Frustrating & exhausting. I can’t count how many hours I wasted trying to get a refund on something that wasn’t theirs.

The t mobile office in Martinsville Virginia needs some attention. The employees are rude unprofessional. They have not been properly trained and have no management at this store. I was there 4 hours Sunday 1 hour Monday and they are lost and said they can't help me. Ive been a paying customer over a decade and now I'm looking to switch to another carrier. It's sad how there only want to play around drawing pictures. Take my advice and drive the extra miles to avoid wasting your time. If only a t mobile executive could see the customers that walk out that door unhappy.

I left T-Mobile for Mint which is cheaper with better service imo. Tmobile sent a bill out saying they overbilled me $46.67. I figured they would refund me but no. I called customer service and they said they couldn't put the money back on my credit card so they would send out a prepaid card. I waited a month and nothing. I called again and they said they never actually sent the prepaid credit card because it has to go back on the credit card they took it from. Ughh. So they said they would but nope. Still have yet to receive my money back. They are crooks. Buyer beware.

Basically all calls are transferred to the Philippines and good luck with trying to understand their English. Seems they're all running around with their heads cut off. 2 hours trying to get help and they still couldn't help me. Asked last guy to transfer me to a manager more than 20xs and still wouldn't. I'm thinking about switching after 10 years. Everything went downhill with customer service the moment these people began answering... they don't understand are US English unfortunately.

I was with T mobile with 5+ years, recently they have changed their policy on auto pay. As we had auto pay with credit card, now they want debit cards or check from us. So, I have cancelled the membership and joined another company. These people are very rude as they abruptly changed the policy. Now they are laying off 5000 employees from the job. I think some stupid person became the CEO or CFO of the company.

I ported all my numbers out to Google Fi who uses their network. I had a business account and was paying for internet where i returned their internet box and every month I was paying before I realized it 3 months later. I paid off a device that was never used and they refused to unlock it because i never used it. The store reps just want to cell service and they will lie through their teeth as they get a percentage of your monthly bill. This was my second round with T-mobile and these guys just cannot get it right. I am done with them for good.

Zero stars for customer service. When you go in a store for customer service they tell you to call 611. When you call 611 you are on hold for 45 minutes, then you get to speak to someone who barely speaks English and is no help at all. It is worth $10 more to deal with AT&T or Verizon Wireless where they actually try to help their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid T-Mobile at all costs!

I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. That was the worse mistake ever. They lie from the inside of the store, all the way to customer service. I haven’t even been a customer for three weeks. They put my account under business without my permission, they added two lines without my permission, and now they are holding my carrier freedom. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It is a very bad company. Even though I canceled my subscription last April, 2023, they still kept on charging me on my credit card even though not a single use was done. All they want is your money. Aside from very poor reception, the customer service is terrible. Don’t get trapped with all those offers. I have to switched back to my old provider.

Let me start by saying I been having issues with my light ppl call me and I cant pick up and it says user busy, this been going on for over one year and half. They cant find or fix the issue, so at this point i am changing companies. They expect you to still pay your balance from a line that I been having issues with. DONT EVER GO WITH TMOBILE, they want to take your money but never fix the issue.

I lost my phone and went to get new phone from TMobile. Their rep told me to buy a phone from Walmart, come back and they would transfer all my files from the cloud into the new phone. I bought the phone and went back the next day to finish setting up the new phone. Rep then tells me due to liability issues, they will not transfer data to any phone they did not sell. I now have 4 months with no service for my new phone! Run away from this company!!

It is a fraud. They quoted me a lower price and got my credit card number to set up for the autopay. When I called to activate, I found out I was set up for two lines and they wanted to charge me for two lines. T-Mobile management encourages their sales reps to cheat and commit fraud. Otherwise, they will hire ethical salespeople. I am sure I am not the first person to complain about such fraud.

I switched to their wireless phone service. They agreed to pay off my phone from AT&T that I owed about $750 on. After I was signed up, they told me it was a reimbursement program. They made me apply for the reimbursement multiple times. They made it very difficult. 6-7 months later, I still have not been reimbursed, even though they approved the application 4 months ago. It is just a scam! They are not going to reimburse me. Don't be fooled! I read several reviews with the same complaint. Just A Scam!

I was trying to switch to T-mobile with a family plan of $90. I selected this plan and I could see the exact price was shown on the screen. And the website required me to fill out a lot of information such as my address, my driver's license and even my SSN for credit check. (I have a credit score of a little more than 800). After this, the price suddenly changed to be $105. No explanation and warning, just wanted me to pay. I had a very strong feeling of being deceived so I refused and just closed the web page and left!

Switched from Metro Pcs 4g phone to TMobile 5G phone. What a joke, only have connectivity 3 of every 7 days. Can't make or recieve calls, messages, texts. Recently tried calling them 5 different times in a single day and when I finally got through to them, they could not help me because although my name was on the account, I was not the named account holder. They were more than willing to call my fiancé, who I personally could not reach because of their lack of service. If ever there was a company that deserved a negative star rating this is it.

Duarte T-Mobile store has absolutely no customer service. They completely ignore customers who wait and make them wait over one hour before even talking with them. There is no greeting or any interest in what a customer is there for. When I came in on a Saturday to upgrade from Verizon to T-mobile, after waiting two hours I was asked what I wanted. The whole process of upgrading took at least two hours and I observed the 5 other guests were totally ignored.

The cell service has been good. But switching from Verizon has been a nightmare. All of the special offers have been difficult to receive and our first 2 bills were double what they promised over the phone/internet. My husband has spent 20-30 hours trying & retrying to sort everything out. We were promised $1200 with the special promotions and they have been denied. I would recommend going to the store over trying to do this over the phone or internet.

This company has got to be the most unorganized place I have ever dealt with. Their training protocols of their staff is horrible! They never take notes, they never knows the previous history and ALWAYS break promises! I had several phones with them and canceled the others only keeping two cells. They don’t work properly and they expect me to pay full price for a third of the service! No one is there to help or problem solve. I would advise from considering to use this provider.

Tried to switch to T-Mobile to save some money but found that the internet connection was not as fast as AT&T and the land line connection didn’t work in my home. Cancelled in the first week but spent the next four months and over $200 trying to stop the billing. Had been promised no charge if canceled within 14 days but that didn’t happen. Sales practices are shady, customer service nonexistent, and accounting system antiquated.

The level of incompetent people in this company is astronomical. I spent 8 hours with these people and they still couldn't fix their own product. Finally after transferring me to all the wrong departments and having me on hold , they finally tell me I need a new modem. They said I could bring my old one to a TMobile store and I wouldn't get charged . ALL LIES! After having an account here for 18 years, I am shocked at the poor service I have received since buying a Samsung watch, which did not work! I returned it, and they got it going again, and then when I got home, it stopped again. I took it back, was told that I was now out of the "buyer's remorse" window, but that I could order another watch. I did, and they sent me the wrong one. I took it back, and then they sent me still the wrong one. Now, I am in possession of a large, black smartwatch that I will never use WILL PAY FOR THAT was SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and have had nothing but problems with their customer service. They charged me for a month before our phones were ported and the sim cards were in the phones. That took hours to get resolved and I'm not sure it has been. The store I went to for help called the corporate office and a woman there was incredibly rude to the manager of the store and acted like I was a criminal trying to get away with something. I've been with them for exactly 4 days. Use any phone company before you go to T-Mobile.

Call customer service gave them my account pin to transfer my number was told it would only take 2 hour. Call back 2 hours later and was told it will take 2 hours more.
