Ive worked with all carriers of cell phones through Samsung for 8 years. To migrate my sprint phone number to another tmobile account has been the worst possible process I've ever seen. They made me pay half of the bill for the next month. Even though we just paid a week ago. They keep giving me a new hoop to jump through when I've been trying to do this for two weeks. No one knows what theyre doing here.

Service is sketchy at best if you send a text message don't expect it to get there.... if its urgent you're screwed! I've sent text messages and they have gone through a few hours to the next day. After talking to them its never their fault and they always want to try to put the blame back on you that you the sender are the problem not them and their service...

T-Mobile is full of it. New phone and two boosters later and still can't get any bars. I had nothing but problems with them. We saw a lady talking on her phone at the springs and I asked her what she had as my girlfriend nor I didn't have service. She told us At&t that she was with T mobile and they were not that great. So after 17 years with T mobile we may just switch as well.

I will NEVER use this company again. Customer service is horrible. I cancelled my account in February because my phone DID NOT WORK any longer and I no longer needed a second cell phone. I have been on the phone and corresponding with this company ever since and still cannot get them to cancel my account and credit my card for services I was unable to use, again because the phone no longer worked. If I could give this company zero stars I would do so. Stay away.

They are like scammer ......do not use T-mobile. Their customer services are very bad!!!!! they lie to you about discounts, then I gave good feedback. Then it is not true. I called again, They said they did not receive my call ever. And due to the pandemic, i wanna switch to another cheaper carrier, I called customer service to cancel my plan before the bill cycle of 20days. they don't cancel for you , said will automatically cut off if we move, But we did not move all , we moved two numbers, they charged us again. $150. Will not ever go back to T-Mobile. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wish I could give them zero stars. When a company makes promises then changes the plan it is immoral and I believe illegal. When I signed up with T-Mobile my plan had unlimited data and unlimited 4G lte hot spot. Since they bought out Sprint they have been throttling the HS at >50GB. When I spoke to a representative they agreed that they changed the terms of my plan (but continue to charge me for it) and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm thinking this is a class action lawsuit in the making. Soon I will be canceling T-Mobile.

Been with tmobile for 14yrs. They gave me a free tablet I was told I would pay 10.00 a month for service they lied 3months later they started charging me 25.00 month listen up people if they give you a free tablet you have to tell them to cancel old tablet line because 3months later they will start charging you for that old line your not using its a scam sprint has taught tmobile how to scam there customers I'm going to tell family and friends to get rid of tmobile and anybody else that I find out has tmobile I guess 14yrs doesn't mean nothing to tmobile

Transferred over from Sprint to Tmobile. In 2018 purchased two phones. I was told that the lease was only going to be 18 months. After the lease was over, I continued to be charged $55 for the phones. I called Sprint and Tmobile multiple times and nothing was mentioned about the month-to-month lease on the phones after the completion of the 18 months. I have been paying $55 for an additional 18 months and now I am out of $990. When they transferred my services, Tmobile increased my price rates by $30 and took away the service to my IPAD and removed the hotspot service from 2 devices.

I can't belive any of the good reviews in this page! The only people that can say anything good about TMobile are the ones that never drive out of their service areas. I changed from Cricket to TMobile and it was my worst move. TMobile service are is bad! My business rep, Christal, wouldn't answer my calls nor my texts. If you don't travel out of your city it might be good for you but for someone like me that likes to travel, it's the worst!!!!!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I went to buy an iphone 12 which they said would be delivered to the store in 3-4 weeks minimum. It actually came in only about 3 days. The problem is that I was billed $138 dollars when I came back to the store to collect my phone about 4 weeks later. They start billing you before you even take possession of the phone. No refund, no credit. Appallingly bad policy. Just aweful. When it come to T-Mobile, STAY AWAY.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I attempted to replace my internet provider with their home internet and got terrible service. I called the next day to return it, but they didn't follow through on e-mailing me a return label. I called again (each time on hold for OVER an hour) to be hung up on after waiting over 2 hours. Finally, they e-mailed a return label which I then shipped out the next day. 2 bills later and many phone calls with lots of hours on hold...it STILL isn't cleared up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are nothing but a pain in the butt to deal with!!!!!!

Terrible company. I cancelled my services and 3 week slater was charged for another full month. Prior to switching, I contacted them twice to ensure I there were no charges associated with closing the account, I was told no problem. Now TMobile claims they cannot issue a refund because my account is closed, however, it didn't stop them from charging me. UNACCEPTABLE SHADY PRACTICES. STAY AWAY.

Avoid at any cost. T-Mobile is a rip off. Canceled my service in October and they kept changing my credit card until January. Called them every month from October 2019 till February 2020 and asked to cancel my service and they failed to do that and made me pay for the lines. I had no longterm contract and was fully entitled for cancel my account. Terrible customer service.

Their service is complete crap, their representatives aren’t educated on their own company and policies, and they have charged me 2 times even though I SWITCHED COMPANIES AND I AM NO LONGER WITH THEM! Inhad TMobile for many years simply because cost of plans. The phones are always breaking easily, you never have any service, and the cost of the phones are very high. I will say that customer service has been pretty good but I will never forget back to TMobile.

The absolute worst company on the planet! Could not get service in my own home even with a booster. Dropped calls everyday. After about a month I couldn't do it anymore and switched to Verizon. Before I could switch I had to pay off my phones which created a $350.00 credit balance. Two months later and after several calls they are sending a pre paid Visa card . Who does that? No matter what they offer you stay away!

A few months ago I was close to paying off my Note 8 and instead they took a lump sum payment out of $300 right as I was about to close on my house. It almost made me lose my home loan. I was that close. I was also sold on the new protection plan ($15/mo instead of $5.99) because there was supposedly no deductible. Total lies. So now I paid several hundred over the course of this over what it would cost to replace this phone myself. Swindlers. I've also been a Tmobile customer for 15 of the 20 years I've had a cell phone.

Horrible service at facility and there cells. Been a customer for 10 yrs + and it's still impossible to get deals on plans and phones. Always a catch to the bs plans they currently have. I received a call about a buy one get one free and made it a point to find out more info before going into the store, to find out that I need to open another line and upgrade other things to qualify - not a happy camper. Looking into getting new better service on all end through another provider - I don't recommend anyone to going to tmobile . = 0 stars!

T Mobile worst customer service EVER!! For over 18 years I was with TMOBILE, yes 18+ years!! I transferred to another provider that had lower monthly fees and TMobile REFUSED to unlock my cell phone for an ENTIRE WEEK!! I used this phone for business and lost THOUSANDS of dollars without use of this phone number. I had a zero balance with them and I had to wait a week 7 DAYS for TMobile to unlock my phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE.... Melanie Castle I will add another review next with the names of the TMOBILE Managers that refused to help me with this issue. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGERS!!!

I was really stunned by your positive T-Mobile review. Especially the part about their goo overall customer service. Maybe you should read some of the horror stories on the other review sites. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and have regularly paid my bills but still got sent to collection for a bill that I did not owe. I have tried to resolve it for over a year and it's still in collection (for $7) and has ruined my credit. I wouldn't call that good customer service.

Stay away! They sell you plans that don’t exist, change it the next day and you get stuck with a huge bill. Plus if you traded a phone in they will refuse to return it to you even if the screw up was on their part. Also I’m in the area where the coverage map shows full coverage and my son is in Orlando but the service is awful and it’s a good day when we get two bars.

I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. I pay my bill religiously early every month. Yet EVERY month they seem to "lose" my payment so I am bombarded with text messages from them stating my service will be shut off and I will have to pay a re-connection fee. I call them (every month) they open a ticket, and miraculously my payment appears. This is the worst company ever. No wonder people are leaving. you guys SUCK!

I am a store manager and do not send spam in any way. They refuse to actually call me and refuse to fix their mistake. Do not use T-Mobile they are the worst and have to beg for new customers because of it.

T-Mobile is the BIGGEST SCAM for prepaid customers! They allow customers to maintain a monthly bill and set payment plans that have to be paid every 14 days failure to which they disconnect the phone and charge $20 per line. This means a customer with 5 lines pays $100 extra each month and if they disconnect a second time then that is an addition $100. A prepaid line should NOT HAVE TO INCUR RE-CONNECTION FEE!

T-mobile requires customers with good credit. T- mobile has a lot of inconsistencies on the billing statement. Customers have to pay what T-mobile throws at them in order to keep the credit in good standing. No ethics! I started paying a reasonable price and ended paying double. Becareful!
