I have been using t-mobile for about 5 years. I live in an urban area so reception has never been an issue. Traveling abroad has always worked fine, a bit expensive but functional.

As a 15 year customer of Verizon I finally made the switch over to T-Mobile. with that being said I am not happy at all and as a matter fact I am contemplating switching back to a ATT which I also had about two years ago. I find their prices to be very great however I would rather pay more to have greater quality service Wi-Fi Internet and Bluetooth capabilities

I have been a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for 20 years upgraded 2 phones. I did not qualify for any promotions and was given false information. Paid full prices for both phones. Had to call customer service 4 times the tablet that was suppose to be free was Not. Requested a return kit and didn’t get a response till 3 days later. There’s more but I think this is enough info.

T-Mobile is great with sales and getting one started with a new phone. However, if the site is a sales only office, you won't get much technical help, and will have to find another location to help you. After signing up with the friendly staff, they were not as effusive as they were in their "sales mode."

what it was crazy for T-Mobile, Just one time I went to their store to take a quote and comparing their offer with other companies and they make an account for me and they charge me $57 for that and they told me it is refundable. after that I went to sprint and made my decision to switch to sprint and I backed to store and refund my money ($57). The problem started after 3 months, one collector called me that you have an account with T-Mobile that you have to pay $207 your balance. I didn't know what was that I called to T-Mobile and they checked my account and they said you don't have any account with us. after that I didn't care about that collector call, but every month someone as a collector call me to follow up for that balance and finally they reported to my credit and I couldn't do any thing.

If It was for me I give them no stars but I have to give then at least one. This is for everyone. This company is really bad, is not trustful. They offer you something and without you knowing they scam you. If they send you something to sign make sure you read it before signing it because they change everything they told you to a different deal and when you know it you call for help and they don't help you. They just said you sign it. And Like a said I learn my lesson because for trusting this company. They put me an to a deal that I didn't want. They offered me 2 phones that supposedly there were half of and they end up charging me full price because the agent that help me put me an a different deal, different than what he told me that's why don't trust this company. If you will get with them be careful. They will scam you and they have very bad services and they don't help you with nothing.

Good simple lower cost plan for family. Pioneer in features which forced other carrier to follow. For example int'l text. However, the biggest issue is coverage. We didn't see any improvement with the hyped 600mhz band. I carrier a VZ phone for work and the coverage far superior everywhere I go.

Fair. The service quality is okay. They have really high deposits if you need them. They also have some deals that aren't accurate. You end up buying the phone and paying way more then the ad states. Not as good as other providers, but still quality.

I enjoy utilizing the personal hotspot on my plan. There are still quite a few low signal places I run into - my home area to say one. With all the updates/5g/Sprint acquisition you would think the signal would improve. When I do have good signal, my phone works great. I do enjoy the auto block feature it has for spammer calls.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for 8 years now. Sometimes I wander why I don’t switch to Verizon. If I could keep the same phone number , I would switch today. Reasons include poor reception and weird text that my phone sends in it’s own. Besides that, the customer service is actually excellent.

Used T-mobile for a family of four. The service was average at best. I could not get reception inside my building unless I was near a window - whereas with another provider I was. The price is very good but lackluster speeds and reception works against it. One plus is that international travel in Europe was very good with T-mobile as we had unlimited 3g internet access already in our plan. We did not have to get any expensive roaming package for reception in Europe.

Service is pretty terrible and rarely works well inside buildings. The international service and free wifi on airplanes is fantastic though. Switching from Verizon has shown how much better Verizon’s service. T-Mobile is acceptable, but not very good
