My new iPhone 13 worked great in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. My phone got way better coverage in Cabo than it does in the second largest city in Michigan, Grand Rapids.coverage in MI is not good.

We did the 15 day FREE trial for home interent back in February 2022. It was absolutely awful! I tried it for 6 days and returned all the equipment and discontinued the service. They charged us $170.00! We have called at lest 20 times since Feb asking for a refund and still haven't received our money!

Worst experience ever, literally. I purchased an iPhone through the website because apple had a delay (I usually just do it through apple). It’s definitely my fault that I ordered the pro instead of the pro max but when I returned it they said they never received it so I still have to pay over 1000 dollars for a phone I don’t have. Garbage.

Their customer service is quick to respond, however their CRM system seems to be out dated, reps make mistakes and everytime have to explain everything all over. The advertise bets coverage: I have experienced many drop calls, and the quality is not good once you are not on their network. AT and T is much much better in my experience

Was told I would pay $98 a month. Had to sign a contact that I was never given a copy of and turned out being $158. Salespeople said it was a misunderstanding on the sale and the salesperson misunderstood exactly how it worked. However I'm stuck paying a extra $1400 over the 2 year contract. Fraud!!!

It is a sham.. they put out these ads for free phones and watches and then all of a sudden you wind up owing them hundreds of dollars. They are liars and cheats. My credit score is the best it has ever been and I was going to get phone watch and switch to their cable services. Don't trust them.

I dont like it at all!!!!!! I just bought this phone and its tripping already and i didnt even have the phone for long. Im switching to a better phone company as soon as i get paid again. They have slow service !!!! They sold me a phone that didnt even last for a whole year yet.

If i could rate lower i would. Going into two stores to migrate over from sprint. This is a nightmare. I felt scammed. I felt like T-mobile has untrained individuals in the Concord and the Salisbury stores. It sucks that they purchased Sprint. If you are migrating please double check before doing anything.

I give them a low review when it comes to trade in value of last years model traded for this year. I got only $240 credit on a newly repaired by them samsung S20+5G. You'd think they would do better fir a 17 yr. Customer....traded it in on Iphone 13 pro max.

T Mobile is the worse company I have ever dealt with. We have c4 lines and have been trying to Migrate our Service from Sprint for 4 months and I cannot believe the runaround and the amount of time wasted. 5 trips to their store and still no solution. FRANKLY---------- TMOBILE SUCKS!!!!!!

I recently migrated to T-Mobile from sprint and the customer service I received was terrible. The agent supposedly gave me a promotion for migrating and being with sprint for 13 years but when I got the contract there was no promotion added and my bill was going to be $40-$60 more than I paid while being a sprint customer.

I switched to T-mobile from Cricket. The service is ok when your in town but once you leave, it's a hit and miss. Was the switch worth the extra money....NO. I've noticed that Verizon has the best coverage hands down so I'll probably switch to them shortly.

They failed to live up to the agreement and pay off my old service provider which led to a negative report on my credit report and 0 help from customer service……it’s been 6 months dealing with this matter and I’m now a happy customer of AT&T

Terrible. They get you to buy insurance and then when you crack the screen they will only give you $100 off on buying a new phone. What was the point of the insurance? Also, the people in the store don't seem to know what they are doing. Probably going to go over to Verizon.

I don't like how T-Mobile will charge $20 per line for a reconnection fee when they don't have to do anything to reconnect, it's done with computer programs. The ones that get charged this fee are the ones that can afford it the least.

If you happen to get their POOR home internet be sure to make sure your bill is paid in full.. They WILL NOT send you a final bill in the mail or via your registered email. However, they WILL send you to collections for failure to pay for a bill you didn't know you had with them...

Each time you call to follow through on what was promised, you are informed that the last agent did not know what they were doing.. stay away from T-mobile for sure

Service is not always reliable, drops calls and weak to no signal in spots. I drive a semi and this just won't do . Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get my phone unlocked that I paid in full for when I went to tmobile.

Worst company ever. Opened account on 12/31 received equipment on 1/10. Had no signal with equipment returned and canceled on 1/11. Company kept billing me. Now they will not make right after multiple phone calls. I tried to save money now it is costing me 100s for nothing. Do not ever use T mobile!!!
