I don't like how T-Mobile will charge $20 per line for a reconnection fee when they don't have to do anything to reconnect, it's done with computer programs. The ones that get charged this fee are the ones that can afford it the least.

If I could give negative stars I would. Had me on the phone for over 2 hours with 3 different people- called back twice after 2 hung up while they put me on hold. Called back and the same thing. Worst customer service. Unacceptable!

If you happen to get their POOR home internet be sure to make sure your bill is paid in full.. They WILL NOT send you a final bill in the mail or via your registered email. However, they WILL send you to collections for failure to pay for a bill you didn't know you had with them...

extremely bad experience with T-Mobile.. staff promises what they cannot deliver . They are unable to send an email to confirm what is promised . Each time you call to follow through on what was promised, you are informed that the last agent did not know what they were doing.. stay away from T-mobile for sure

Didn't have service with T mobile, just open account ,and cancelled couple days after, and T mobile charging me since. We called 10-15 times and all EXPERTS(????) promise that they closed account and they will not charge us .Today we received letter from collection agency ???!!!!

Service is not always reliable, drops calls and weak to no signal in spots. I drive a semi and this just won't do . Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get my phone unlocked that I paid in full for when I went to tmobile.

Horrible Customer service. They have no idea on contracts and I was given bad advise twice by their representatives. It took over an hour to even get a representative on the call at least three times. Very expensive service for frustration. Take a pass on them.

Worst company ever. Opened account on 12/31 received equipment on 1/10. Had no signal with equipment returned and canceled on 1/11. Company kept billing me. Now they will not make right after multiple phone calls. I tried to save money now it is costing me 100s for nothing. Do not ever use T mobile!!!

They are the worst and and if they can't resolve your problems that they are having on there end they will continue to send you bills that aren't correct & in the end they will send you to collections. Tmobile is for sure the worst provider for phone service as well as customer service. Do not use them, if use boost or cricket before Tmobile .

Bad coverage, yet expensive. Brand new phones only a few months old already experiencing problems such as not able to make calls at random times, phones resetting on their own, and now cannot take screenshots or send pictures via text message. Rude customer service. Shut off service for payment being 7 days late by $12.

Beware of coverage map. Data partner coverage is much of the map. In these areas you are capped at 200mb per month. If you travel in the US t mobile will leave you hanging!

I was with T-mobile for years. I went with Spectrum Mobile because my bill went from $80 to $15 a month. T-Mobile charged me 2 prorated amounts and 2 fees when I should have only been charged once. I love Spectrum Mobile and I have better reception.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and each 7 business days they tell me it is on the way and nothing has been received and when I asked to speak to a manage as this was my third time they hung up on me. I am so annoyed with them hanging up on me and not returning my money.
