Horrible customer service. I was on hold for 32 minutes - thirty two minutes!!! - then the rep disconnected the call (on purpose or unintentainally) and did NOT call back. Who does that? why even call your self customer service becausae you clearly do not service the customer!!

Beware, T mobile will change your number without your permission. It happened to me this morning when I received a msg from T mobile. I called customer service, they said I did change my number by using my own phone that I put on my desk no call out for at lease for two days. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of.

My experience with T-Mobile was poor. I didn't have signal outside of the city limits, bill was very high, and when I decided to leave. My last bill was automatically sent to collections? "I have to admit!" This left a sour taste in my mouth and probably will not go back!

I have had issues with T-mobile since day one. I am being charged for things no one told me about. When you call to talk to customer service sometimes the response from the CSR's are like they dont give a damn. There is no consistency and there is never a correct answer given. I can say that T-mobile in my opinion is the worst of the worst.

T-Mobile kept promising that their signal and coverage near my home would improve. I live just down the road from one of their worthless stores. They finally told me the poor coverage I was getting should be considered normal and I should get used to it or move on. I moved to Cricket on the AT&T network and couldn't be happier.

T Mobile totally ripped me off, I was charged for unlimited Data but was never able to use very much because of roaming. I switched to ATT and have excellent service with unlimited data, even when roaming, and it is almost $10.00 a moth cheaper. T Mobile is a rip off and should be charged with FRAUD!!! Lois Malicote!!!

The service is horrible! I've been with them for years and it only continues to get worse. I never get any service in Miami Beach which is crazy considering its not some far off place. Had to visit Arlington for work and had no service there either. At this point I'm strongly considering switching companies.

T-Mobile rolls out BB OS10.3 for the classic (which arrived after the Z10) but not the Z10. I know the classic existed before the Z10 but the original classic couldn't run BB OS10. Get it together T-Mobile! Like yesterday!!!!

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life they lied they stole my money and then refused to give it back and they still haven’t to this day and if you ever get the salesman name Romário W Do not deal with him he is a liar and a scam artist and he needs to be fired from that place immediately for the lies in the money he stole from my bank account based on lies I would never recommend switching to T-Mobile to my worst enemy I had to get one star if there was an option for no star that’s what they deserve

Very poor reception in the Central Florida area. There have been times when I do not receive my text unless I turn off my phone and turn it back on. Many drop calls. When upgrading our phones in the store, they took forever and added services like the Insurance with out permission.

I was a long time client of T-Mobile - for over 20 years. It got more and more frustrating the more money I paid for services, that some terrorist could go and buy a burner phone at Walmart for cheaper than what I was paying. Somebody... was getting $45 / month phone plans, while us hardworking people were paying through the nose. T-Mobile walked away from its clients a long time ago. Now, they no longer protect your privacy and they charge you up the yin-yang, while a bunch of losers get free phones. Thanks, T-Mobile... for the memories.
