Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Decent service in most areas, sometimes struggles in rural areas, cheaper than Verizon, bad customer service when trying to set up apple watches. Overall I've liked T-mobile.

T-Mobile's coverage seems as if the signal receptor ran off of an old polaroid camera with an antenna on top, I cant seem to find connection where I need it, and where I don't need it I have it.

T-Mobile does not have great customer service. Every time I have gone into a store to get help with a device the employees have not been effective in helping me fix the problem. Service is very spotty in many areas that it shouldn't be such as the grocery store or a large public area. I would probably not recommend T-Mobile to a friend although they have great family plans for a cheap price.

The service provided by Tmobile is ok in our area. Inside of buildings in certain areas the service drops slightly and sometimes completely which can be annoying. Billing has been as expected.

I used T-Mobile for a couple of years and am so glad to get rid of them. My service was spotty and sometimes people wouldn't get my text messages for 12-24 hours. We now have Verizon and haven't had any of those issues.

The cell service needs work. Call after call after call being dropped. Reception always cutting in and out. Very frustrating to pay for a service that you don't get to use to its fullest. The price is better than others out there but reception is terrible.

Prices keep going up without informing me about it! My phone insurance went up from 9$ to 12 without notice! I was told my phone was paid off when i got a new one, and it wasn't; so i was charged for three phones when only two were active! if it weren't for the fact that Verizon is way more and offering less, I would be leaving

First off, i'm not real crazy about T-Mobile. There service is great when I'm in my local town, but when i leave the boundaries it seems to always be very iffy on the service I get. The price is okay, but not worth all the bad service and trouble. Overall, I would not recommend this carrier to another friend.

I have home internet. The first box they sent didn’t work. They had me return it and sent a new one. Then they started charging me for 2 lines. Customer Service has been terrible since signing up. Service is fine.

They are not honest, costumer service is extremely bad, they hang up on you after 25 minutes waiting. All the calls are going to over sea. Not help at all. I would consider moving out of them to ATT or Vrizon.
