I am so mad. I have been ripped off for a year's. Probably since 2017, but i truly done with trashy phones trashy service and customer service that nod their heads while you are on the phone ( for hours) and do “NOTHING!!!” Just done 0 is there rating except for everything you abuse customers with tmobile u get 10.

We got T-mobile when they bought Spirit. Got to be the worst service. Can't call across the room even on WiFi calling 90 % time. Get messages days later. Drops calls frequently. Leaving soon as can find a comparable data plan since I had a great plan with Sprint. Rating-10.

I was charged over $800 for calls to India, then had to call to India to dispute the charges! There was no warning or disclaimer. Thats on top of some calls not going through or me not receiving calls. After 12 years, TMobile lost my family and I as customers!

I come to agent in renton to upgrade the service plan and i asked them to confirm the payment plan 3 times and they confirmed. But when i receive the bill, it cost 50 dollars more. I came back there and they denied everthing. T mobile lie everything as long as they can get more line.

Horrible customer service. Basically reward fraudsters using their business. Phone support would not send me to their fraud department after I called 7 different times. I had to go to a store to finally get someone to help me. 5 starts to the in store people. 0 starts for phone support.

After calling numerous time to find out why they cancelled my order they still can’t tell me a reason . T Mobil has turned in to a waste of a company. Company claimed my return phone was damaged but the phone had complete repair before being sent. Never communicated to me - only gave 150 for brand new phone. Complete scam. Customer service very poor - dont communiucate. Same issue has to be explained every single call. Regret joining

My representative on the chat named Carlos told me that I would have my phones on this past Thursday and nothing. My oldest daughter ordered her phone a day after ma and received her phone on Thursday. How is this right....I am beyond pissed.

Either dishonest or incompetent...either way, I do not recommend this company.

Worst service I have ever had! I was sold 5g unlimited and was told it was strong at my residence in January, hasn’t worked at my home at all! Several calls later to find out the 5G tower was being worked on since Dec with no end date in sight.

We did the 15 day FREE trial for home interent back in February 2022. It was absolutely awful! I tried it for 6 days and returned all the equipment and discontinued the service. They charged us $170.00! We have called at lest 20 times since Feb asking for a refund and still haven't received our money!

Worst experience ever, literally. I purchased an iPhone through the website because apple had a delay (I usually just do it through apple). It’s definitely my fault that I ordered the pro instead of the pro max but when I returned it they said they never received it so I still have to pay over 1000 dollars for a phone I don’t have. Their customer service is quick to respond, however their CRM system seems to be out dated, reps make mistakes and everytime have to explain everything all over. The advertise bets coverage: I have experienced many drop calls, and the quality is not good once you are not on their network. AT and T is much much better in my experience

Was told I would pay $98 a month. Had to sign a contact that I was never given a copy of and turned out being $158. Salespeople said it was a misunderstanding on the sale and the salesperson misunderstood exactly how it worked. However I'm stuck paying a extra $1400 over the 2 year contract. Fraud!!!

I felt like T-mobile has untrained individuals in the Concord and the Salisbury stores. It sucks that they purchased Sprint. If you are migrating please double check before doing anything.

I recently migrated to T-Mobile from sprint and the customer service I received was terrible. The agent supposedly gave me a promotion for migrating and being with sprint for 13 years but when I got the contract there was no promotion added and my bill was going to be $40-$60 more than I paid while being a sprint customer.

I switched to T-mobile from Cricket. The service is ok when your in town but once you leave, it's a hit and miss. Was the switch worth the extra money....NO. I've noticed that Verizon has the best coverage hands down so I'll probably switch to them shortly.

They failed to live up to the agreement and pay off my old service provider which led to a negative report on my credit report and 0 help from customer service……it’s been 6 months dealing with this matter and I’m now a happy customer of AT&T

Terrible. They get you to buy insurance and then when you crack the screen they will only give you $100 off on buying a new phone. What was the point of the insurance? Also, the people in the store don't seem to know what they are doing. Probably going to go over to Verizon.

I don't like how T-Mobile will charge $20 per line for a reconnection fee when they don't have to do anything to reconnect, it's done with computer programs. The ones that get charged this fee are the ones that can afford it the least.
