T Mobile is more costly than other carriers I have talked to and their coverage is more limited than some. Additionally, I have not always found their customer service representatives to be as well-trained to answer questions and handle issues as other companies.

My kids are with T-mobile and its been great! I feel like they used to have a bad rap for dropping calls but my kids rarely have any dropped calls. Its also nice because their rates are lower.

T- Mobile is by far the worst company I had ever used. I enjoy their products and their prices. The customer service however, has been anything but great. First, an agent asked me if I was pregnant when I was not. Second, I had to call them multiple times for multiple issues on the account. I would definitely not recommend this cell phone service to anyone.

I enjoy having T-Mobile because of their international plan. I'm doing a humanitarian trip for 3 months and everyone else had to buy a new phone plan down here. T-Mobile was the only carrier where you didn't have to.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for! It cuts out quite frequently, but if you're okay with that it's a good deal. Texting sometimes takes a while to get messages through, but overall it's an okay service.

I enjoy their prices but I need better coverage. They continue to tell me I live right down the street from one of their towers yet my connection is always an issue. I've already put in a personal tower in my house but there still seems to be trouble. If it wasn't for how good the price was I would have been back with Verizon.

The quality of t-mobile in remote areas is not always of the highest quality. I have been in areas like Flagstaff where all of my friends with other services had service long before I did and this was in a residential area. I also have only a few bars in my house and I have never seen it more that 3.

I have had few problems with T-mobile it works the majority of the time in bigger cities but it a little less accurate and more sporadic in smaller towns. but for much less of the price than other providers it is quite a nice one.

i have had tmobile all my life, they are affordable but i feel liket he service/network is getting worse. Most of the time I dont get service at most places. When i call in to ask what for advice, they try to sell me something instead. I am not very happy right now with them. I am thinking of changing provider.

T-Mobile was my first Cell phone company I used when I moved to Utah. I found out where I live there were dead areas and I constantly was getting cut off. I finally gave up and switched to another cell phone company and have been pleased. Maybe in other states there is better cell coverage, but in Utah it was horrible.

While I have been with T-Mobile I love that they allow me to control my kids phones, and are able to shut them off at a certain time at night so I don't have to worry about them being on them too late.

Terrible company to transfer from. They have poor communication foreign language customer service. They are more expensive than competition. Took me 2 hours just to get the transfer pin so I could port MY number to my new carrier. They spend their time so mad you give up and stay with tm. They suck. Go with consumer

I have been with tmobile for more than 20 years and decide to cancel service due to the poor support on: 1. Calls dropping. 2. Poor customer services. 3. Poor Home internet connection: It looks like it has never been achieve the performance as the T-Mobile advertisement. The speed slow down due to heavy data sharing.

Every time the website returns a random error message. Customer service couldn't help me on the phone, either. I ended up going with Verizon instead.

T Mobile worst service ever. Customer support doesn’t help. They hang up on you and don’t even call back. Very rude. They merged with sprint and became the worse phone service on earth. If I can leave no stars I woukd. I switched.
