I enjoy having T-Mobile because of their international plan. I'm doing a humanitarian trip for 3 months and everyone else had to buy a new phone plan down here. T-Mobile was the only carrier where you didn't have to.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for! It cuts out quite frequently, but if you're okay with that it's a good deal. Texting sometimes takes a while to get messages through, but overall it's an okay service.

My favorite thing about t mobile is the international coverage. I was able to travel and live abroad while still staying connecting to friends and family. I’ve never had problems arise with this company.

I enjoy their prices but I need better coverage. They continue to tell me I live right down the street from one of their towers yet my connection is always an issue. I've already put in a personal tower in my house but there still seems to be trouble. If it wasn't for how good the price was I would have been back with Verizon.

I've been with Tmobile since 2005. Customer Service has always been great. I've been grandfathered into unlimited plan for $100 for 2 lines for a long time and happy with it.

The quality of t-mobile in remote areas is not always of the highest quality. I have been in areas like Flagstaff where all of my friends with other services had service long before I did and this was in a residential area. I also have only a few bars in my house and I have never seen it more that 3.

I liked everything about T-mobile except I had spotty service and would have calls drop every time I went through those spots. They have great family packages. I ended up having to switch because of those dropped calls.

I have had few problems with T-mobile it works the majority of the time in bigger cities but it a little less accurate and more sporadic in smaller towns. but for much less of the price than other providers it is quite a nice one.

i have had tmobile all my life, they are affordable but i feel liket he service/network is getting worse. Most of the time I dont get service at most places. When i call in to ask what for advice, they try to sell me something instead. I am not very happy right now with them. I am thinking of changing provider.

T-Mobile was my first Cell phone company I used when I moved to Utah. I found out where I live there were dead areas and I constantly was getting cut off. I finally gave up and switched to another cell phone company and have been pleased. Maybe in other states there is better cell coverage, but in Utah it was horrible.

While I have been with T-Mobile I love that they allow me to control my kids phones, and are able to shut them off at a certain time at night so I don't have to worry about them being on them too late.

I went by a T-Mobile store to sign up for 2 of the 55-Plus phone lines. The lines that are advertised to be $27.50/month for each line would have cost $110.00 per month for 2 lines, plus $30.00 per line for activation. Not exactly as advertised. The FTC should do something about their advertising, and T-Mobile should be ashamed.

I was promised a $200 rebate for signing up. After 20 years with Verizon I switched over to T mobile. After 2 months I found out my rebate was declined bc I’m not signed up for the magenta max plan. Which is double what I would pay each month. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!!!
