I changed from boost mobile to t-mobile a few years ago and have liked it much better. Although I have had a few problems with the customer service being slow, it has been a pretty good experience overall.

Went into a tmobile location. Paid for two months worth of service. Then got a bill for $90 in my email. When I call them, they say they can't see the payments (I can see them fine on my bank account). How they can collect $150 and pretend they aren't able to see that is beyond me. Will never touch their service again. After 4 trips to the store, two calls to their support number and a call back to the store nobody can tell me what I paid for.

I went into a TMobile store to see if my phone could be recalibrated as the screen often times does not work very well, the employee seemed lost at best. Not only did he not have a clue how to help me, he also instructed me to take my phone to Apple although I lease it from them, claiming it is out of warranty. Now correct me if I am wrong but if you lease or “rent” something and it is defective in some way, a GOOD customer service representative would make good on promises and stand behind their product. I guess it is time for a new carrier!!!!!!

Although T-Mobile claims they have best coverage, the quality of strength needs some improvements. They have more free add-on than all other carriers, overall they are good.

I like their prices and their desire to make their customers happy. They can improve by making sure they have honest employees who sell their phones.

On December 3rd 2018 they ported my number from One prepaid plan to another it's now December 12th and my number has still not been ported. Every time I call them they tell me so it's coming soon. I was lied to so many times. The customer service agent told me that the reporting should take about two hours at the most. Just the worst. They offered me one month credit for the inconvenience. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know if it will do any good since this company has such bad reviews other places. Be careful

This is a scam company. network coverage is terrible, the network works well only in the city, if you travel a long way away, change your carrier. I switched to another telecoms operator and saved my number, so Mobil drove me into debt like for another month of use ($ 75), and not talking about it! If I knew this, then I would not have left this phone number for myself. Very expensive internet and very few gigabytes.

T-Mobile customer service lacks knowledge and universal communication. I have spoken to 4 different service reps and have been given 4 different answers. I cancelled my plans because the service was terrible. I was enrolled in the jump program and needed to know how to pay off the devices. I was told to just send them back in to T-Mobile and the outstanding balance for the devices would be cleared. Within one months time I was sent a collection letter even though I sent in the devices. I was told by the 4th rep spoke with that I would have to pay the debt. T-Mobile has ruined my credit!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! Please, don't choose t-mobile if you have other choices. If you're out of luck getting no service/data, do not expect to get any refund from them. All they do is transfer your call and make you repeat the whole story again and again and get exhausted, and eventually gave up asking for any refund. I've called at least four times and waited for nearly two months. I received nothing after all.

Get rid of RED (verizon buyout) is a hoax. Signed up to port service and then the drill begins. I provided a printed copy of my last bill indicating billings for each device, along with copies of the payoff receipt and made another trip to get original purchase orders. Wow, not good enough. I was accused of actually creating two of the documents myself which were laden with technical stuff no one could possibly make up. These guys are full of S**T. I'm going back to verizon pronto. I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because T-Mobile was less expensive. I checked the map to see if there was coverage in my area. The map showed coverage in that area. I was lucky to get even one “bar” at home or my place of employment. I spent most of my time in those two places. Essentially I was in a two year contract for a paper weight.

I had Verizon for many years. When we moved to our present location, we found T-Mobile had the best coverage for this particular area. Still far from satisfied. Usually only have 2 “bars,” if that.

The actual phone service is great! The people running it are horrible! Customer service is a must in any business and they have people that lie and truly don't care. They don't resolve issues, if anything, they're made worse! I've had nothing but problems since I switched. Phone problems and bill problems alike!

TMobile has senior a discount which I found by accident started last September . I called and enrolled at that time I asked why people aren’t notified and they said it’s the responsibility of the customer to find discounts. They refused to make it retroactive and I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years. They got to keep their $200. years I guess keeping 200 dollars

When my six year old misplaced a cell phone we called to suspend the service. We simply use it for internet during long drives. We called to suspend when he lost the phone only to find out that they will suspend the account but you still pay the full amount, WHAT A JOKE!!! In order to not pay for it you must cancel the line so that you loose your phone number and if you find it and want to get a new number you have to pay the sign up fees again, GOOD BYE T-MOBILE We are changing back to Verizon or going to AT&T Service is spotty to begin with!!

T-Mobile has paid 8 billion for a new network operating on a 600mhz frequency. Nonetheless they are selling phones, including the iPhone, that cannot access this frequency. Therefore, you are paying up to #1,000 for. phone that is already obsolete in T-Mobile. Of course they do not tell you this. After I learned this, I returned the phones and was charged a $100 fee, Besides their coverage is horrible.

I was customer of Tmobile for 10 years, one month they charged $20 bucks saying I made international calls, they did not listen I paid and requested to block international calls again next month charged $400 extra saying I made international calls again. I requested them to enquire, they did not do, I said I don’t pay that extra amount until it resolves. They said do whatever you want and gave them collections and charged couple of hundreds extra and screwed my total credit report.

So-so service at best on a good day. Worthless when you need them, today 9-11-17 just after Irma passed through, no service from T-Mobile, I am using a friends AT&T Wifi Hot Spot to write this review as my T-Mobile connection is non existent. T-Mobil may be the cheaper option, but you get what you pay for. It's back to AT&T for me as soon as the power is back and the stores open.

Finding another phone company they charge for payment arrangements I've never in my life have never been charged for payment arrangement on my bill and with other companies. T Mobile charges are ridiculous. I am unsatisfied customer. When I sign up with them I thought they were reasonable but they're not. I am so unhappy with the service that has been provided for me

I had approximately $25 in additional and unexpected charges added to my bill. I have an automatic draft from my bank, so I didn't notice it until I got a text that there was a past due amount. I called a few days later and was told I needed to pay the bill immediately or risk service interruption. I've had this account for 3 years and have NEVER been late. While I agree that the account is $25 past due, it's for 3 weeks. UNBELIEVABLE...

They have better than average customer service, but the actual service is very limited to college towns and major cities. I can't justify paying $62/mnth for something I have limited usage of, it's all or nothing.

I haven't done business with T-mobile since they went contract free. but just before they did, I had a $35 a month plan with them that was fine, then they raised my rate to $45/mo. I called and was told the $35 plan no longer existed. So I told them to cancel my service. They sent me a bill for $400 for early termination. They are the ones who broke our contract, no me. I have steadfastly refused to pay them a dime ever since and will never do business with T-mobile again.

The biggest issue with T-Mobile is their coverage, it sucks. I've taken trips into the Pacific Northwest, and from Northern California thur Oregon, more often than not, there was zero coverage. Even along a major Interstate like I-40 when traveling to Oklahoma, the coverage is spotty at best and data, forget it!. Their in-building coverage, again spotty at best. These are not all the complaints I have against T-Mobile but they were the driving factors that caused me to leave their service.

If I could give zero stars I would we bought the buy two get one free phones and for the last year I have been battling with T-Mobile to pay my 400 and something dollar bill and then they send it off to collections and say sorry about your luck I’ve taken over a week off of work and multiple personal hours just to try to talk to people to get things resolved and none of that happened they tried to charge me Double Vie old them and it has been a very bad experience stay away from T-Mobile watch what you sign they are horrible right now go with prepaid they still 900 and something dollars out of my account that’s almost a month worth of paycheck I almost lost my house over T-Mobile it took them seven days a refund it and then they added that 900 and something dollars on top of The other $900 that they said I owed them in which they promised me up the promotion which was half of 900 and here I am a year later battling with T-Mobile through collections agencies when I have four children and all we have are two phones that are 200 bucks apiece at Walmart right now T-Mobile has honestly getting me high blood pressure and I’ve had panic attacks I’ve had to go to the hospital once because of talking to one of the supervisors basically saying well there’s nothing we can do now that it’s like elections when it was all their fault they never would call back they would never call back I called and called and called and they would never call back and when they did call back the few times it was all bad I had bad cellular service when I first started with T-Mobile so they let me switch carriers so now I’m using T-Mobile phones on a prepaid service and then there was this one lady that had everything lined up and I was just starting to pay my monthly payment and then the next month it said I cannot no longer pay , Honestly I was skeptical on whether I should post this review or not because I don’t want T-Mobile trying to come out for me and Try and take me to court and put their big expensive lawyers on a hard-working man with four children but inside their computers is all the evidence that’s needed to prove them wrong and then I am right if they were to call me and say that they will keep their promise and I can just pay the 400 and something dollars that I owe them I would gladly do that! But other than that I’m looking into talking with my private attorney if they keep messing with me
