I have been with T-Mobile for the last 18 years. I switched from Verizon mainly because they beat my current plan price by a lot. I don't think the service of T-mobile is quite as good as Verizon, but their customer service is excellent, so I have stayed with them.

I am on a family plan that supposedly has unlimited high speed data per month for each line. However, after my line hit 2 GB worth of high speed data, it slowed down. We talked to customer service and they looked at our account and saw that we are signed up for unlimited high speed data so they said they would fix it for us. Now, my line slows down after 4 GB worth of data. I believe the other lines on the plan we hadn't specifically asked to increase are still at 2 GB. Not sure why they still have it set to slow down at all considering we have an unlimited plan??

T-mobile has been a great change for my family. We choose them because our friends recommend them and they gave us a deal to get more lines. They customer service was great. The guy who helped us even got us water while we were waiting. And my kids love the T-Mobile Tuesday surprises.

I have had t mobile for 15 years. They are over all the least expensive than other carriers. Customer service has always been helpful and polite. If you are in a budget this is the plan to go with. You won’t be disappointed.

I am currently with Tmobile for my families cell provider. I have found that they have provided pretty consistent service and prices that work for me. I have had to place a line on hold before and I was afraid that they were going to give me trouble but there were no issues and no surprise fees or charges when I re activated the line.

T-Mobile was our first cell phone carrier. They were very easy to use they had many kiosks all over if you ever needed help. They seem to be well price compared to other carriers. They had good phones available. Wasn’t thrilled that they weren’t willing to match other companies when it came time to switch and so we went ahead and changed over to AT&T.

I have had T-mobile for almost 5 years now and for the most part it has been great. The customer service is always helpful, and when I got a new phone they made it easy to transfer everything from my old phone over to the new one with the T-mobile Transfer app. I have noticed though that other carriers like Verizon have better service in more places, and I don’t like that my “unlimited data plan” isn’t really unlimited because there is only a certain amount of high speed data and then it just gets really slow.

Great service, awesome customer service, loved the family. Discontinued my services due to lack of towers here where I live. Calls kept getting dropped and messages would be received late. If more towers are put where I live, I will happily switch over. But due to work, my phone is a must and cannot lag.

I have had T-Mobile for as long as I can remember having a phone. I am on a family plan with 4 others, and it makes my bill super inexpensive. They have great deals if you have other people to be on your plan with you. Whenever I go to the store, however, they are always trying to get me to change my plan so that I would be paying more money. So, if you get a cheap plan, make sure to stick to it because they will try to talk you into spending more money.

Billing policies at T-Mobile are like nothing I have ever experienced. Late fees after less than 30 days is, I believe, illegal. Ported my number out, the online account turned off - before 30 days, so I could not check the last bill. It got sent to collections before 30 days - DON'T get involved with these JERKS!

If I could give it negative zeros stars I would. This company has ruined the good reputation of Sprint for former Sprint customers. Beware of bait and switch on upgrades as they do not honor trade in values. Ever. We traded in a new phone that we had for barely a few weeks and when we saw our trade in bill it was for half of what they originally quoted us. They are now also trying to force Sprint customers into more expensive plans. If they do this to you as well, please file a complaint with the FCC.

Don’t be fooled T-Mobile is a scam they’re selling used/returned phones as new! I paid over 1,200.00 to get home and inspect further to find a small crack. Took it back to be told there’s nothing they can do. I have two lines and one line I brought my own phone to find all they did was use the phone I purchased from them as a hotspot then charged me for out of network numbers when I use it they did nothing more but cloned the phone. As soon as I reach the 3 months that I’m forced to stay with them I’m gone and will NEVER do business with them. They’re amazingly AWFUL..

You get a different story & runaround to go to the store vs calling customer service. Frustrating & exhausting. The t mobile office in Martinsville Virginia needs some attention. The employees are rude unprofessional. They have not been properly trained and have no management at this store. I was there 4 hours Sunday 1 hour Monday and they are lost and said they can't help me. Ive been a paying customer over a decade and now I'm looking to switch to another carrier. It's sad how there only want to play around drawing pictures. Take my advice and drive the extra miles to avoid wasting your time. If only a t mobile executive could see the customers that walk out that door unhappy.

I left T-Mobile for Mint which is cheaper with better service imo. Tmobile sent a bill out saying they overbilled me $46.67. I figured they would refund me but no. I called customer service and they said they couldn't put the money back on my credit card so they would send out a prepaid card. I waited a month and nothing. I called again and they said they never actually sent the prepaid credit card because it has to go back on the credit card they took it from. Ughh. So they said they would but nope. Still have yet to receive my money back. They are crooks. Buyer beware.

Basically all calls are transferred to the Philippines and good luck with trying to understand their English. Seems they're all running around with their heads cut off. 2 hours trying to get help and they still couldn't help me. Asked last guy to transfer me to a manager more than 20xs and still wouldn't. I'm thinking about switching after 10 years. Everything went downhill with customer service the moment these people began answering... they don't understand are US English unfortunately.

I was with T mobile with 5+ years, recently they have changed their policy on auto pay. As we had auto pay with credit card, now they want debit cards or check from us. So, I have cancelled the membership and joined another company. These people are very rude as they abruptly changed the policy. Now they are laying off 5000 employees from the job. I think some stupid person became the CEO or CFO of the company.

I ported all my numbers out to Google Fi who uses their network. I had a business account and was paying for internet where i returned their internet box and every month I was paying before I realized it 3 months later. I paid off a device that was never used and they refused to unlock it because i never used it. The store reps just want to cell service and they will lie through their teeth as they get a percentage of your monthly bill. This was my second round with T-mobile and these guys just cannot get it right. I am done with them for good.
