Good service at company stores but private stores are not recommended because they cannot help customers to a great extent. T-MOBILE service is excellent for me because it works all over the world. It even works in remote locations. It is best for people in the USA and world travelers. Love it!

I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 5 years. The service is fine, with few dropped calls. My only real complaint is their political affiliations with ultra-right-wing political pundit Corey R. L. That alone is causing me to seek a less controversial cell provider elsewhere. We vote with our spending, and choose to not support the political right with my cell service.

I have been using T-mobile over 8 years, and I am adding lines and plans. I have 4 voice, 2 data services. Simply, most cheap on me when comparing with Verizon and ATT. I am living in NJ area, I never experienced any quality of signal issues. The customer service, really really nice, Honestly, really happy.

I've been with T-Mobile for almost 4 years; no real issues. I've had the same plan and my monthly charge is always predictable. Just the way I like it! Except for that one time in 2020 when they had a circuit overload, the service has been reliable and I can go anywhere and count on my connectivity.

They started off a good cellphone company as the bill includes all fees and taxes included and as I added more people to the plan and was offered better rates once they merged with Sprint it seems like they are ripping us off, bill is extremely high and they quoted my son a certain amount now he's paying an additional $40.00 than what he was told would be his portion! I left Sprint because they are crooks and now the merged together so no wonder we are having this issue again! Doing research to transfer our 6 line account!!

They say they are the best now since they merged with Sprint. I recently switched to T-Mobile because of signal issues I was having with a different company. I asked them about their signals and towers. We're the best and biggest they said. Come to find out they are using the same degrading tower the other company was using. So I still have signal issues! Their response to me when I called, buy another phone, get high speed internet so they can boost off it or switch.

I’ve had t-mobile service for approximately 5 years with excellent service. However, in home coverage had been sparse showing only 1 bar with numerous dropped calls. T-mobile provided an in-home cell tower and service has been increased to 4 bars! However, when I go outside my home coverage drops to. 1/2 bars

T Mobile is a company that has growth. I remember I switched from AT&T to T Mobile because the plans were cheaper and they brought back unlimited data. Shortly after every cell phone company did the same. T Mobile has been adding some many different components to your buying experience and I can say that it is worth it.

Long before the merger with Sprint my service was great I used to use Sprint and I switched because my service was going downhill then I went to go upgrade my phone and they told me that they switch their policies on when you can get upgrades even though when I purchased a plan I was told I can get an upgrade after a certain. Of time I was very upset you can't pay your bill in the office it seems to be the office location does absolutely nothing but sign you up with new contracts and that's all

I was having some problems with my phone and was unable to resolve the issues myself so I called the office and they said to come on in. I went in and the employee that assisted me cap walking away talking to the other co-workers while I would stand there patiently waiting for him to assist me with these things that I could not do I needed him to guide me to do things but he didn't stay long enough with me to get anything done. The grand finale was I picked up my stuff and I told him Cameron you're a poor excuse for a representative for T-Mobile new make them look bad you didn't stay with me and guide me through these problems today I'd you just kept walking away as if I wasn't important you should be ashamed of yourself that was not a good day for me do this back that I left with the same problems that I came in with. A friend of mine ended up helping me with my situation. His communication skills were next to nothing. Maybe he might need some more in service.

Although they are priced really well for their service, the coverage and reliability leaves something to be desired. I frequently had no service when my travelling colleagues with other carriers had service. In fact, sometimes I couldn't get service in my own basement. In the end, I had to buy out of my contract and switch to a company with more robust and reliable coverage.

I’ve used T-Mobile for several years, but set up my first individual account with them about a year ago. There was an issue with service when traveling to Canada as soon as my account was switched. This was a very difficult situation as my new job entailed regular travel to Canada. It took a LOT of phone calls and trips to TMobile stores to finally resolve the issue. Since then service has been great. I recommend NOT to call the 800 number for problems which is sourced overseas and very frustrating to deal with. It’s better to call a local center.

Every one else’s cell phone service didn’t work, but T-mobile’s stayed working, and got us out of that pickle! My only problem with T-mobile is that the data can be really slow, and practically useless on occasions.

One thing that I really liked about T-Mobile is that they have an low monthly pre-payment option for people who only use a limited amount of service each month. I found there customer service to be very helpful when I needed to switch phones. Options and service was very clear no hidden expense.

We tried T-Mobile for 2 years because of their low pricing and incentive packages for signing up. Unfortunately, we had really spotty service and couldn't even really make a call from our home. We live in a suburb, not a rural area so the coverage should have been fine. Customer service tried to help by restarting our network and giving us a service booster, but it still didn't help. So while the price was great, we ended up switching carriers because of the spotty service.
