Verizon so far has been the best service ive had. I’ve had pretty much every carrier and Verizon is my top. I never lose service in weird places. I always have some kind of service. Payment options are easy with the app as well.

I have had Verizon since I got a cell phone for work and the service and coverage are next to none. Everyone says they get the best coverage but I've had a few different providers and Verizon is far and away the best. Just with they would be a little better with the family plan pricing

I have been a happy Verizon customer for years. The brand is trustworthy. I think that association started with the “we’ve got people” campaign. I wish the rates were a bit lower. I have lost service more in recent years than I ever had. My fellow Verizon customers have experienced the same thing. It’s frustrating. I thought we had people? What happened?

In my opinion, Verizon is one of the best cell phone carriers. They have excellent customer service and coverage. You will pay more for their service, but it may be worth it if you don't want to hassle with dead spots or dropped calls.

Expensive but been very consistent! It's honestly one of the reasons why I keep it around. I'm able to stream everything and my service is usually the best in the room. A big part of this is bias since I've only ever used Verizon, and I'm only comparing it to what I've heard from friends and family around me. I don't typically like going into Verizon stores though because I feel like they're the Wells Fargo of phone companies if that means anything to anyone. I feel sold to, like, the entire time I'm there.

I recently made the jump from sprint to Verizon and the only difference I’ve seen is price. Service has been slightly better, but unless you’re making calls from the middle of the desert, there’s not a huge difference. We were also annoyed because there are millions of limitations on when you get a free phone. “Even though you switched, you aren’t on our premium, unlimited, business, family, pet caretaker plan, so you don’t get the free phone.” It’s about the same anywhere, but still annoying.

I switched from sprint when I got married and my husband and I got on our own plan. I get less robotic phone calls from scammers, have better service and internet all the time, and have enjoyed pretty much everything better. Very few complaints. In fact, when people are telling me about their phone problems, I usually ask who their provider is first. And if it’s not Verizon, I attribute it to that.

I have been a Verizon customer since my first cell phone in 2002. I feel the service has been exceptional and I'm very happy with the coverage. I just recently changed because with exfinity internet I could get cell service for just $10/month and Verizon couldn't come close to that price

I’ve had a Verizon phone for over 20 years. There service is the most reliable out there with better signal then other carriers. My husband always goes for the cheapest cost in looking for his cell phone service and Is always disappointed with them and switches back to Verizon.

After going through several cell phone companies, Verizon is alright. I am currently using their service. I enjoy their patient and decent customer service when I enter their store. I love that they have this credit option for people transitioning to their service, to use store credit on covers and chargers. Overall, I'm content with this service. I have not had to call them for any issues in 2 years of use.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. I feel like their coverage was actually better 3 or 4 years ago then it is now, but overall I’m able to get service just about everywhere I’ve needed to. I also really appreciate their in store customer service. Employees always seem well informed and educated and have always been able to help with whatever situation I present them with.

Because I switched jobs I had to cancel my Verizon plan and I can honestly say it was the worst decision I’ve ever made in regards to my cellphone service and plan. I love Verizon! The people working meet you with such big personable relatable personalities I always left feeling understood and that my problem would soon be resolved.

I’ve used Verizon since I’ve had a phone. I have never had a problem with them. The coverage is great! I have coverage in a lot of places my friends using other phone providers don’t. The pricing is very affordable compared to other phone plans I’ve looked at with other providers. I’ve never had a problem with them.

I have Verizon as my Cell Phone provider service and they have great service almost anywhere I go and when other people don't have service I still have service. They have good rates and I like their access to WIFI and streaming seems to be fast and good quality.

I have been using Verizon for about 5 years now and it has been good for our family. We get good coverage and rarely have calls dropped. Their customer service leaves a little to be desired. I recommend checking your phone bill carefully too. There were a couple of charges for services on our bill that we didn't request or want and I had to ask for them to be removed. They did remove them immediately and gave us a credit too, so that was nice.

Verizon has been a great cell provider. I have cell that is now paid for by my employer but I previously paid for my cell service and had chosen to stay with Verizon. I feel like I have consistent service without dropped calls. the plan I have is inline with the rate that my employer pays but that I previously paid on my own. as long as things stay the same I plan on staying with Verizon.

expensive and sometimes shady, but great company. The service provided celluar doesn't compare with others, not even at&t and they're the largest competitors. The price is high, but does provide great service. Customer service is okay, but that's because not all the employee p.o.s. are all cohesive. Overall only recommend because there is no better company.

I have loved Verizon as my cell phone provider. Whenever I have been in more remote places, ie. cabins, mountains, etc. I have still had coverage where people with other carriers have not. It is a little more expensive but the service is great!

I originally joined with Verizon because they had the best cell service in the area in which I lived. Their pricing is a bit high, but I guess it's worth it to have reliable cell reception. I now live in a more populated area where reception isn't a problem among the other carrier. While I would like to move away from Verizon, I'm hesitant in switching since it feels like I would be making a decision on choosing a lesser of evils.

We love the convenience of family plans and the options that are available for parents with children. My favorite Verizon​ service we have is the Gizmo watches for my children. It is so great to have a way to keep track of them without giving them the responsibility of a smart phone.

We switched over to Verizon after being with T-Mobile for years, mainly because of their coverage. We’re able to get service where we couldn’t with our previous carrier, and have had great service while out on road trips. Their plans are more expensive which is the only downside, but you get what you pay for. Customer service has always been helpful when we call in.

Verizon has been good to work with. It has been the only company we have ever dealt with. It is a bit pricier than the other companies, but in our area, it is a very reliable service. Their family plan with 4 phones and unlimited everything is great and has brought the price down match other phone plans. That is the best way to go. When I have had to call with issues, they have usually worked well with me. I love the online customer service chat feature.

We have been Verizon customers for about 20 years. For the most part the actual cell service has been next to none! We rarely drop calls, have fantastic coverage and the quality of the calls is usually amazing! We pay a ton every month to have this service and with 7 devices, this is usually over $500 a month. My only complaint would be the cost. I wish they could lower our monthly fees, especially because we have been long time, loyal customers.

I just switched over to Verizon 2 years ago and love that I did. I see a huge difference in my service and connection from my past provider. I never have areas where I don't have service anymore and my connection is always extremely fast. I have a great plan that works for my family that the whole family enjoys being on.

They are geniuses. I can't believe the places that I have been and still gotten coverage. A lot of people complain that it is a little more pricey than other companies, but it is 100% worth what you pay. The coverage is unbelievable.
