Because I can get a signal most anywhere I am. The only difference is I wish they had a tower closer to my home so I wouldn't have to have a landline. Also, I wish the data plans were less expensive.

Verizon has gotten a lot better over the years. Their customer service has vastly improved and their treatment of your bill and related policies are now a lot more customer-focused and less skeezy. I hate having to get a sales pitch for a different plan half the times I call customer support, but aside from that their support is generally helpful. Their physical stores and kiosks, however, are still strange, sales-y places that feel like they're run by kids who don't really know what they're doing and are overly focused on "upselling" you instead of helping you.

I was with these guys for a long time. I felt constantly like I was being overcharged, but I stayed with them because they had the best coverage. I was always unhappy after customer service calls and it seemed like no one quite knew what they were doing at their offices. They do have great coverage but you are going to pass through the nose for it.

Verizon has quality products for relatively low prices. Their coverage is amazing in the US and around the world if you are willing to pay their international prices. Not the best for abroad travel because of the cost but great for national use.

Verizon provided me with great service the only problem I had was that they weren't able to make adjustments for me to get a new phone even though I was willing to pay the price. This was due to the contract that I signed that I wasn't able to make adjustments when I wanted. I have no complaints on their employees or the wireless connection I had with my phone.

I had Verizon for about 6 years. I flel I had a love hate relationship with them. I loved having good cell phone coverge, but hated being locked in to a plan. Since we had a family plan someone was always locked in and couldn't change carriers if we wanted too. The cost of a new smart phone and data plan at Verizon was why I changed carriers. I just couldn't afford what it was going to cost for my husband and I to have smartphones with Verizon.

Terrible experience after being a customer for over 15 years. Had two different CSR's give me two different upgrade options. When I asked the second person why I was not getting the same upgrade as the previous CSR she tried to tell me that she has never heard of that program. Strange....I have the message here from Verizon showing me my options. After she tried to do the bait and switch, I held my ground and notified her I was going to call corporate. She went in the back room and ...Shazaam...a program appeared. Now, after I complained to corporate about the incident, I received a message that they have been trying to get a hold of me to discuss the issue. They did not....only the one message saying they have repeatedly tried to discuss the issue with me. Spent $700 for two IPhones and additional data....and accessories which is where they make a great commission. Sad thing.....Sprint, At&T, T Mobile, are the worst in terms of coverage and upgrades on phones after two years.

Excellent cell phone coverage, good customer communication, and support services are very good. However, theyhave tended to change pricing plans toward families to the extent that single user plans do not qualigy for better pricing. Data plans start too high for someone like myself, who uses WiFi for most of my data streaming. I rarely need or use more than 2 GB per months.

They offer great deals and pricing weekly, my military discount saves me hundreds monthly and much much more! I will never switch again to another cell phone carrier as they have my back always!

Service- PERFECTION Price- INSANE I have had LEGIT $750+ bills EVERY month since COVID-19. NO assistance, No break- just "Pay it or lose your service". I pay it, and I cannot wait to get out of it in March! They late fee everything. They credited my account almost $500 the first outrageous bill... Then it got taken back. CLEARED with NO EXISTANCE! Customer Service is A JOKE! In-Stores are mainly NOT CORPORATE so they cannot pull up this information and CORPORATE stores managers do not even know what to say. They shut phone off twice in one month after they took away the credit. AND CHARGED ME $60 TWICW that month for doing it. THIS IS FOR 3 LINES. IPHONE 11 PRO MAX IPHONE 11 PRO BS MIFI that I got scammed into buying without them mentioning a monthly contracted service fee for the service on it.

Pricey; but, the best service ever. No dropped calls and I've had cell service since it was Bell Atlantic. When cell phones were out during 9-11, Verizon was working, I even allowed people to call their landlines from my cell to let their families know they we ok.

When I had Verizon a few years ago and traveled from TX to NY I was the only one of my friends that did not hit any dead spots while everyone with different carriers other than Verizon did. This is not true now. I left Verizon for a while due to price hike and then my daughter offered to put me on her plan to save money. Overall disappointed in current service due to dead spots and internet and maps not working unless I connect to cellular data.

Pretty fast and pretty reliable. My call quality is usually good, even traveling and out in rural areas. The rural coverage isn't as comprehensive as it is for some other carriers, but Verizon also won't try to put a stranglehold on your wallet like AT&T so I can't complain too much. Also seems to be a good choice for lots of lines. My dad carries my aunt on our plan because she struggles to afford it, and we all have unlimited data.

The cell service is good, with good coverage. When I'm out of the country the global coverage is really confusing so I don't use it unless it's absolutely necessary or I'm it on wi-fi. I've been a long-standing customer and I just feel like they should give some sort of 'discount' on a new phone or a service plan or something to acknowledge long-time customers. So while that has nothing to do with the quality of service, it just makes me feel like they are average. Phone costs are insane (I'm sure it's price fixed) so how about a special promo now and again, one with no strings attached!? And STOP trying to sell me an iPhone. The sales guy pushed and pushed for me to get an iPhone. I don't care if your grandparents have one - I DON'T want one! He was sooo annoying and wanted me to tell him why I don't want one. I don't owe anyone an explanation and at that point, I left and bought a phone through Google! Seriously, train the salespeople properly!

My wife and I have a difference of opinions on Verizon. My wife wanted to make the switch due to the fact that she could not get service in her building and with Verizon she could. I go all over the state at times with my job and there are times that I don't have service in places that I did have in places with my previous provider. We have had no issue's with customer service and we have had to call them more than I would like to say. We have had to replace phones, change plans and add and subtract lines with no problems at all.

Verizon seems to have the best service where we live. However, over the last couple of years we have started losing service and getting dropped calls in places we never used to. I wish that Verizon, (for the amount we pay each month), would figure out how to increase their service to their customers. We need fewer dead spots, dropped calls and lower prices. Overall Verizon is still the best wireless service out there.

Service can be spotty at times, as service with other carriers can be. But any time I have had an issue, I have found customer support/IT staff to be very patient, helpful, and downright pleasant to deal with. Be aware of contract shadiness. If you have the original unlimited plan, the company will try to trick you into "upgrading" which will land you with an "unlimited" plan that is not truly unlimited.

I have been with Verizon for 10+ years. Service coverage has always been the main reason I've stayed with them. I'm in the Midwest where cell coverage gets dicey when we are out camping or hunting/fishing. Where other carriers lose connectivity Verizon coverage has prevailed. The only reason it's a 4 star review is that they are expensive and I prefer in person sales help but there's a disconnect with what the sales person says and what actually happens to my account online afterwards. I've never had a billing issue.

I was a verizon user for at least 5 years, with my aunt. i love the service. i had the best service and i often miss it, as i'm currently with a different provider because they have lower prices and i can no longer afford verizon. my only complaint with verizon was unexpected charges. i dreaded upgrading my phone because there was always extra charges, other than the ones i was aware would come up with phone upgrades.

I've been a long time Verizon customer - over 15 years. The service is great. I rarely have dropped call regardless of my location. I'm always amazed when friends or family have to walk outside to get calls - in our home or their own. I never have to worry about that. My only issue is the ever increasing prices and plans. As a couple that doesn't use a lot of data, it doesn't seem worth the additional expense. However, I understand we're paying for the quality & great coverage.

I love the customer service, affordability, and product offerings. Suburban service coverage is patchy at best, which is concerning. I live outside of Dallas and there are very heavily populated areas in visual view of cell towers( less than .5 miles) and zero cellular data. I have been a customer since the Cellular One days in Central and Southeast Michigan.
