I have first-hand experience with endurance. My experience was a bad one. They said that the tow service kept asking the same questions over and over and over again and they gave false information to me so therefore I had to call the head office to get some information straight my car was broke down on side of the road and they gave me the runaround for 30 minutes, so I do not recommend this company to anyone else

I filed a complaint via BBB. I heard back from the company, reached out to the company about the enhanced labor rate & luxury electronics package to be added to my already platinum package it’s been a week and STILL have not heard back. I advised wanted to add regardless but shouldn’t be subject to the additional 30 day wait and 1,000 miles (purchased feb 2023) and willing to pay the extra amount. Instead keep getting emails about my satisfaction. As of right now not a satisfied customer.

Not Happy , Trying to get help for a tow was so difficult, just to be told to I'd have to call back the following day and repeat the process at an earlier time . Also I printed off the Contract and I cannot find a Shop within 100 miles of me willing to accept this warranty or deal with Endurance at all . This was a complete waste of money for the last 6months . I'll be canceling my contract and requesting a full refund.

Don’t use this company. It’s a waste your time I gave an accurate mileage account because somebody at Walmart put the wrong mileage down. They’re not giving me a claim and refuses to give me my money back. I’m gonna get a lawyer To do with these people because they refuses do it right. I’m tired of this, don’t go with this Company They only protect their bottom. And it won’t be you . You’d waste your time.

I signed up for an Endurance Warranty on 6/23/2023, then canceled on 6/26/2023, taking advantage of their 30 day refund guarantee. Well, it’s September 19, 2023 and still have not got my refund of $154.31. I’ve called every few weeks and they kept telling me my refund is in process. I would recommend anyone considering purchasing an Endurance Warranty to check the reviews and complaints on bbb.org before you pay them any money! Ignore the reviews that praise the ease of signing up; they are great salespeople but maybe not so good at paying to fix cars.

Terrible services! I had to wait for a fuel pump that would sent from endurance to my city. The facility in my City has a fuel pump but endurance obviously didn’t want to pay their price. I have been out a car for weeks and endurance only covers five days of rental services just terrible!

I should have known. Insurance companies will find every possible way not to cover your claim although your warranty advises that it is covered. Do not purchase! Save yourself thousands and the headaches. Literally had in my contract that upper and lower control arm was covered yet they found a way not to cover the work that needed to be fix. Complete rip off.

They sweet talk you into signing up for supposedly the best coverage to meet your vehicles need, however due to the policy being deceitfully written when claims are filed they are denied! The claims dept (Scott) has denied every single one. Everything is pre-existing or not covered under the plan!! After paying out of pocket thousands of dollars later I ask myself why I bought into the scam???

endurance is not a good or trustworthy company my transfer assembly case was denied and it's costing me 3000 dollars out of pocket. the inspector refused to send another one out for a second opinion. even after the supervisor said to have another one come out. so it's now costing me 3000 out of pocket i'm very upset and i'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved.

Endurance is a rip-off company, WE have a policy and they refused to ix our truck, said the oil changes were mot in my name, however, the invoices listed the truck and the vin number of the truck. It should not make a difference if my son took the truck in for maintenance or if I did it. The insurance was on the truck and not me personally. Just a way to not pay for the service. Also, they did not want to pay for the engine they wanted us to use used parts instead of genuine parts. Totally different than what is advertised on television.

We have reached out and asked if the coverage was available and told were told yes. Unless we have a new contract # we are not aware of We are quite concerned about the coverage. Please explain!

I only rated 1 star so this would get posted. This is the worst company ever for extended warranty. We need our 2017 truck repaired and it was $10,000.00 because it had carbon build up in the engine. Now, we were told by Endurance that they would not pay anything on our claim as carbon build up is our problem and not overed under the warranty. I asked why is it not covered and they stated that we need to do carbon maintenance each year. I have never heard of that. I have heard of oil changes, tunes ups, coolant maintenance, replacing breaks, replacing tires, and all the basic maintenance but never had I heard of carbon maintenance. I felt that is something they should have addressed when we signed up for the extended warranty warranty. Needless to say we wasted money for a few years and ended up dropping them as we were being ripped off. I suggest never going with them!!!

Been paying for their extended warranty for 2 years and as soon as I needed a real major repair on my SUV and my dealer called for authorization , first the dealer was hung up on, then when I called to ask what was wrong, they wouldn't tell me how much $$ would be reimbursed saying they could only tell a repair shop, then they created all kinds of hoops for the dealer to jump through asking for photos as proof and then denied a $1100.00 repair job anyway because the shop didn't get prior authorization. The CSR said "well your repair shop should have kept calling us back even if they got hung up on". Said they would tell me the same thing if I submitted the bill after, I wouldn't get reimbursed a penny because I didn't get it authorized (even though my dealer and I called 2 days in a row trying to get authorization). All extended warranty companies are sleazy, I read so many bad reviews on other companies I thought this company would be different, they're not. Their business model is just like any other "insurance" company: take in as much money as they can and then deny as many claims as they can for whatever reason. Thats how they make money and stay in business. This one's method is apparently to keep repair shops on hold for long periods of time or hang up on them or disconnect them so they can't get a claim authorized in the first place. A VERY unhappy paying customer

And not getting a response from my emails I sent to the cancellation department and Dylan G was so unprofessional. But today after talking with Jhyaicia I’m renewed. She was extremely patient and kind and found the information I needed.

My vehicle broke down and I called customer service. The lady was amazing and very helpful. She told me my warranty included roadside assistance and gave me the number. I contacted roadside service and it took over an hour to even get an operator. After that the operator didn’t even know what tow companies I could use to get a tow. I finally just told the operator I’ll take can of it myself. I contacted a tow company and was towed to the dealership in less then 20 minutes. The two stars are for the original Ladd I spoke to. I will give an update when I see how Endurance handles my repair and a loaner vehicle.
