Calling customer support can be such a different experience depending on where you are calling. Calling customer support at Endurance has been a consistent positive experience for me each time. I have either lucked out or they train their people very well. It’s hard to believe I could have lucked out each time throughout my years of their service.

So when I was advised to “buy” a car warranty the word that stood out to me was “buy” meaning me spending money. That word never really makes me happy but when I took the advice and acquired a warranty from Endurance rather than spending money what actually ended up standing out to me was the savings I realized when my car decided to misbehave.

Vernetta G was very very helpful. She tried and tried to help me in a bad situation. You see, I thought I had coverage (high tech) on the radio and back up camera but I do not. This is a new policy. I do not want to add another 1000 miles to the vehicle and do not want to not have coverage on the vehicle. But Vernetta gave m a great quote for a new policy with high tech coverage that I will have to decline. Endurance can’t help because I was 21 days past the time of enrollment to make changes. I tried. Vernetta also tried.

Now I understand how to go about getting my repairs done and and everything about my automobile that needs to be taken care of in due time. I am a 75 year old retired person that worked in sales since 1969 and I was so impressed with this young lady . I have had several policies over the years but nothing that comes even close to payment , and coverage that I was offered. My experience today with Chelsea from Endurance was great! My computer had deleted my email from Endurance with my contract. I called Endurance and figured I would be on hold forever. However, I was connected to her in less than 1 minute!! She was super nice on the phone and immediately put my fears to rest when she told me she could email me a copy of my contract right away. She also sent me directions on how to access my digital rewards. She was the best thing to happen to me today! Endurance has an amazing employee in Chelsea.

I purchased an Endurance "Supreme" coverage policy soon after I bought my used BMW 3 series, and factored the cost of the coverage into the price I paid for the used car. My Endurance policy has now ended after 5 years and I can say it is the best decision I made to look after my car and worth every penny. Especially since BMW repairs can be expensive. Endurance covered every repair that needed to be performed over the last 5 years and provided a rental car when I needed it. Very professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

This company has been fantastic..this is a real review, I have had endurance for over two years now and even my Merc dealer says they are great to work with. They do have the best prices and coverage I have come across and they honor their contracts. I have no doubt in my mind all my continuing extended service contracts will be with Endurance. And for those questioning, they have paid more than I did for the coverage...this tells me they are a great company because they take care of their clients...choose wisely. JPC

I couldn't have asked for better service… I had an issue that needed resolving on an urgent basis, and not only was the issue resolved to my satisfaction, I got a call back confirming that I was satisfied! The initial sale or price may be really important to some people, but the service and the follow up when needed, is what gets My business ... :-)

Joe was very respectful to me the entire conversation. Since I was canceling I did not think the call would be as pleasant as it was. Once I was able to explain that we had purchased a warranty when we purchased our car so we had double coverage as I thought this was a renewal of our warranty we purchased. He told me he could take care of canceling, stopping the payments and would give me a confirmation number. It was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate his customer service skills.

I am Still waiting for my refund after canceling my account, back in September. My payment was due on the 25th, I paid it early, (silly me) on the 20th, like I usually do. On the 22nd, I called and cancelled my coverage, I was asked to fill out a handwritten request for my money back. It is now Nov. 8, and I am Still waiting for my return. So inclosing, I would not even consider giving a rating until I receive my money back!

I got the highest pain premium that they had for a vehicle because I had a branded title, however they did not charge me some kind of surcharge so when I took my car to the dealership nothing was covered. After 2 weeks of my car being at the dealership I got a call from endurance because I canceled my credit card so they could not get their payment and that was the only reason they called me it wasn't to address the problem. They are a terrible company I would never recommend them for an extended warranty

I purchased my contract in June of 2023 and reviewed my contract in it’s entirety. As I reviewed my contract, I signed it and agreed to the verbiage as it explains my coverage for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis. Also, the Endurance representative explained that powertrain is fully covered, however, wear and tear parts are not (which is understandable). Approximately three months later, I had to have my vehicle towed in due to the engine making an unusual noise and noticing the temperature of coolant rising above normal temperature. The mechanics performed a diagnostic and determined that the engine needed to be replaced and the that the head gasket had blown. Per my contract, my engine is covered as well as my gaskets and seals in conjunction with a covered part (which is my engine). The service department filed a claim with Endurance. Endurance denied the claim and advised that gasket and seals aren't covered as a stand alone issue. I spoke with an Endurance representative who stated that the service department informed them that the gasket and seals were the only issue with my vehicle (was a complete lie). I immediately contacted the service department on three way with Endurance. The service department representative stated that they informed Endurance that the engine needed to replaced and that the current engine had a blown head gasket. The service department also requested to have an Endurance claims adjuster come on-site to observe the vehicle themselves, but Endurance declined and denied the claim. I called Endurance claims department and spoke with several representatives to get a clear explanation of why my claim was denied, when my policy explained that my repairs were covered. While going over my policy with several Endurance claim's representatives they stated things that were not in policy as to why the claim was denied and wrongfully articulated the verbiage in my policy to make up reasons why my vehicle repairs weren't going to be covered. One of the claims representative (Sarah) was rude and continuously raised her voice while speaking with me. Endurance is a complete rip-off as I also had issue using their road-side towing and had to end up using my automotive insurance roadside tow service. I'm currently completing the reconsideration process. However, I will be filing this with the better business bureau and filing a complaint on the rude representative who yelled and was extremely rude and unprofessional!! I do not recommend anyone to purchase a warranty service through Endurance. Waist of time and money!!!

Noah (?) gentleman answering transfer to 'renewal team' was EXTREMELY rude and refused to transfer to CS after 3 requests. Continued stating I DID NOT know what I was doing, even after telling him I requested the cancellation. The cancellation process, requiring Notary seal and my signature, was obliviously customer initiated and I highly resented his implication. Regrettably, ended the call by hanging up as there was no other option and I was not going to argue. This has left a terribly view of the company. Carmen in CS was very understanding and helpful. I would give her High marks in Customer satisfaction as I was very aggravated. This went a long way to restoring my faith in the company.

We are very disappointed with the service received. I would better say the service NOT received as they denied our claim due to the many contract exclusions. There is a lot of "we repair this, IF this happens" type of scenarios. They gave the car repair company the complete run around. I was under the impression that I was receiving a particular package at sign up, only to find out we were signed up under the low-end package. I requested a copy of my contract on multiple occasions as they were to send immediately after signing up for their services. It took many calls and a few months later to receive. The car repair company even stated that they are more difficult to work with in comparison to other warranty companies. After they looked at the contract, they agreed that not much was being covered. This was a complete waste of money and time. Not to mention thousands of dollars for repairs that we must come out of pocket on.

Don’t waste your money on this company. No one knows what they are doing, a rep says 1 thing and it never gets done. They lie. I’ve told them for 3 months to remove the “auto pay” and each following month they take more money out of my account automatically. I also faxed a “cancellation form” filled out & notarized as requested on 9-8-2023. I called today & spoke to a Nicole who was absolutely wonderful, she checked the fax machine and said they never got it. So she had me take a picture of the cancellation form filled out and email it to her. She received it and was going to expedite ASAP. I told her they owed me 3 mos. Of $188,75 also.

Rather than use a sensor from the Nissan dealer Endurance ordered their own, which held the repair of my car up 6 days. In the meantime I had to rent a car which cost me extra, because they only pay for 5 days of rental, and not all of the rental is paid by Endurance. I believe this was uncalled for. I do not recommend Endurance as a good warranty company.

I went a whole month without my car because endurance took forever to approve the repairs which was only to change a thermostat. The job only took 2 days to complete but for some reason endurance has an extremely slow process. My car is leases so basically I paid for a full month and didn't get to use the vehicle not to mention I also had to pay the deductible and to top it off they will only reimburse me for 2 days worth of a rental that I had for a week. What a waste of money.

A purchase the auto warranty plan. After discussing with my husband I call to cancel within 20min my call was handled by Jessie he stated he was a manager in all of my 60 years I have NEVER experienced such a rude person. After several times trying to request to Cancel he wasn’t listening he talked over me. My husband also ask to cancel rudely again he didn’t listen until my husband said he’ll contact our lawyer. That’s unacceptable that any customer should actually beg over 5 times to cancel. This Jessie person in the refund department/ cancellation isn’t management material . Just a horrible experience. I only gave an extra star because I have received my refund. But no one should have to stay on the phone for 20 minutes and ask over and over a total of over five times to have a service canceled.
