I’ve had a very good experience with Endurance. I purchased the policy back in the summer after my extended warranty expired (the one I purchased when I bought the car). A few months later my turbo blew and I needed a new tensioner pulley. The entire job was $1700. I only paid the $100 dollar deductible. Then a month after that I took my car in again and found out that it had a cracked piston. The engine had to be replaced (it was cheaper to replace than to rebuild). The warranty company covered $3500, and I had to pay $2600 out of pocket. It was still pretty phenomenal considering I’m getting a new engine, which is like getting a brand new car. I would highly recommend Endurance. They are a little slow to authorize repairs, and they are hard to get ahold of, but ultimately they live up to their name.

What started out to be a very unfavorable situation with my contract and pricing I was given... turned out to be acceptable, and Joe gets the credit for that... He was able to save me as a customer... and more importantly... prohibit very negative feedback from a customer that didnt cause the issue in the first place. It was nice to see a company make it right, when a mistake was made on price and product purchased!!! Kudos to Joe!!! I represent a company of thousands that will hear a favorable evaluation about your warranty company vs... a very negative review over a few hundred dollar mistake!

i was originally denied a claim, which i was really confused about. i bought the aftermarket warranty the day i bought my car. after only 16k miles in almost 3 years, the warranty companys mechanic said i needed a new transmission and the shop informed me that it would not be covered. of course i made it a priority to seek a solution. joe is the ONLY reason this review is getting a 10 out of 10. if not for him, id be writing a letter to my attorney brother instead of a review. joe took on my claim as if it were his own car. i own my own mototrcycle shop and deal with warranty companies all the time. if more employees assumed the role of the customer instead of the business accountant, we'd see more repeat clientele and less high fives for staff members saving the company's budget concerns. 10 stars for joe and the customer service he provided, and a profound 0 out of 10 stars for the claims department for being ignorant to a legitimate business man just looking for the service he paid for. its a shame when i read your mission statement and i see nothing in my experience that shows me this. thanks again joe. endurance, youre still stuck with me for a few more years and around 30k miles- lets make this our last hiccup.

Horrible customer service!!!!! I was told my account was not active when I called and regarding repairs and I was left to foot the bill!!!! A month later I get a letter from them and it showed my account was active... I called their 1-800 number and all I got was the run around and refusal to say anything to me except, "we're sorry Mister we can't help you" - If someone from our company told you when you called that your account was not active, there is nothing we can do for you... sorry. I then asked for a supervisor or manager and the extremely RUDE customer service associate, put me on hold for over 10 minutes and I held on onto someone got on the phone. They then asked me forward all of my receipts to them in email and they provided a direct email address. This was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on my reimbursement and every time I have called to inquire, they have blown me off and done the same crap every time!!!! Disappointing that a company like this would rip off a paying customer -

I have made $125.13 monthly pmts for around 3 years.. November 20 car broke down..garage called to leave diagnostic and were told have me call. I called and problem with Carfax...lady I bought my car from had sold me her black 2013 Chrysler 300 and she had a white 2013 Chrysler 300 too. She sold me the black one and gave me the wrong title and I found out n summer at DMV AND CONTACTED HER. SHE CORRECTED THE MISTAKE. BIT IT SHOWS ON THE Carfax. ENDURANCE CANCELLED ME REFUSING TO PAY CLAIM. I WAS PENALIZED BECAUSE OF THE LADY'S MISTAKE. BUT I GAVE THE CORRECT MILEAGE AND VIN NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON. BUT TODAY I FOUND OUT THEY TRIED TO SAY I WAS DOING SOMETHING TO MY MILEAGE BUT I DID NOT. THE MAN PENALIZED ME OVER SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. THAT IS WRONG. OFFERED TO HELP ME GET A LOAN. I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS STUPID. I PAID FOR THIS WARRANTY AND I DID NOTHING WRONG. I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I WAS INNOCENT AND ENDURANCE KNEW WHAT MY CORRECT MILEAGE WAS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF MY PLAN.

I wouldn’t recommend this warranty company to anyone. It's very clear that they are not here to fix it, just take the monthly payment. I wish I had read reviews prior to obtaining their warranty services. Once you actually need Endurance, you can’t get any assistance. I've been getting the run around from this company for two months trying to get a simple claim resolved. The representatives I've worked with so far are Jaime P and Ashley S. I've been constantly placed on hold, and given misinformation or contradictory updates while trying to get my claim approved. Endurance continuously asks me to send in documents that have already been submitted and now it seems they've resorted to countless transferred calls and increasingly long hold times just to tell me the documents I've submitted multiple times are still being reviewed. Further contributing to inconsistent information—several representatives have stated that the aforementioned documents have been approved while others have insisted denial of documentation for reasons that are either inconsistent or that have been already deemed rectified by endurance. The final update—over a week ago—was from the supervisor Ashley S. She apologized for the continued miscommunication, offered to resubmit the documentation I'd previously provided, and assured me she would reach back out. Although I have reached out to Endurance for updates, the run around is continuous and I have had no correspondence from Ashley whatsoever.

Very upset with this company, I did what was required 30 days and 1.000 .miles driven. I put a claim in on day 31 and they denied it claiming my problem was there beforehand and my vehicle went down on that same day. At the present time my claim is under review after I had to go off on the lady because she acted like I was lying about my vehicle and it offended me because I did nothing wrong and my vehicle ran just fine until it broke down on me. She told me that I should have put the claim in on day 32 which is ridiculous. If my vehicle broke down on day 31 what's the difference. These people are conn artists at their finest. I am stuck without a vehicle waiting on them to review and on top of that my kids have no transportation. I really put trust in this company and the screw me over. It's a sad situation

I shined up coverage on my 2011 Chevrolet Treverse. They took my down payment, and my first payment. Two weeks later my check engine lite came on. I called my repair shop, made an appointment for the next Monday am. On Sunday my Battery lite came on. I took it to shop. Told them I had Endurane Extended Warranty. They called me after a couple oh hours told me the extended warranty would not cover the repairs. I called Endurance, then informed me the had a problem with the mileage. I gave them a letter from DMV stated the mileage was not accurate on the title because the person before me it was posted on his title too. It also stated the mileage I put on the title when I purchased it. It also showed when I had the oil changed. I gave them the mileage the day I applied. The coverage was in force. But Endurance said they were giving back my money. Because they did not check car fax in the beginning. I am very upset that they did this to me. The mileage was working properly. They should have covered my repairs. I am going to talk to a Lawyer to see my options. I am sure they broke the contract and should be liable. They excepted my down payment and the first month payment making the contract valid They are causing me a lot of emotional distress. I would not recommend Endurance Warranty to anyone.

I did what was demanded of me at the start process too drive my car 1000 miles and also do 30 day wait period.well I did exactly that, I actually drove my car 1700 miles but on the second day I took my car in for oil change ,coolant service and the mechanic found a rt lower control problem that I was not aware of ,so I claimed it as I was legal to do so under my contract but it was denied due to they say it was an existing problem. So I went thru the ringer to try to get them to fix to no avail .they denied all my claims ,so beware that even if you do 30 days or drive 1000 miles they 99% chance any of your claims will be denied.they told me had it been 3 months down the road that then its possible it would of been fixed!! CAN U BELIEVE THE NONSENSE! I was totally legal yet denied.

Customer service assisted in a professional and timely manner after having a slight delay due to the cancelation process not being fully explained which required having to return a notarized cancelation form to expedite it on our vehicle.

The representatives of this company lie and tell you that they cover vehicles with a salvage title, then when you go to utilize the warranty they say they can’t cover anything but an oil change because everything wrong was pre-existing on the used car that was bought, but they faithfully take their money every month and won’t let you cancel the warranty because they say you only have 30 days to do so!!! The representatives will tell you something is covered per the warranty but then find a way not to cover it, but once again they get their money every month!!! Be careful with this company because all of their representatives are not well- versed with how this company’s warranty works!!! Make sure that you get your car inspected before putting this warranty on your car to make sure it has no existing issues so that they won’t cover!!!

very poor, the very first time I had a claim it was obvious from the very outset of the claim the company was trying not to provide coverage. After two weeks and hours on the phone the disclaimer they took was "I had failed to follow all manufacturers recommended maintenance programs" hours on the phone, searching maintenance records and having found the vast majority of them!! So the ultimate outcome.... they are going to return all of my $$ paid minus a $50.00 cancelation fee. You ask why? It is cheaper to return my money than to cover the claim.. if you have not followed all of your owners manual maintenance checks DO NOT buy this warranty because it is VOID already.

Not happy at all with the level of service. Claims process is awful and drawn out.it should not take weeks and months to start and approve a claim! I pay way too much money every month to be treated as if I'm wrong in asking the company to get a move on getting my vehicle back on the road! My experience has been horrible. After speaking with several people and spending three weeks sorting through an issue with my claim, the dealership still was not cleared to fix my car. I was told that I needed to file a new claim for my front axles, which are covered, and that was occurred. However, before the dealership could explain the claim fully, they were told that the axles would not be covered. This is the second time that this has occurred. I understand that the first claim contained parts that were not covered and that is why the claim was denied. However, after following the steps of taking the car to the dealership, as instructed by Endurance, filing a new claim for the COVERED parts, as instructed by ENDURANCE. I am left with the same result. This warranty is not worth the money or the time that you will have to spend chasing them to get your COVERED parts repaired. LESSON LEARNED!!

I called them when I thought our current insurance policy was running out. After our initial conversation, I did some further research and realized we still had 4 years of coverage with our current Policy. I called Endurance back and tried to cancel what I had initially agreed to. I ha been informed that I could get a full refund within 30 days of the transaction. When I called back and tried to cancel and get a refund, I was given the runaround. I called back a few days later, and was again given the runaround and was told the original person I had talked with was busy on another line and she would call me back. She never did. So I called again the next day and finally got someone who understood my position, and granted my cancellation and refund. I was not happy with the number of days and people I had to talk with before I got some positive action.

I have had an amazing experience so far with Endurance. There has been no problems with the dealership working with them and they solve my problems quickly whenever I call. I was very skeptical about them at first because I've heard that these types of warranty companies don't really pay out for real repairs, but my timing chain went out last fall and it was covered under my service warranty. my alternator went out on my vehicle yesterday and I found out that it is a cover repair as well. So far, endurance has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I would highly recommend and Endurance!

Call pay Link Michelle answer the phone assist me with update my profile also and updated me with the booklet that Endurance supposed to send out for new customers and my policy information she insured me everything will be updated on her end and she will get an email to Endurance to update on their end so my phone number and everything is been updated I thank you Michelle for doing a good job and I’ll be sitting back waiting for my policy information and my booklet from Endurance thank you

This morning I called to get clarification on my warranty coverage for a used vehicle I purchased in September and purchased my Endurance warranty in November 2021. I was concerned that if any issues came up that they would be considered preexisting. I was told that as long as nothing was done before the 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period, that my warranty would in fact cover any repairs as long as I followed the required guidelines. This was awesome assistance and made me feel at ease.

I had a small issue on a transfer, it was taking a long time to resolve until a customer service agent named Tanya became involved. Let me just say this Tanya is great!! She is the definition of customer service, she took the time to research the issue went to the proper departments on her end and completely explained the issue and resolved it. Tanya is caring understanding and extremely thorough. Tanya is a very valuable asset and this company and should be recognized for her outstanding skills.

The customer service agent MS. Maiya W was really exceptional she not only helped me make a payment she fixed my autopay and sent me another copy of the contract. She explained some special features of the account that I was not aware of and she explained the "elite" club benefits that are not shown on any of the Endurance marketing material that I downloaded. If I could give 10 stars for Gladiz F whom I just spoke to today in the claims Department I would, she was pleasant, informative, helpful and extremely compassionate. If everyone treated customers like she does, Endurance would have a lot more customers referring your company to friends. A used car I bought has been an absolute nightmare but fortunately with the higher line service contract I bought, Endurance has paid for everything up to this point. The claims process has not been seamless but part of that issue is because it is a vehicle that costs more to fix so Endurance has sent out a contracted claims inspectors for each repair because each claim was over $1500. Between the diagnostic, the claim submission, the claim inspector, and the claims reviewer internally at Endurance, you could be without your vehicle for a while without actually having rental car coverage started or your vehicle being worked on. But at the end of the day, I will take the aggravation over having to pay all of it out of pocket. My suggestion before you but a contract is read the limit of liability max payout and read line for line what your contract will cover and it's exclusions. Level 4 is well worth it.

This policy is so all-encompassing that I purchased it for my daughter. I have received excellent service and would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget with an older car. Cars that today are exceeding their original factory warranty have incredibly complicated and expensive repairs that can ruin a normal person's budget. One repair could possibly cost more than this entire policy. And since it is paid on an affordable monthly term you can remain comfortably within your budget.

Let’s just say that if there were a parking lot full of vehicles and only one was chosen to have something go wrong with it, mine would be the chosen one. This is not just in regards to my present truck. This has been a “blessing” for me throughout my entire driving career. It’s why I became an Endurance customer years ago and why I am still one today.
