When I needed my warranty my claim was denied due to mileage. I have been paying Endurance for months and when I need them they denied my claim. Less than 1 star!!!! They are unwilling to work with the customer and can careless.

My experience so far has not been pleasant. It’s as if I invested in the warranty for nothing. For every time I had my vehicle serviced and called into the warranty company my issues were not covered leaving me alone to pay the entire envoice plus the fee I gave the company for warranty .

Not Happy , Trying to get help for a tow was so difficult, just to be told to I'd have to call back the following day and repeat the process at an earlier time . Also I printed off the Contract and I cannot find a Shop within 100 miles of me willing to accept this warranty or deal with Endurance at all . This was a complete waste of money for the last 6months . I'll be canceling my contract and requesting a full refund.

The roadside assistance tow truck service is an absolute scam. I have tried getting a tow truck multiple times and every time I get told that my tow truck was canceled and I’m not able to make another request for 72 hours. This company is an absolute joke when it comes to getting a tow truck. I’m not sure about there actually coverage as luckily my car hasn’t had one single covered problem. It’s had problems but not one of them was covered either.

Took my car to the Honda dealership today. They stated I needed fuel injectors and a fuel injection pipe. They gave me an estimate of $1700. Told them I have warranty with Endurance. So after having Endurance for about a year the claim is denied due to some sort of exclusion, stating the fuel injectors were clogged. I will be canceling this policy. What’s the point of paying monthly and then unable to use it when needed?

I'm afraid if something major goes wrong with my truck I will end up with the same response. Worst warranty company ever. Took my car to dealership for oil change. They said it was leaking brake fluid I said call my warranty company.........14 days later an inspector finally came out took wrong pictures.....5 days after that dealership took pictures and wrote up scope of work ......then it was denied....so I'm out of a car for 19 days waiting on endurance to get shit together then I get nothing but a car that still is leaking brake fluid.........
