Endurance is a rip-off company, WE have a policy and they refused to ix our truck, said the oil changes were mot in my name, however, the invoices listed the truck and the vin number of the truck. It should not make a difference if my son took the truck in for maintenance or if I did it. The insurance was on the truck and not me personally. Just a way to not pay for the service. Also, they did not want to pay for the engine they wanted us to use used parts instead of genuine parts. Totally different than what is advertised on television.

Very horrible warranty company, blamed a caty sensor for a combustion senor. Needed my turbo fixed. They sell you hopes and dreams just to get your money. They are not legit at all. Just like the government they lie. Wouldn't accept my claim due to tires I just put on my car. Absolutely bs. A lawsuit is brewing, I will file against them very soon. See you in court d--face

If I could give 0 stars I would! They will literally tell you anything to get your money then done as you need to do a claim all the truth comes out. I would never recommend this company to nobody. The people I did recommend it to said they are ending their policy’s for the same reasons. I can’t believe I invested so much money over almost two years thinking I had some type of coverage for my car boy was I wrong. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND I AM FILING A REPORT

Very disappointed. My right turn signal fail to work Took vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer to get repair. It came back a faulty body module. Endurance was called and denied the claim. Now I have to pay $975.00 out of pocket to get my car returned. Vehicle is a 2014 Traverse. Not sure why I have this insurance anymore. However the customer service rep was great with explaining the rules of this insurance

As floor account manager was very helpful. She explained how the policy works. As for the company very disappointed would not cover my transmission because the tires didn’t match the manufacturer suggested tires. I was never told when I signed up that tires would void the contract. Pretty sneaky putting it in the fine print on the 5th page of the contract. Would not recommend they find loopholes for not paying.

The roadside assistance tow truck service is an absolute scam. I have tried getting a tow truck multiple times and every time I get told that my tow truck was canceled and I’m not able to make another request for 72 hours. This company is an absolute joke when it comes to getting a tow truck. I’m not sure about there actually coverage as luckily my car hasn’t had one single covered problem. It’s had problems but not one of them was covered either.

Took my car to the Honda dealership today. They stated I needed fuel injectors and a fuel injection pipe. They gave me an estimate of $1700. Told them I have warranty with Endurance. So after having Endurance for about a year the claim is denied due to some sort of exclusion, stating the fuel injectors were clogged. I will be canceling this policy. What’s the point of paying monthly and then unable to use it when needed?

I'm afraid if something major goes wrong with my truck I will end up with the same response. Worst warranty company ever. Took my car to dealership for oil change. They said it was leaking brake fluid I said call my warranty company.........14 days later an inspector finally came out took wrong pictures.....5 days after that dealership took pictures and wrote up scope of work ......then it was denied....so I'm out of a car for 19 days waiting on endurance to get shit together then I get nothing but a car that still is leaking brake fluid.........

What a scam. We had a contract for three years. Renewed in July and now we have a needed repair. They are denying the claim saying we have not met the 1000 mile requirement for the contract to start. So every year you are with them you have maybe 10 months of coverage depending on how much you drive. They have no respect for customer loyalty and will look for every reason possible to deny any and every repair.

I don't own a malibu,honda,or a ford , I want to be on commercial for yal keeping it real about how you don't know what your are DOING, please let me help during these trying times, people should know how you got all that personal information but can't get the vehicle right.

It is hard for me to believe this company is still in business! Our experience is complete disappointment and frustration. Instead of wanting to help and provide good customer service when we are dealing with a problem with our pickup, the company wants to delay, deny, obstruct--do anything possible to avoid paying a claim. We only have one vehicle, it has been in the shop for 9 days and we still have no approval to go ahead with repairs. Absolutely disgusted! I would not recommend to anyone and would strongly advise you to warn anyone you know to never purchase a warranty from Endurance.

I was mislead about a certain repair coverage when I was signing up for your insurance...I asled specifically three times about repairs on my brakes..i had my friend listening to the conversation btwn me and your rep..I was told the rotors were covered as well as the labor to fix it...the brake pads would not be covered, which I agreed to..when I took my car in to repair the brakes. The service advisor called you guys and was told that the repair would not be covered..I am very disappointed in your customer svc dept..and your company...

Horrible. Was scammed into purchasing this so called “best” warranty for my vehicle that covers everything even engine repairs. I specifically asked if my car broke down tomorrow would I be covered and was told I absolutely would. Months later I have engine issues and now I’m told that they won’t honor the repairs. Nope Endurance will not get away with this form of scam. They picked the wrong one.

Rude customer service and they absolutely refused to cancel my policy. I should not have to explain other than “I no longer need the service.” Had a representative hang up on me, called back got someone else named renetta and she also refused to cancel policy and preceded to yell on the phone! I was never rude to either of these representatives even after they continued to get rude with not only me, but my mother as well! This company is a scam. Horrible experience, wasted money! They still have not canceled my policy!

Endurance is the worst warranty company in the business. They will go out of their way, with a lot of jibberish just to keep from paying legitimately covered items. Do not waste your money with this deceiving, dishonest company. They do not honor their warranty when it plainly says right in your paperwork that an item covered will not be paid for and they refuse to honor their commitment to arbitration.
