My stay was in a perfect, central, safe, well-appointed home in Annapolis! We loved being a quick and walkable jaunt from the waterfront and all downtown offers. The building was new and felt very safe for two female travelers. Being just above Curate was a bonus for a yummy latte! Great! Kept us updated with rental information arrival/departure info, payment, helpful hints etc. We had to make a change on departure date and Evolve was quick to respond and was able to change it for us. First home we tried to rent the owners didn't respond to them within 24 hrs so Evolve let us know and cancelled the reservation which was good too, that gave us quick notice to look for another property. Lots of choices on Evolve.

We had an amazing time at Julie and Dan’s cozy cabin tucked away amongst lush trees with incredible river-front views of the Skykomish River and snow capped mountains. We had to change to a larger home this year after we already had one reserved. Tess and Ivy really handled everything like clockwork. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, diligent, and informed me of everything as we needed to make changes with insurance, etc. I will now use these two every year for our family "late Christmas" gathering somewhere in the country. I would hire them immediately, however I am just an old marketing consultant. Evolve hit a home run with the service Ivy and Tess provided. I am telling all my friends to use Evolve for trips like we take.

We loved our stay! The grand-kids loved the hot tub, and the rooms were spacious enough for everyone to have a place to be. Location was great and we were able to do many day trips. We whale watched, fished, swam in the ocean and the lake. There were many other great days, just hanging out playing pool and giant checkers with the kids. The bikes were a huge hit as well! This is difficult because you cancelled my reservation for a hot spot at a hot time of year. You sent me alternatives that were not comparable to my original choice. When I tried to re-book time had passed and availability went way down and cost went way up. I had made flight arrangements and my family as well so the downstream affect was devastating. My agent Annie turned the entire situation from a 0 to a 5. She listened, she cared, she followed up and she fixed it. That one person prevented a very sour yelp rating from me. She needs a bonus.

It was extremely easy to book our vacation rental. Once you get on the website, everything is right at your fingertips to book your rental property. Once it is booked, the owners contacted me immediately to thank me for renting with them and gave instructions as to when my credit card would be charged. Can't speak highly enough for this service.

This was the absolute best cabin rental I've ever stayed at in Big Bear Lake. The owner provided everything someone would need to spend a relaxing week. All the conveniences of home can be found in this beautiful retreat. The view from the cabin is beautiful and have an excellent location. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone coming to visit Big Bear. Did I mention the view from the Hot Tub is breathtaking!

This was my first experience with booking a vacation like this. We were a bit nervous about the process and what to expect. Evolve sent us emails with clear instructions on what we needed to do and how to contact them should we have any questions or problems. It was such a good experience. They covered every detail and we really had all the info we could ever need about the location where we were studying at. We have been renting our cabin through Evolve for 2 years now. We absolutely love working with Evolve. They are easy to contact, keep us up to date, and they manage our property on multiple web sites. Over the past 2 years we have only had 2 issues, both with guests, and both times Evolve helped us and helped resolve each issue in a very timely manner. We plan on using them for as long as we rent and if we can add to our cabins we will rent them through Evolve as well.

I couldn't have had a better experience using Evolve Vacation Rental. My original vacation rental was cancelled unexpectedly two days before our planned trip. Me and another family were scrambling to find something else within 24-36 hours. Evolve helped us with the search until we found a rental we wanted to move forward with. Evolve also gave a credit of $250 to help offset the inconvenience. Lastly, everyone I spoke with over the phone was SO NICE!!!

This cabin was very comfortable in a relatively quiet location. We enjoyed the spaciousness and privacy. One thing I would like to point out is the moment we stepped into the cabin, we noticed a very stale and musty odor. I knew immediately there was a problem in the HVAC unit and checked the air handler in the closet. I found a major leak where the duct is attached to the air handler, and there was a feeble attempt to patch it. It will require a leakproof mastic repair. That should improve the odor issue. The sliding glass door was difficult to open and close. We had a few friendly ants which posed no problem. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would enjoy renting through you folks again. When I first called Evolve I was actually given some misinformation which led to my making reservations I would not have made otherwise. I was told that certain amenities were including in the fees for a particular reservation when they in fact were not. However, upon contacting Evolve to cancel the reservation, they worked quickly to come to a solution for me and my family and to compensate us for the amenities we thought were included but were not. They were tremendously helpful and cooperative and I was able to keep my reservations as a result of their efforts to make up for the initial mishap.

The condo was the nicest rental we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at several. Quite neighborhood, but close to essential stores and gas. Great walking trails and views!

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The process was very easy, included clear instructions, and directions to local places of interest. I had to make one call because I could not close and lock the front door. My call was answered quickly and my contact explained how the door expands and contracts. I was told to apply a little pressure and she offered to stay on the phone to make sure the problem was solved. Everything went well afterwards. I had a blast and everything I needed. I can't wait for my next beach getaway.

Generally speaking, the team is very responsive and accessible by phone. Email is efficient if you are already dealing with an agent on an issue. I've had excellent dealings with several representatives, including but not limited to David, Haley, Caitlin and Blake. An area where I think there can be improvement is with the Live Chat, which is often unavailable, and getting quicker responses when submitting a Request/Ticket. Overall, Reps have been professional and effective. There has also been an issue with the disparity between Evolve's no refund policy - and that of Airbnb. This should be resolved and explained better to owners.

I called Evolve because I was not sure about the connection between them and VRBO. I was pleased to find that i actually could speak to someone connected with the property and get a clear explanation of the relationship between the two companies. The person with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and courteous. I found out that in the future I will be able to work directly with Evolve to rent a property. It should be noted that the ability to speak to an individual when renting a property is very important to us.

I would have to say this was the easiest, most awesome experience ever. The girl I spoke with gave me very easy instructions on payment. She also helped me with the entire process even when it wasn’t normal operating hours. After payment was submitted, I spoke with the operating site person and he was extra helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Creek. The owner came by at our request and found out we had lived in the same area and enjoyed her famous "Muscadine" grape jelly at a local farmer's market. The house was comfortable, the long doc was great and we caught a few nice catfish. The water was great and we had a lot of fun. The stars and the deck were wonderful and the back yard too!

The process of booking our condo was pretty simple. Communication prior to our stay was good, we knew exactly what we needed to before our trip. The condo was nice. I was very impressed with how well-stocked it was. I brought a lot of my own kitchen supplies but didn’t need them because the condo had everything we needed. Plenty of blankets, towels and pillows. The only issue we had was that the pool was advertised to be open at 10:00 AM which it wasn’t and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We finally got in around noon but by then the kids were tired and hungry. The pool was the biggest reason we booked this place so we were bummed.

This house has lots of space for my family. My kids loved the themed kids bedrooms and bathroom. The garage had plenty of games to play, and a pool table! The master bedroom was fully stocked with a lot of towels, wash clothes, and it even had a play yard for my baby and a baby swing. The kitchen was fully stocked and had multiple coffee makers. My overall experience was great!

This cottage was perfect for the whole family. We were in town for a nearby wedding and had lots of downtime which we filled by playing the pool table in the screened in back porch and enjoying the Chesapeake just down the street. This was an excellent rental we had in Sho lo, Arizona. Large enough to accommodate a couple and a single. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and 3 televisions. Two porches, and a combination kitchen, dining room for 6. They thought of everything! Towels, comfy beds, coffee supplies, a bottle of wine, and books/games to occupy us. No need for customer service, but I sent a couple of e-mails to let them know we arrived, and also to tell them the curtain rod pulled out of the wall. No response.

Excellent experience! Vacation home was beautiful and well maintained. Had a hiccup with accessing property at check-in and customer service was polite, professional, and prompt. Our issue was resolved in under a half hour. Each interaction with Evolve- prior to stay, during stay, and after stay has shown that this company is focused on customer service. Plan to rent with them as much as possible in the future.

My family and I stayed here on a trip celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. We were all very pleased with this condo. Everything was in its placed and well labeled. We were traveling with 3 children and they were very excited to have found the toys and games provided in the bedroom. Also, having the beach chairs, towels, and other beach/pool toys was a huge bonus. The walk to the beach was fairly short and well marked with sidewalk/boardwalk. We had one issue with the TV connection but we were able to quickly get in touch someone who helped us. Overall this home was very clean and welcoming. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for giving us a great experience!!

I book a rental through Air BnB and Evolve was the management company. My rental had AC issues the week prior however I stated we were more than ok to still stay without the AC. They said that would be fine. Upon arriving at the rental for check-in the owner was there and refused to let us enter saying he canceled our reservation. I never received any calls or texts updates from Evolve about this situation. They then pushed me back to Air B n B to try and find support to book another location for my stay. I did finally talk to someone in "Trust and Safety" and she informed me it's their company policy not to allow guests to stay at a rental with a non working AC unit, so she was blown away none of the other 3 representatives I spoke with informed me on this. A week has now passed since this issued and they "reviewed" my case. They indicated it IS NOT their policy to not allow guests to stay, but it was the owner's decision to cancel at the very last minute, and they had to follow what he wanted. As I stated the owner of the property was at the house when we tried to check in, and he was a very suspicious dude, and since we met him we decided to do some research, and found an interest criminal record on his background. We probably realized it was a good thing we didn't stay at this house, but if you want to work with an shady, uncommunicative, and non-supportive booking company, this is the one for you!
