they did a hard inquire on my credit, and after wasting my time on the phone a few times, each time at least 20 minutes. they offer me 7.2 interest rateon my car loan while I have 7.2 on my current loan on the car. but at the start, they told me, my interest rate will be 5%. They are lying a lot just don’t answer them when they triy to call you.

Horrible!!! I was approved for one interest rate , but a few days later I was told via text message that it was much higher interest rate . Wasted my time talking to a person who did not even find decency to call me and explain to me why my rate was higher. Not recommended, they are just a middle guy with a lot of unqualified staff.

Had a terrible experience with this company. They offered me 4.8% interest then when I inquired they offer 7.5%. Not even close to what they offered to real me in on. Then they ran my credit a hard inquiry with out my permission I highly doubt not recommend using this company and to top off the experience the guy Kevin their representative was very rude from the jump. He was Very stand offish had to ask for a manager who said he would be off my profile but they didn’t even do that do not use these people or company

If possible I gave them zero star. In other words it's scam, be careful, in case you received a letter that mentioned some low interest & less payments, that is fake. Don't even apply or fill application. .they will pull your credit they will mess up with you credit score & then will gave you a run down that we have so many lenders and we'll check more options for you. This company checked my credit without my permission thru Credit Karma. When I contacted them about this bogus and illegal credit check they said call police if you feel your identity has been stolen. I asked for a copy of the application I filled out and signed and ofcourse they can't provide it because I never filled out a application or signed any paper work with this company.

They are a terrible company they send you a contract and have you sign it then have you do all the leg work and pester you for weeks and don’t get the job done I spent weeks and at the end of it my bank account got hacked I had money stolen and I did not get my car refinanced they are the worst refinance company I have ever dealt with a refinance company is supposed to help you secure a loan and get you in it with minimal effort needed on your end I could have gone to a bank and done it all myself with less effort than this I highly advise you stay away from them entirely

SCAM! I applied for a car refinance with this company after seeing it recommended on Credit Karma. Despite having an excellent credit score of 800 and no credit card debt, my application was not approved. I found it surprising, especially since I had no trouble securing a refinance through my local bank. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and unproductive.

I was sent a prequalified offer for a car refinance, from how the the read I was good to go, I just needed to fill out the information, had how much I would save and everything, I filled out the application online, went back on and saw it was canceled, called them and was told they couldn’t get a lender, from how the letter read that was already done, the whole thing was totally misleading and I got a ding on my credit report for nothing, beware of letters from this company saying your prequalified, very good chance your not.

They told me I was approved to have my vehicle refinanced. The woman who was dealing with my application kept giving me the run around. She told me she would call to go over the terms. She never called. I called several times and all I got was voice mail. Nobody would help me because this lady was working my application. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time and try a reputable bank or just try to pay off your vehicle sooner. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

What a terrible experience! Submitted the application for a car loan – with in 30 seconds calls/texts from 3rd parties start calling to offer loans. 5 days after the application I get the most salesy call offering me 8.75% for 84 months. “Well you are not going to get an approval better than that” – What! I already have been approved for 5.75%, you all advertised 4.99% - Oh that isn’t available. A day later I get a denial letter. What a joke! This place is a scam!

So I received a Pre-Approved Estimate Refinance Rate of 4.94% for 48 Months on my current Car Loan via Credit Karma. My credit score is over 800 and I make more than 6 figures with good work and credit history. After they did a Hard Pull on my Credit (which then lowers your credit score), I was told that I didn't qualify and that the 4.94% for 48 months was simply "JUST" an Pre-Approval Estimate. A total waste of time and an unnessary negative hit towards my Credit Score.

Terrible company to do business with. After beign "pre-approved" I received a "application canceled" email with a request for a down payment. Why would i want to do that? At the end, after following all the steps and having my credit stepped on by multiple random companies, I'm not enjoying what was promised regales of having good Credit and beign a great candidate. After doing a hard pull on my credit and amassing some of my personal information I was offered a 7.99% loan over 72 months? To pay this loan off at the same rate of my current I would have INCREASED my monthly payment. Do not use this service.

I've been dealing with this company for 3 weeks so far. They transferred my loan specialist. I can't get a response from anyone. My loan person sent a text saying I don't know why you aren't getting any responses in a text. That was on Monday he said your welcome package will be there in a week. Then back to no answers a week later. I've had on time payments for 7.5 yrs that has been ruined because they couldn't get the paperwork done in time. I am not a very happy person with this transfer

Honestly the deal they gave me was not that good but whatever the issue is the person doing my paperwork tiffany is impatient and has such a nasty attitude closed my case because I couldn't answer the phone while at work she doesn't need to be working in this line of work. Mailer from Autopay promised me a 5.1% refinance rate, down from 6.49%. Went through entire application process, hard credit pull, everything looked good. Received a call from a rep who told me I had excellent credit, but 5.1% wasn't available in my area. Best he could do was 6.25% on a shorter-term loan that would dramatically increased my monthly payments.

I received the approval letter from ap autopay to refinance my current loan after a week I called them why they cancel my loan they said we don't have any idea you provided everything we need. But we don't see any reason so I will say if your credit score is lower than 700 don't try this company and lose some points they are looking for a fat fish.
