They give you a pretty good rate, way better than what I had to work with, so I'm pretty happy about that. We get a little communication and just had a bit little trouble getting all of my calls answered. I don't know if my agent was just sick or something. I got called today I he answered the questions I had.

The process overall was pretty seamless. I didn't like that there was an additional warranty placed in the contract when my car isn't a year old. I also didn't like being charged a processing fee without someone speaking to me about it. It felt like because I declined the additional warranty and GAP coverage I was charged a processing fee instead.

Easy process, nice customer service. Communication could be better. I was asked by 2 different agents for documents that I already submitted and needed to submit twice. I am still unclear about the current payment that was drafted from my previous loan. I was hoping to have everything completed before the draft hit bit it wasn't. I have had to follow up in order to check status of the process. I feel like if I hadn't followed up, it would still be processing.

SCAM! I applied for a car refinance with this company after seeing it recommended on Credit Karma. Despite having an excellent credit score of 800 and no credit card debt, my application was not approved. I found it surprising, especially since I had no trouble securing a refinance through my local bank. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and unproductive.

I was sent a prequalified offer for a car refinance, from how the the read I was good to go, I just needed to fill out the information, had how much I would save and everything, I filled out the application online, went back on and saw it was canceled, called them and was told they couldn’t get a lender, from how the letter read that was already done, the whole thing was totally misleading and I got a ding on my credit report for nothing, beware of letters from this company saying your prequalified, very good chance your not.

This company is a joke! I received 3 hard pulls from my credit report and mind you I have a 790 fico score. I originally asked if they could beat my current 5.75% rate from a credit union and they said they also use credit unions throughout the US. So, I figured try to get it lower because I got my rate in July 2023 when rates were still going up, but because of my great credit I got a 5.75 rate. They didn’t guarantee they could get a better rate but I figured I’d give it a try. They then pulled my credit 3 times and I got a call from a Jonathan Mahlum to return his call because I have been approved for my refinance. I called him 3 days in a row and left means crickets from his end. This is a complete joke of a company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! Avoid the headaches and lies!!

I received a pre-qualified letter to refinance my current auto loan with a lower rate of 4.60, lowering my payments $367 monthly. I went on-line to see my off of which never came up and directed my to speak to someone. I told them about my offer and was told that they had to hard hit my credit report to check my qualifications and I would have thought that since the letter had my information they already had the answers but I agreed to them checking. Melissa with Autopay call today to say that the best rate that they have available is 8.25% and if I was willing to reduce my term to 36 months they could go to 7.75 which is still well above my current rate. After a hard hit on my credit, which can significantly reduce my credit rating that I have worked hard to maintain I feel that is is fraud and it should be addressed with this company and they should not be allowed to continue with this. I told the representative that this was fraud and she had nothing to say other than this is the best offer they had at this time.

They were not up front about anything! They had absolutely no communication until they found out I was willing to pay a down payment, then it was telling me what I wanted to hear until they got all my information as well as my cosigners then radio silence until we both started seeing hit after hit on our credit of hard pulls from lending companies. When I reached out to my agent I got no response just repeated hard pulls from the same companies, then they never did communicate with me but instead sent an email to my cosigner with an outrageous offer! Horrible customer service, very dishonest and not at all what I would have expected from a company dealing with Credit Karma. I was definitely disappointed and now I do not trust Credit Karma to give me honest deals. They never mentioned they were a referral company, only that this was the interest and possible payments "they" could offer.

To be honest they sent the money to the wrong place when I told them where to send it they still sent it to the wrong place. We corrected them again and the last payment went back to the first place they sent it to. Thank goodness Jd B was able to get everything taken care of. Then recently it's been over a month they asked me to get title paperwork notarized again. I've already paid $40 out and got the paperwork notarized and sent to them FedEx. I texted them and asked them why I needed to do it again and nobody has reached back out . It has not been my best experience
