My experience was terrible. I was called/contacted nonstop until I agrred to sign the loan. It then took 6 weeks and 5 failed checks to pay off my original loan. I as the customer had to track down where to send it and spend my time resolving Autopays error. I dont think Autopay should make a dollar on this transaction. I was lied to repeatedly and now no one will contact me back. Terrible sevice.

Bad communication with the closing agents. 2 of them. And also, my address was wrong from the beginning. Also, my pay date shouldve been extended since it was taking so long with the closing agents. Had 2 of them come out of 2 different days and signed the same papers the same way both times.
