The last rep that help process my loan was tops, it's the first rep that puts the vice on my rating. He was lazy, arrogant, and not dedicated to the task, in addition to being rude. Had it not been for the Mgr passing me on to another the entire 3 week process would have been a disaster. I'm sorry it has an adverse effect on my rating, but I cannot overlook that horrible experience. He should be fired. Had he been my rating would be 5 stars

Very slow service so that they basically screw me over. Even low APR I still pay more than my own loan. When push comes to shove, I got in contact with a different bank that will payoff the remaining balance and lower APR. I told I want to cancel with Autopay because they're taking forever next thing you know they said they can't because it's finalized.

Response time from my loan specialist wasn't always great, and on 2 occasions that I checked in with her, there was an issue or another document needed but she didn't reach out to me to let me know. Because I was told by Simon that he would help with with what steps I need to do to cancel my extended warranty with my other bank since I have an extended warranty with you. He has been ingoring my emails. I work in customer service and that is NOT how you treat customers. Especially when you were told that you were going to help them later. If I would of know I was going to be treated that was I would of went with a different finance company.

The process took a bit longer than expected. Make sure to read the fine prints and numbers because I did have to sign the DocuSign at least 5-6 times due to an error on their end, but my loan assistant was nice enough to waive the doc fee when I asked. Other than that everything else was smooth.

Everything seemed to go along fine. The process was easy and the representative I dealt with was very help and maintained communication with me throughout the process. To my surprise, although they lowered my rate by 12 percent, the balance due on my loan is now more than a thousand dollars higher than it was before. And I am not sure but I may have lost my extended warranty. I don't think I would have refinanced had I known. They did lower my monthly payment but extended the term of the loan.

They found me a great rate but the agent I was dealing with either quit or was fired and nobody reached out to me for days afterwards. After I reached out they acted like he was on vacation and business as usual. Also they attempted some shady sales techniques on me where they include extended warranty into my refinancing without ever saying it was optional raising my monthtly payment significantly... You can't reject something you are not asked about, right... I had to specifically stop the agent and ask about these "wonderful benefits that are included in the refinancing", as she said.

Very deceiving as to what you are looking for. Was shown as at least $140 less of a payment with 2% lower interest and then after the initial call it was only $40 cheaper with at higher interest and no gap insurance available. It also hurts your credit only to be told that you aren't really saving money.

If don't even do it, don't waste your time, they will run your credit for nothing, just to tell you there's are going to be the same interest and payments, just to let anyone know I have a credit score of 790 and nothing at all bad on my credit and they still couldn't come up with anything. So if you don't want you credit score to go down, do t do it . I don't wright reviews unless it real going to be bad for someone else. And I always try for other people not to get fooled.

I was going to do business with the company until the agent, Christy, was trying to rush me to sign the document. I asked Christy to please give me until Monday to read over the paperwork, and she stated no, we need it signed by tomorrow, which was Friday. It received the documents on Thursday (today). She stated that if you don't sign, we will cancel your application, and you can't apply again for 6 months. She also told me to sign it now and read over it afterwards. If I decided not to use the company, they would cancel it. We all know that isn't true, right? That became a big red flag for me. Only I said no, I would like to read over it first, she said I will cancel your application and hang up the phone. Afterwards, I received a text message that it was cancelled. I was so shocked by everything that happened. I was going to do business with this company, but thanks to Christy, she helped me avoid making a mistake. She was very rude, and I was very happy, so was rude. Below is the text I received from her and the cancellation. Beware of the company. Here's the text I received for her. Keep in mind, I don't know if the information was going to her spam folder. "Hello I do see your messages please try not to spam my email. I do work with 40 other people when I am available I will always reach out. " Other text: Application AP25........... closed due to stipulations not fulfilled. Just because I wanted to read over my contract. She closed out the application. I only asked for a couple of days to get everything together. Beware of bad customer service and being scammed. Thank you, Christy, for showing me the true colours of this company by the way you acted on the phone.

I recently went through the auto refinance process with Autopay and unfortunately, my experience was far from smooth. From the start, there was a noticeable lack of communication throughout the entire process. Important issues—like errors in the application—weren’t addressed until the final week, just as I was told they were finalizing the deal. This last-minute scramble made everything feel rushed and disorganized. While the offer initially seemed promising with a lower interest rate and a guaranteed warranty, things quickly took a turn once they realized my actual car had a lower value than the vehicle listed on the application. At that point, I was told I’d have to pay out of pocket to make up the difference—something that should’ve been addressed much earlier on. My representative, Gary, was particularly slow to respond to emails and calls during the entire process. Ironically, the only time things moved quickly was when I decided not to move forward with the refinance—canceling was instant. Overall, while the potential savings were appealing, the lack of clear communication, delayed responses, and sudden surprises near the end made this a frustrating experience. I’m rating Autopay 2 out of 5.

Process was not thoroughly explained and took way too long. Extended warranty was thrown in just to get extra money from me. It doesn't benefit me or my vehicle. Warranty is setup so they avoid any liability and offer minimum coverage. I was never given the option to confirm or deny the warranty. I could have had a lower payment now I'm stuck with something that doesn't benefit me. I'd have rather paid more for better protection instead of the bare minimum, but you expect me to stay on top of vehicle maintenance and keep documentation?

The guy Matt, was super helpful and it was convenient to do everything over texting. I don't always have time to be on the phone with people forever so that was nice.
