Wife out of town and my youngest looks her keys in the car at 11:30 at night on a Saturday. Called them up and they had someone out there in 30 minutes and had it unlocked for her. Sold!

They have been helpful in keeping our rates down as much as possible -- they referred me to the Smart Driver Course which I took and was given a discount on my auto insurance for a limited time. As we are seniors living on Social Insecurity, we are having difficulty making ends meet. No raise in 4 years!!! They also have been helpful in going over our policy and suggesting changes that would still give us adequate coverage, but give us a break on our insurance bill.

Geico was my auto insurance for 3 years. During that time I had a rock chip and a hit and run happen to my vehicle. Geico was able to get me into a local rock chip repair company within a week and took care of all the financial details with the rock chip company. All I had to do was deliver my vehicle. When my vehicle was hit and run Geico referred me to an auto body shop and covered all expenses after my deductible was met. Geico is a great auto insurance company and easy to work with.

We've had Geico for what seems like forever. They are like most insurance companies and the more you add, the cheaper it gets. But the star in their crown is the customer service. I was in the customer service business for 30 years and trained people how to treat the customer. The Geico employee must have learned from somebody just like me. I'm not one to hesitate to say "the customer may not always be right but as customers, we do help pay your salary". Never had to say that in one of the very few calls I've ever had to make to Geico. What a blessing.

Great company that is easy to work with. We switched back to Allstate because of a promotional thing my husband wanted. We didn't have anything negative happen when we had their services, definitely recommend! Also, this past January, I was in a very minor scrape and scratch with one of their customers. Though there was some struggle getting the driver to pull up theinsurance, it was all there on the police report. They provided a reasonable settlement on the claim, my car was fixed, and we parted ways. Easy to work with, customer service was nice and made sure to get every detail of both sides of the story, and I highly recommend them both as a previous customer and precious claimant.

GEICO is affordable for insurance and actually has excellent buyer protection. I was recently at fault in a wreck and ended up paying only a $500 deductible when the cost to fix my car was about $4k. The other person's repairs were paid for by GEICO as well. Furthermore my rates have not increased. Overall I'm impressed and feel lucky I chose them.

I appreciate that I can handle all transactions on their website but have called them with specialized questions occasionally and have always found them friendly and very knowledgeable. I have used lower price companies but returned to GEICO for their service. In Portland they actually have a local office which I used to combine my auto and home policies.

I have been a GEICO customer for many years. I, unfortunately, have had to deal with them through several accidents. Their service and attention to detail is suberb! I love that you can get an appointment for an appraisal at the shop where repairs will be done and pick up a rental car at the same time. Yes, my rates have gone up because of accidents, but I have done a great deal of research looking for lower rates and have not found any that offer the same amount of coverage and excellent service.

I know I'm going to sound like a commercial but I can't believe I'm saving as much as I am with Geico. When I switched from my other insurance providers to this one I had three cars. I began saving $1,000 a year. When we bought another car and added that car we actually saved another $200 and it lowered my payments. I never thought adding a car would actually lower the payments but they did. My previous provider wouldn't even look into savings. Win win!

I have had Geico Auto Insurance for over a year now and have been highly pleased with their service. When someone backed into the back of my care I called a representative and they were very helpful in helping me know all of my options and what I should do. I didn't feel that they were biased, I just felt that they wanted me to get the best service I could. I followed their advice and the problem was resolved as simply as was possible. In addition, they were they lowest rate out of all the auto insurance companies that I investigated when I was looking for one.

I’ve had Geico auto insurance since I got my drivers license 13 years ago. They constantly reward me for being a loyal customer and for a good driving record. I had just recently moved to another state and for my first 6 months I received $100 discount for reasons mentioned above. They also have good customer service. I did have a little hiccup when I moved, trying to get a quote there was a little miscommunication, but they sincerely apologized and made everything right.

They gave us a better price, so when we went to cancel with Geico, they gave us an even better quote. I'm secured in the company for almost 10 years, and every time I need them, there they were to solve me every single one of my problems. A few weeks ago, I had a collision very close to my house, overnight, I was deviated by a deer, slightly damaging the capot, the fender, a panel and the door. Not only did they worry about my integrity, but to solve it very quickly. Geico's 30% continued rate increases are terrible, my wife and I adjusted our car insurance coverage lower and lower just to try to offset Geico's 30% rate increase over two billing cycles. No tickets, no accidents, nada. When I called I was told the increases were due to other drivers? (BS) and they had to keep their profit margin, all during a pandemic when no one is driving, I'm calling on Florida to investigate these out of control rate increases, go elsewhere, we found the Hartford less expensive and received a better coverage policy with guaranteed no rate increases for one year whereas Geico raised their's every six months, go elsewhere!

My rate for my car and RV rose over the years to almost 500 dollars. I had 2 claims , both related to hurricane seasons in FL. When I tried reducing the cost, and cut as much as possible including raising the deductibles to max, the cost didn't drop one cent. I later learned the 2 weather related claims did not go under Comprehensive , instead they filed them under collision, because your not supposed to raise rates due to weather issues when claimed under comprehensive. When i switched companies I was told because they filed them a collision they had to put them down in the new policy as accidents which , of course made the new insurance costs higher. Even so, my policy coverage dropped from almost 500 a month to 150 a month for both car and rv.

I was recently in an accident where I got rear-ended, so not at fault. While I had a concussion to deal with, Geico made me handle all the insurance claims with the at-fault party only to find out the driver was not insured. It took 2 weeks for Geico to give me a rental car and assess my damages. After 2 weeks, I found out my car was totaled and Geico was ending my rental car coverage in 4 days, without even informing me of what the next steps are to replace my totaled vehicle. They also raised my premium by $600 a year, even though they explicitly told me they wouldn't because I wasn't at fault for the accident. Also, my adjuster won't respond to any of my calls.

I was a Geico customer for over ten years. After getting an accident that was my fault, I was told that I had accident forgiveness. However, when my policy was renewed, they let me know I wouldn't get this discount due to my previous wreck. How does that make any sense? It also took them over a week to get back to my to see if it would apply. Times are strange so I am fine to look over that, but I can't believe how much my premium went up in a scary time for all. When I asked, I was told that my premium rose because of the unforeseeable future in my area. As a resident of New Orleans, I was completely floored by this. My insurance went up to $400/month. I have great credit, and only one wreck. I am extremely disappointed by this, and further, after getting a small refund for being a Geico customer for over ten years, they told me at the end of my call I would be getting billed for the discount since I was no longer renewing. The whole thing is seriously unbelievable and I'm floored after loving Geico for over a decade. They will not be getting business from me anymore.
