GEICO is very much on the pricey side of insurance and since I am financing my car I have to pay for full coverage which sucks. However, they do offer “discounts” to lessen the price for students and younger drivers like me.

I had never used Geico once I purchased my 2019 vehicle this is the company that picked me up I have no issues with Geico my husband recently purchased his truck and because I have an account and because we’re married they automatically added his vehicle to my policy I have no complaints about Geico

GEICO one of most famous insurers in US. It likes to insure only the drivers who have no accidents or issues. That policy is good for their business and it is reasonable but it is bad for the driver. To the point. In 2012 I received several tickets totaling 6 points. No accidents no losses. My liability insurance with GEICO increased to $10,000 fo two cars in Brooklyn. Speaking with other insurance companies I realized it is a bad example of greed and bureaucracy. Switching to a different carrier return my premiums to the previous levels. I will never for as long as I live will use GEICO for automotive coverage and would encourage others to stay away.

The rates are decent. Customer service is outstanding. I had a crack in my windshield and they fixed immediately. The fix actually didn't work and they had my entire windshield replaced super fast and with no deductible.

I've used this service for around 3-4 years now and it's I guess as good as I need it to be for a simple auto insurance. There are definitely some fees or services I was being provided at extra costs I wasn't aware of at first. Thankfully, after doing some digging into the website, I was able to make those changes to take out things I don't feel I personally need for my insurance policy. Thankfully, I was able to make those changes with ease and will continue using them.

Like they needed confirmation of address, so I faxed two pages to them, they still dropped me because it was supposed to be on one page???? They didn’t cover me for the three months I paid for nor did they return my money! Plus I had to pay for my son who doesn’t even have a license yet because he’s to young, but they said it because he could steal my car??

I would probably be still with them except they didn't offer home owners insurance in my area (it would have been subcontracted with Liberty Mutual and I do not like them).
