My rates went up so much after my second accident even though I wasn’t at fault! The first claims adjuster that I had wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t very nice to my mom and I, but they ended up getting another person who was much more helpful and patient with us and our questions. My current collision adjuster, Andre works really hard on my claim and keeps us updated on what’s going on. The benefits are also good too but I’ll probably be looking for another insurance company soon to get lower rates.

Recently switched my car insurance to another company, Geico's rates were nearly double what some other car insurers were offering in my area and they said that they just couldn't compete with the prices. always make sure you shop around even if you've been with a company for a while

I have been a customer of this company for 25 years. We're recently experienced an accident while stopped at a red light. While the claim was ultimately resolved and the vehicle was repaired and all costs covered by the other driver, I had to contact the company several times for updates to the claim and to push it through to completion. They're was no contact initiated by them throughout the entire 6 week process and I believe had I not contacted them multiple times, this claim would still be ongoing. I am very disappointed with the lack of support they provided.

Never again. When I really needed you, you weren't there. I have been a loyal customer for 7-10 yrs. I have never once needed road side assistance. Until today. On the side of a busy highway. I called for help. I was told since my leasing company incorrectly identified year model of my new lease my policy was invalid. Mind you I've been paying monthly without issue. They refused to send help, or be remotely human. Wanted to GO OVER MY POLICY while I was in duress. No outlet to tell me "yes, of course, we'll help you first and take care of this after youre safe." Canceled my policy and NEVER coming back. Will be your biggest ANTI ADVOCATE and spreading the word of mouth as often as possible.

I believe the Underinsured/Uninsured Motorist coverage should be extended to cover hit&run incidences that we cannot control. The insured winds up paying out a deductable, as if it was their fault.ad of it falling back on

Very disappointed with the attitude of the company, I have been a customer with automatic payment for 5 years, and every chance they have either a change of address, including new drivers or withdrawing them always increases the rate. They even increased the rate after removing a driver, which when I included they increased the rate. I feel cheated and I will change for a much lower value.

I loved geico. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years. They were always helpful, and did their job. That’s all I’ve ever needed. Just do a good job and I’m cool. This recent experience has been awful. My car was hit and totaled in February. It’s now July, and it’s still not paid off. Geico has not, would not, follow up with my finance company. My finance company is terrible in this regard too, but two wrongs don’t make a right. The finance company lost 4 checks, and could not cash the 5th due to their secondary purchase of my contract. Geico refused to send a check to them in their name, even though the finance company had POA over the lien on the title. Two weeks later, I have to call back because no one will call and follow up. It’s finally being taken care of with the correct name on the check, but this should have been handled months ago. This was and is an ongoing problem with both companies, but it took me being a jerk to get it figured out. Both companies dropped the ball. I will be looking into switching companies. It’s difficult since I’ve been a geico customer for so long, finding someone who can give me a comparable rate, but I’ve gotten my belly full and I’m done. I’m just waiting on the car to be paid off, should be another two weeks. We shall see.

I had Geico insurance for years and it was very affordable. However, once I was in an accident my premiums doubled/tripled and Geico was more about getting rid of me instead of keeping me as a customer. Not impressed with how they handled my claim when I filed it.

I've had Geico for many years and they're okay. Their website functionality and customer service is very good. However, when I actually did have to make a claim, it seemed like I was going against the grain in every way to get them to pay up and help me out. It seemed I was suddenly talking to the B-team of customer service reps and it was a difficult process, making it almost not worth it with the risk of my premium rising. I don' t think this is unique among auto insurance companies however, and their prices are very good.

We swapped to Geico a few years ago after my last insurance company decided not to take care of me when a car hit me when I had the right of way as a pedestrian. We were both represented by the same insurance company and didn't get what I deserved. Geico has had good prices, and mediocre at best customer service. I have had some issues with them, but the price is good.

I've used GEICO for my car insurance off and on for the past 6 years. The only time I left GEICO was for a promotion, but within the next year GEICO was able to beat the deal from the insurer. I love how easy it is to get a good rate for auto insurance and easy to pay and renew - they're great about offering options for adjusting your pricing and why/why not to take them (more coverage on x, more cost on y). The only reason I'd switch from GEICO now is to match my home insurance, but even then I'd expect GEICO to offer a huge discount there too.

Best thing about Geico is their customer care, so quick and easy to reach. I had to reach out to them on 2 occasions, once for my windscreen glass and other for rear end collision. For windscreen glass the response was good but it took almost a month for the rear end collision to get resolved. The major delay is from the repair centre side but the I feel Geico agent also did not do much to get the issue resolved earlier.

It sounds cliche, but GEICO saved us money. On top of the savings our interactions with the company are always prompt and complete. We lease two vehicles and each time the transition of cars is done in a 3 or 4 minute call. Any question I have ever asked has been answered on the spot or with a text with in minutes. I am very satisfied with GEICO

There's been a couple of times that fees have gone up... they're always transparent as to what changed... and operators will go out of their way to find you discounts. I had an accident (not of own fault) the car was totaled. GEICO represented and guided us well though out the whole process.

I have been with Gieco on several occasions all were good experiences. Price is the sole reason I moved on. Over all Gieco is a good company, but as you all know companies keep raising prices, especially when they want to vacate a state of area. If the price is right for you with GIECO go with them until its no longer in your rice range, its a good company

I had Geico car insurance for about 8years and add on my husband and others that were part of my household. They were great at taking my money until I was in a serious accident & they tried every tactic to not pay. It was very disheartening at the time, I had so much to worry about with my recovery, had no car, had to retain a lawyer & was constantly on the phone with customer service. It was a horrible experience & I ended up leaving to go to liberty mutual. I have been with them for years with no issue & when I was in a small rear ended accident they were accommodating & had no issue covering anything.

I was a customer of Geico for over 15 years and loved every minute of it. I never had any problems when I needed emergency road side assistance. Even when I needed extra time to pay, Geico was very understanding and accommodating. My only problem with Geico, which caused me to go to a different company, was their not having their own homeowner's insurance policy. Geico worked with other companies to provide the homeowner's portion which did not meet my needs or provide the discount I expected as a long time customer.
