Geico was perfect as my first insurance off my parents plan. I didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone which I loved. My rates were fairly high because I was a young driver, and I didn't know what coverages were important. I never had to file a claim with Geico, but they were easy for me to manage/use.

Everytime my car has broken down I have used Geico roadside assistance to get me a tow truck to the nearest mechanic. Geico handles everything on their end all you have to do is wait!

I got in a reck a year ago and the cop said it was a no fault accident. So it was up to insurance to figure it out. I talked with them a lot explaining what happened and I still had to pay but it took 6 months to figure out that I needed to pay.

I have Geico for about 3 years with no issue. I had one small claim during that time and the agent who helped me was thorough and assisted with quick resolution. I had to switch from them because of pricing, but that process also went smoothly (except for the fact that they force you to call to cancel).

I was with Geico for a few years and had no issues. The only complaint I had was when I did an auto claim they had someone come out to check my window to make sure there was really damage which delayed the process and took forever for me to get my new windshield.

Terrible experience. It’s been almost three months since my accident and my claims adjuster has hardly been in contact with me. He also did not know what part I played in the accident, or that I had an injury from the accident even after explaining everything to him multiple times over the last few months. I have sent emails, messages, used the app, made phone calls, and left reviews and I still have not been contacted to finish out my claim. Do not recommend.

Olivia O. they are a bunch of scams they rip people off of their vehicles my truck is still worth $21,000 and they only want to pay $19,000 without taxes if us as the customers have to pay taxes why can't Geico pay the taxes Geico sucks the insurance sucks

I had an accident and geico has not responded to my calls, they wont answer when I call. I am in a rental and have to take it back because the reservation is up, they said I could have the car for a month and i have had it for 2 weeks. They never told me when I needed to take it back and most of all the fact that the repair company and myself are waiting for an estimate if they will total the car out or not is ridiculous. It has been 2 weeks. I wish people would do their job and actually contact the people who own the car especially when it was not even the persons fault it was someone elses.

Everyone's policy ends at 12:01 no matter the date, but if u cancel, geico will "lengthen" your policy 4 u without your knowledge, then have the audacity 2 charge for it, $76.00. After several calls 2 them they told me I had to prove I had other insurance and the $76.00 wouldn't just go away. A huge corporation unlike them and they pinch your pockets like that?

BUYER BEWARE! Customer for 34 years but NO MORE. They repeatedly overcharged me due to a transposition of the VIN number and because of this I lost my license and could not register my vehicle. No one there seemed to care and I have been battling with them since November. Every agent I spoke to gave me either inaccurate information or flat out lied to me. GEICO used to be a good company but obviously has changed into something despicable. They spend more time on a silly lizard than they do on real people. It's lonely at the top, GEICO. Remember that when your customers go elsewhere.

Beware of Geico when you have an accident they start out friendly and helpful. then they turn around and find ways to prolong paying your claim. it's going on 2 months , I"m injured having to catch the bus 2 hours to my physical therapy. I'm out of work, and there sitting in there coushy home offices not caring. they haven't reached out to me to ask how I'm doing, or if I needed anything

Charged me more than double any other auto insurance company that I spoke with. They acted like they were doing a good job and that it was not weird at all that their rates were so absurdly high. This should be the new quote "I literally saved over 65% by switching to State Farm." Coverage was the exact same. I moved from full coverage to full coverage. Peace Geico!!!

Their online portal is designed to not recognize when you delete a vehicle, you are not able to delete drivers either, I have been over charged multiple times. I have been with them for many years but just found out that they had been charging me extra for points against for years--points that I don't have on my license and that they can't explain--but they have yet to offer me a refund

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was hit in OCTOBER and geico has provided no updates. We have the at fault party on video hitting the PARKED car. I have called once to twice a week sense the accident for an update and nothing. I finally got in touch with the manger who said they closed the claim due to no evidence. Geico is a joke. I have recent the evidence and I'm seeking legal action for the negligence of Geico.

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are cheaters and liars and they stole $708 dollars from. They claim I did not pay them that money and I spent 3 months giving them proof including my bank statement (I use the bank for electronic payments) to GEICO that they cashed that $708 electronic payment. I went thru 3 levels of GEICO admin and only got lies back from them including the GEICO CEO, TODD C who refused even a courtesy letter back to me.

I had such a bad experience with GIECO. I spoke with customer service and they told me that they are going to charge me only $234 each month. After two weeks, they charged me an extra $96 without telling me the reason. I called them and they said that they made a mistake when I spoke with them first time and they are not going to refund the extra $96. From my experience, you can’t trust Gieco when you start your insurance because they will charge extra money later and won’t refund you.

I am extremely fed up with their service. I have 3 cars and two houses with them. They canceled the policy on two of my cars on accident, and never informed me. I had to call two months later when I realized that had been done. On top of that, after reinstatement, they charged me the insurance for the two months I was without insurance. I talked to someone named Rachael, who was absolutely not willing to help me in any way or form. She also refused to give me her id number.

I used Geico for 20 years and never had a claim. They stole money from me by adding a driver that I never authorized and when I called to figure it out they said tough luck and thought I was going to just eat the 325.00 more in charges. I went to progressive and am now paying way less and not getting the rude customer service from Geico never again

My family and i were displaced by a fire nov19th 2020 and geico renewed my Policy on the 20th without my consent and will not return my money leaving my family in a worse point then we already are also i call and noone helps me to get my money back (strongly do not) recommend this company ive calld 4 different times and receive 4 different answer none of which is to help me get my money back
