He also made sure I was satisfied with the equipment install and ensure I knew how to use the product. The product has been great and eliminated our city water smell and hardness issues. When I first moved into my new home, I wanted a water test to be completed. It passed with flying colors. I did not agree. When I had to change the filters for the first and second times, I was not happy with the sludge and rust I saw. I contacted a number of water solutions but hit it off with the local representative. He ran similar and more in depth tests and it was not pretty. He told me to not let my dog drink the tab water let alone the family. The offer on the full system was a bit pricy but worth the piece of mind the clean water provided. Instantly I noticed a difference in feel and tastes. Highly recommend. More recently they came and did the annual review and I would recommend that as an option too.

The salesman told me that I wouldn't have hard water build up or hard water marks anymore, but I do. Overall, our water is much better, we can drink tap water now. The taste and smell are good. But I'm still burdened with hardwater build up in all facets, refrigerator, and showers. I do not have a softener that requires salt. But he told me the only difference would be that our soap won't lather up like it would with a salt softener. I recommended a friend, and he had the system installed. Not sure if there is anything you award for a referral.

We purchased our Home Leaf water solution about a year and a half ago and we are still loving it. Takes care of the hard water deposits left behind by untreated water. No hard to clean water spots on our shower glass. Also love drinking from the reverse osmosis drinking water setup . Great tasting water!

We got our whole house water system 2 1/2 months ago. Our tea and coffee tastes better. We don’t have any chlorine smell anymore in our water. We barely use any soap when we wash clothes. Recently my husband gave me flowers. I cut the ends and put them in a vase of the reverse osmosis water from our special tap in our kitchen. In the past flowers would look droopy in just 4-5 days. These flowers stayed fresh looking for 2 weeks! I thought if the water does this for my fresh flowers, imagine what it’s doing inside my body!

I was given the impression that my water would be as soft as it was with my water softener system, but it has not been. It does not leave out dishes spotless or our shower clean like our softener used to. As for the water being germ and bug free we can only guess, because we did not get a return visit from them checking out our water supply. The drinking bowls for my bird is always green now whereas it used to be shinning it also leaves streaks. When the system was installed it wasn't done properly and I had to get a plumber to come and finish it. I tried to get in contact with the company several times but it seems they are either too busy selling or too far away to be concerned with their customers in this area.

It cost us around $3,000 to get our system in place. The actual day for installment was a disaster, as he dug holes all over our yard. He was very sweet and worked for hours. They need to purchase the machine that can detect things underground instead of digging holes all over the yard and making their employees work to the bone like that. After having it installed, we cannot tell a difference in water quality. Our neighbors have gotten other water softener type systems installed from other companies and could tell an immediate change in taste, how the water affected their dishes, hair, etc. We cannot tell a difference like this with this system, so we don't recommend it to our neighbors.

Water softener works but poor installation. New installer was being trained, made several mistakes including burst pipe joints, crooked pipes and pipe fasteners pulling out of block wall. Mistakes during training are understandable but trainer left it as is instead of making it right. This along with dirty, rusty, beat-up junk-filled old truck instead of a professional looking vehicle left a very poor impression of leaf water.

During the installation process there was a lot of miss communication. The wrong system was delivered and additional parts had to be acquired which delayed the installation. The day after the installation was complete the system leaked all over my garage floor and I was left to fix the problem myself.

I was promised that the water softener would eliminate the rust and Lyme. It has not eliminated the Lyme and when someone came to check on it I was told that I should get my water pressure turned up. That is another expense and another day off that I will have to take.

We got the worst installer and installation. I don’t know where they found this guy but he did a botched installation and was very creepy. I’m really happy that my wife’s caregiver was there. They were both uneasy with this guy in the house. I had to get my plumber out to redo his installation at my own expense but the pipe he used was inferior. The manager sent another installer to redo the entire installation with the updated piping system. I heard water one day and the UV sanitizer had ruptured and was spraying water all over the place. I’m really happy that it was outdoors and not in the house. I would have given one star but the manager attempted to make the installation right and sent a technician to repair the water leak. The system did not come with any documentation and self service is not an option. The brine tank is filled with water and I do not believe that the system is working. I was told by the salesman that the annual service was $99 but I paid $249 plus tax.

Very expensive to install. They do NOTHING extra. Very expensive to keep going. Almost$400.00 yearly to have maintenance. It's fixed so you can not take care of it yourself. I still have rust in my water. We're extremely rude to me when there was a problem caused by their service man and installer. Did absolutely NOTHING to help. Very unhappy. This January I will have had my Leaf home water system in my home for 2 years...I honestly have to say I am disappointed in the performance of the system, which includes the ultraviolet lamp system. In the beginning it seemed pretty good, but that was comparing to a 20 year old system that was removed prior to thus system being installed .....didnt take long fur things to go downhill, I actually had them come back to check it, come to find out the filter in the ultraviolet lamp side of the system was clogged bad, had it replaced then, but I was totally surprised that all that stuff got past the first stage of the system where you have the two tanks: why did I think it's the job of that section to clean the water? So, for those to choose NOT to add the ultraviolet lamp to kill germs, are allowing even dirtier water to enter the home, not what they are expecting either. I can smell my water now, I find residue in my SS tumbler that I drink from, a brownish substance that I wipe outta it, I no longer drink the water sadly, I've been drinking bottled instead...how sad is that after investing over 6k in this system?? I chose Leaf home water after listening to a very convincing sales guy, and did not go with the local American Aqua co. that others in my area were using ( the old system un my home was from them) not a huge thing also was, supposedly this system was to use less salt than others....not so, I've gone thru ALOT salt, seems more than my old system🤷‍♂️... all in all this is why I've scored 2 stars, and would not at this point feel confident in recommending to others

We purchased the whole house system and added R/O treatment for drinking water. We love the R/O. The system works but did not eliminate the sulfuric smell that we sometimes get when the water faucets are first turned on. The salesman told is that the system would resolve the anaerobic smell. It did not. As far as service goes, the guys that do the installs and service are top notch, reliable, personable and care.

The system itself is good. But all of the service people are subcontractors not employees so there seems to be no training for uniformed procedures. Each subcontractor does things their own way. My system is located outside and they act like this is the first time they have dealt with this. A lot of confusion as to weather it should be covered or not. Still waiting for company person in charge of installation to call me not there local guy. Salesman was very misleading and said it was a salt free system to soften the water. Yearly maintenance was just them replacing the filters in my water purifier. I expected him to do more for the price.

My Leaf home system hasn’t worked in months. Called for assistance. Was told I would be charged a service fee just to look at their broken system. Five weeks later, while I’m away on vacation, Leaf called me to let me know they were ready to take a look at my faulty system. I told them I was away and the system was inside my locked garage. Needless to say, I’m not happy.

Brian, the head of the team who came, explained what may, or may not, be remaining issues, but we will allow a few more days before rendering final judgement.

Leaf didn't stand behind the salesmanship and management promise to resolve my water condition scenario. Simply dishonest and field technicians validated after sales/installation Leaf Home Solution System couldn't resolve issues. Plus, salesman indicated an annual service fee of $199 to change filters, UV light, etc and then after 1st year Leaf said.... oh $199 was just a promo at the time of sale now it's $449. As a company, if Leaf stood behind the sale promises I would than have favorable feedback.... unfortunately not a favorable customer review.

Dealing with issues from the start. Had the system 1year before the tech noticed they forgot to install the charcoal filter. Then there’s the issue of water out of the tap tasting very salty from time to time. Even though I check the system for salt and for ‘bridging’ all the time. I would call the service tech out but don’t want to pay the high price for a call. I should have gone with name brand system had I known.

I was not impressed with the amount repairs this system has had to go through to get it working. I was not impressed by the poor quality of service I received from being stood up 3 times by the techs. I was unpleased by the amount of salt the system blew through in 3 months, I am not happy with the smell of the water.

Great product, frustrating, inferior service. The salesperson stated that the old water heater would be removed, but after repeated phone calls, that never happened. The original installation was not done per the agreed-upon criteria, resulting in the utility closet door being unable to shut and the electrical panel door not being able to be closed. A subsequent visit occurred after I repeatedly informed the vendor of the issues, but the representative arrived without the necessary supplies, resulting in a functional but aesthetically displeasing equipment installation.

My husband saw an ad online for a free water test and set up an appointment on the one day a week that I work! By the time I got home, he had ordered a new water system from Leaf even though we had no issues with our water. We had a water system already that was old, but I didn't notice any problems with it. The Leaf salesman had my husband so scared about our water, even though the water he tested was what came into the house, NOT THE WATER COMING OUT OF THE KITCHEN SINK, which is the water we actually used! So there's no way of knowing if our water system was still doing its job or not! The new system was installed THE VERY NEXT DAY! Usually you have 3 days to think about and cancel a purchase like this. If it was up to me, I would have shopped around a little. The company that sold us our old system would have charged us only about half of what the Leaf system cost! And by the way, anytime I had a salesman come to the house, my husband always had to be there too. Also, I didn't notice any difference in our water after the new system was installed.

My water is very hard and alkaline. They took out my water softener so they could put the system in my crawl space because there was nowhere else in the house to put it. I cannot go down there and bypass it if my well needs to be sanitized. Had nothing but trouble the first year. They took months to get it on track. Fired most of the guys they sent out there

I will never ever recommend your company ever!! We get the Kamala H. treatment, avoid the problems and questions; answers. In other words we never get solutions it's always getting the run around ans go around the issues. Always told the product is working when clearly it's not. Techs can't even do their jobs correctly and or if they come they forget to do things like an important thing, turning the by pass off so the product at least attemps to work. Absolutely sick of paying for this product, we never get answers, always get broken promises, never get what we're told we're going to get, the products are trash!!!
