The worse experience I have ever had in my life! I won’t go into it but you can pull my history and look at all my calls. I am still waiting for a call from corporate and it has been 7 months. They sold me something that doesn’t work and it is still in my garage (carbon tank). They list a lot of sales because of my experience.

Sold me something I didn’t even need , iron filtration. Too much water demand for my well capacity. Took more water to regenerate every 3 days then the wife and I use. Created water hammer and blew my pipes open 3 times.

Sales rep lied to us about how great this product is. It doesn't remove rust like claimed. The regen discharge line fell apart and I had plumber fix it properly. The unit uses extreme amounts of salt. Totally dissatisfied.

Literally a scam company. They will sell you on whatever system they can regardless if it’s meant for you, and they will try and get the highest mark up price. My advice, do research. Stay away from leaf if you have well water as well, they aren’t compatible. I was taken advantage of. Hidden fees also for the yearly replacements etc.

Unit doesn’t work at all other than making water smell and taste like it’s contaminated with chemicals. I had the unit ripped out and replaced with a Kinectico true water softener unit. I’ll never make that mistake again.

The reverse osmosis water is great. The filtered tap water leaves stains in toilets. The initial install was rough and promises were made that were not accurate.

The system is wonderful, does a great job handling well water with heavy minerals, lime and rust. Disappointed with servicing the system. Was told when installed they would service the unit yearly, I have not heard from them since it was installed, needless to say it is not working well 3 years later.

Trying to talk with someone about a problem, is difficult. The water softener does not seem to work as well as my last brand, the water seems to still be hard, because my skin is very dry after taking a shower, and the light on the unit seems to always blink for some reason or another. when my 7 years are up, I will probably remove this water system.

We have had the system - carbon multi- stage/ water softener/UV System since 2021. The major reason was to remove high sulfur ( rotten egg smell) out of our water - along with some hardness. The system works good. Only concern is that the carbon tanks had to be replaced after 2 1/2 years because it wasn’t removing the sulfer - the company was responsive , but the question is - Will this be an ongoing concern - having to replace so soon - especially for the premium money we paid for systemic

The installation process was flawless and timely. However, we've had some "issues" since installation and cannot seem to get a response to our texts and/or phone calls. We had a service visit once, but it did not solve the problem. We have both called and texted to have someone come out again, but no response! Our installer asked if we have had our water tested since installation on November 29, 2023 ... WE HAVE NOT! We continue to have an odor associated with our water, and it appears to be leaving a "grayish-tint" in our bathroom toilet (which we did not have prior to installation). Thus far, I've not been pleased with customer service after installation side of things!
