Very expensive water softening and reverse osmosis system was installed. The water softening system does not work. Have had a repair person out to fix three times. System does not generate and now is leaking water. Leaf home c/s has not be helpful. DO NOT PURCHASE

Terrible company since day one I been dealing with problems from no pressure to brown water to service people that never stay with the company now I have brown water and can’t get anybody to come and fix now I wait till someone feels like calling back. Can’t win with this company

I have had this system for 4 months and they have replaced everything they put in at least once. 4 service calls and my water still smells. Water softener keeps clogging, media exiting tanks, system will not stay programmed to recycle and clean itself. Total junk
