When we colonize deep space the first thing there going to do is set up mailboxes to make sure that the tax notices make there destination. If I lived on Mars, the IRS would have found me. I'm convinced of that. They found me once, shame on me. Tax Defense Network explained that if the tax debt was paid in monthly payments all this noise would stop. And I said BING! We have a winner! Because there's not a snowballs chance I can pay this in once massive block of cash. Payments I can do, and I'm doing it. Great service, good people. Happy with my solution and so is my scalp, since I've stopped pulling out my hair.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the understanding and compassion we received from everyone we spoke to at Tax Defense Network. This has been an incredibly hard year and a half and the IRS problem was the straw that broke the camel's back. Fortunately, we found this company on an internet search (!) and they agreed to give us a free consultation. It was obvious that we needed all the help we could get and they were very meticulous in explaining what needed to be done. Neither my husband nor myself are legal or tax savvy people, but the people we spoke with were explanatory without being condescending. We appreciate their kindness and applaud their efforts, which resulted in a very affordable payment for this horrendous tax debt. We recommend this company whole-heatedly.

What a waist of my $4,900 for what. They were not able to lower any of my debt. I should have hired a personal Accountant and made a settlement on my back taxes. They take your money and dont change anything. Why use them when your own personal self can reach out to the IRS and make a payment plan. I was hopeing they could at least get penalties dropped. No. Only make a payment arrangement. Thanks for taking my hard earned money and only costing me more money to just talk to the IRS. Do yourself a favore. Hire a real Accountant to save you money. My wife found there Ad on facebook. Another Rip off!!!

It took over 6 years to get my case resolved & even now I honestly don't know if my tax issue is resolved. Minimal to none communications from the people who were helping me except that 1 monthly email telling me they're still waiting to hear back from the IRS. I received back forms that they requested from me opened but nothing done to them, I requested a copy of the letter from the IRS that my caseworker said he received saying my case is deemed uncollectible, to this day, nothing. It is very disheartening. I'm with limited resources now, working making minimum wage yet I entrusted my IRS issue to your company and I'm basically just left hanging right now. So what do you people suggest I do?

The communication is horrible. They do not explain to you the process a since more than likely this is the first time going thru this but they assume you know I suppose. Messages don't get returned and I ended up feeling like I had been taken by a scam. Once I finally got ahold of a supervisor he was very good about explaining the entire process to me and what to expect. I just wish that had happened in the beginning.

Although the attorney that assisted me was kind, I believe that they ultimately knew that there was nothing that could truly be done to help me and didn't simply explain that to me. Instead, I feel as though I was lead to believe that I was at least going to get some sort of deal with the IRS. In the end, im still in the same predicament, only now, I have an additional bill that I have to pay plus the IRS bill. Simply a waste of my money. I could have made a deal with the IRS by myself and saved myself $5000 that I am now paying this company.

The representatives assigned to me kept changing- I had 6 or 7 in total- no one stayed they kept moving on. Also, the representatives were only a go-between, not the tax agent who actually needed to take care of my needs and I had to get very curt, almost rude with the representatives in order to talk to the tax agent. I almost demanded a refund.

In the beginning, it was hard to talk to people and have them answer my questions. Every time they would change the person who was on my case. There was one lady there who was so aggressive asking me question after question. I told her I didnt' want to talk to her and I needed someone else. I was frustrated. And Tax Defense Network they told me that they would be able to reduce my debt with the IRS, which was not true. The only thing they helped me do was make payments to the IRS. I was disappointed because that's not what they had told me in the beginning. I wouldn't use their services again...I just want to be done with it.

I would not do that again. Based on the results I would not use it or refer them. I had over payed my taxes by six thousand dollars, I wanted them to be able to reconcile instead they got me to pay a hundred dollars and it was not what they had committed to for me and in that thing. I was really counting on them. I have found that they are a group of individuals spread all over the country and that they work with each other but they're really not a concentrated company. At least in my experience I was calling different numbers all over and I don't think they understood my request.

I heard about on an advertisement on the radio. They didn't live up to the to either my expectations or what the problem they had promised. It was not a good decision. In fact I'm looking at the other Tax relief companies at the moment to see if I can get an additional systems from them. My experience with them as they put me in a very difficult position financially and there were times when I called three or four times in one day and sent multiple emails and got no response.

There were billing issues from beginning I have had 3 different case workers in two months I have given all info requested, communication is miserable, the only progress made was made by a manager, I still owe as much as I ever did and that number has gone up since I hired tax defence in penalties, my monthly payment is 500.00$ per month plus what I pay tax defence 195.00 pre month, bottom line, I spent money on tax defence adding to my debt and would have been better off just dealing with the government my self

The had to restart my case three times because they dropped the ball on their end. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from them for over a month. Because they didn't do their job correctly one of my bank accounts was levied. I paid them to avoid this happening and it was only after months of negligence on their end that the levy occurred. I should have just dealt with it myself. One of the problems that happened was that I paid for both state and IRS and the man who was helping me didn't listen to me and look into whether I had paid for the state and so he never worked on it! I am shocked at how bad this company is and surprised they are in business. I paid a lot of money to have peace of mind and it's been over a year of stress with them. I should note that I have been paying down my taxes every month. I haven't just been waiting for them to do their job.

Everytime I called them, they were always supportive and set me up with answers. The first guy I talked to made it sound like I going to ask anything and they were going to settle everything for me. If I had to do it all over again I would try to find another company. It's disappointing when you have to call him and ask him what's going on and you have to keep calling and calling and calling then you have to call someone over top of the person that is helping you. And then you tell them to call you back or text or send a fax. I feel there was times I was in the dark and a couple of times I've had to take things into my own hands to get things straightened out.

Terrible company to work with. We started working with them in November of 2018. It literally took until December of 2019 when I finally cancelled our POA and took over to complete it myself with the IRS tax advocates office. We were levied over $6000 because they never followed up with our IRS officer to make sure she had all the information she had requested. Her story was that the fax wasn't complete and it wasn't her job to call. Tax Defense said they sent it, but no one followed up and we were the victim of it and no one cared. When all was said and done and we finally got an agreement in place, it came with the wrong dates on it. That one nearly cost me an extra $3900 but I caught it and stopped the draft at my bank. After contacting Tax Defense again to fix the error, I was once again given the run around and how they were "working on it". After 5 months with no corrections of the dates of error, I cancelled my POA with Tax Defense Network and contacted the IRS advocates office myself. I had it fixed in less than a month and the advocates office told me there was no contact with our revenue officer showing that Tax Defense ever tried to fix the dates issue. This was my second time working with them, the first time was in 2016 and they were great. I think they have gotten too big and don't have the people they need to do the work they have. I was told by one tax attorney that he had 200 other people with the same issues and I wasn't special. I don't need to be special, but when I am paying you thousands of dollars to work for me and help me, I expect results which were like pulling teeth to get. Stay away, call the advocates office and do it yourself. I will never use another tax service again. The IRS is scary, but the process can be less intimidating if you just make the call yourself to the IRS. Don't let these people take your money.

Because i feel it was a scam. I was told "oh yeah u pay us 500$ and with ur income we are sure you will qualify for loan forgiveness. I paid the 500$ and then was asked to pay another 800$ then i would have yo pay 15$ each month and re evaluate each year. WHAT??? When i called (several times for answers to some questions i had, i was unable to get anyone to answer my specific questions. I emailed my specific questions and again no answers, but they sure kept calling to send the papers in to take more money from me. I gave 500$ it this scan and just about gave 800$ to this scan again with no specific answers. When i could have spent that 500$ just to the loan company or toward my 2 children due to being a single parent its not like i had extra money to just blow on this scan. So thanks for taking my money and me getting absolutely nothing out of my 500$. Lesson learned. Please leave me along.
