Samir - I see one of our operations coordinators has been working with you about your utility bills. Your utility company hasn't been crediting your account but they are bringing your account up to date on your next bill. This occurrence is rare, and I'm glad to see your utility company has been so cooperative in fixing it quickly. Your solar system is producing as designed, so once the utility company credits your account, your system will start offseting your bill. We recognize that this situation would be frustrating. Blue Raven however doesn't impact the utility company's billing errors.
