The sales person was very polite and did not pressure me into the sale. Their approach to sell panels is supported by CPS, energy calculations of my usage and best exposure to sun. I did not purchase a backup battery system although lessening my carbon footprint while offsetting the cost of solar panels by selling back unused electricity to CPS has justified my decision to install solar. The installation looks professional.

Amanda and the entire Pure Energy staff were a pleasure to work with. Professional and efficient throughout the entire process as they throughly explained each step as the process went forward. I have been very pleased with the savings I have had on my monthly electric bill and with the app to monitor my savings in $$ as well as seeing the number of saved tree equivalents that increase every few days. I am sorry that I did not install solar panels sooner.

If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Will or Deon, I encourage you to give them a listen. They are both very knowledgeable and straight to the point when you want them to be. They pretty much answered any question I had, they even went beyond by getting some one on the spot to answer the more detailed question that they might have been unsure. Solar Panels have gone through several hail storms now and it has held up with no drop in energy production. Techs check up from time to time to ensure system is still functioning as intended. Customer service is great and responsive. I highly recommend Pure Energy if you are looking into solar.

So far i love my solar system, the question about savings is little hard to calculate. First two electric bills (Jan & Feb) were double since I switched companies to one with higher per kwh rate(1:1 buy back ratio. Third bill was a $-103.00, they have been negative electric bills since. Currently running $650 credit balance. My credits are slightly higher than my expenses in those two winter months. So, all that said, my current loan payments are nearly -/3 lower than my two yr average of electric bills. I expect my credits to outstrip my costs in shorter days/wither months so that my expectations are to 30-50% savings…ask me again in a year

From beginning to end our sales rep Blake answered all of questions and concerns. We were not the easiest bunch to deal with considering it was our first Solar purchase and had needed an immense amount of hand holding. They were able to set us up with a great deal and a quality product. Emily the Project Manager was also stellar, she made herself readily available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make us feel secure in our purchase decision. She really helped make the installation process seamless. The entire Waco team was fantastic and I would recommend Pure Energy to anyone considering going Solar!

They were pretty honest about what was required from me to set it up. In the past, other companies have come by and told me I had to cut my trees down. And I refused to cut my trees down. Pure Energy said I didn't need to. So they were honest about that and and I could see that that my trees were not in the way in any way. Installation went well. It was kind of slow. I was getting kind of a little frustrated about it, but there had to be permits and stuff like that. They had to contact the energy company that I'm with and that took a while. That was a little frustrating, but other than that, once everything was set in place, permits and everything, it went pretty smooth.

It was pretty quick, pretty painless. It happened in stages, first thing was they came out, put on the panels and then they hooked up the boxes to the side. They calibrated them, commissioned them, and then we started benefiting. It's only been a few months that we've actually had it installed and really been using it, but so far on our first electrical bill, we saved $150. They were very attentive to ensuring everything was accomplished and helping us through our problems that occurred along the way with technology. Our salesperson Celeste, just spectacular. Explaining it 5 to 6 times so we understood everything.

Pure Energy is a local company with a local office and all in-person interactions - no call centers or robots. Installation went smoothly and they took care of everything, including all the paperwork with the city and power company. All necessary electrical upgrades to my home were included. The solar panels are performing great, especially during the Texas summer. So far, I generate more than I have consumed. With net metering, I only have to pay for the base price and delivery charges for power consumed after dark.

I like their craftsmanship, And they would always let me know of anything to do with the procedure. They got me a good interest rate and payment. I have the best-looking panels on the block. I like the low profile, the black panels. I always brag about my System, I talk to them and they would say they paid so much for theirs. And when they found out how much I paid, they were surprised. So I'm pleased with knowing that Pure Energy not only gave me a good deal, but also good equipment.

Everything went well and the product, so far, seems to be working as expected. If there was one thing I’d say I disliked, it would be the amount of time it took for us to get the panels finally , ordered, installed, and working. It took more than 6 months. I understand there are other parties involved that slow down the process, parties that are out of Pure Energy’s control but still there were times where I thought that we were totally forgotten.

Rough start but they managed to pull through. Long delays for install and electrical work. Signed in July 2022 and install/electrical finally finished May 2023. Sales team could be more knowledgeable with the products they are selling. If you ever plan on having batteries installed, make sure they have selected the proper inverters for you so you do not have to replace them when you do have your batteries installed. Sales never said anything about this even though I told them I was planning on having batteries done at a later date and they almost installed non-battery compatible inverters and would have stuck me with the additional charge of upgrading them when the time came to install batteries. Thankfully, Pure Energy acknowledged this error and made it right for me. I appreciate that.

The customer support was pretty good. They did respond to my questions and my texts and stuff. They got up on the roof to put the panels on. It didn't take them that long. There wasn't much disruption. And then they came back and did the electrical on a different day. It looks good, it looks solid. After they put the panels up we had 70 mile per hour winds that came through there and they didn't go anywhere. It's good installation. They seemed to be very upfront about everything.

Our salesperson, Terry was very quick to answer questions. We had some issues with the engineer changing the layout and they were quick to get it fixed and get the engineer to redraw everything and had them back out within a week and they were installed. So we appreciated that. Everything else has been a great process and so far so good. Nicole was always helpful. It was just sometimes difficult to get into contact immediately.

We did research with about three different companies and this was the best. Every time I've engaged with them it's been good. The system looks good. They are professional - if there are a problems, we always get answers quick. My only discrepancy with the whole process is it's not even with Pure Energy. There was a lack of knowledge and communication on that fact.

They try to communicate as best as they could with us. We were waiting for the city for some of the stuff they just couldn't control and we had to wait for the city inspectors. The quality is good. Everything looks good, everything was installed professionally. It took long for them to do it to install here at my home. We started in October and just got completed here back in February. They were easy to reach when I had questions.

I was a little surprised at the cost, but at the same time I would rather pay more for quality materials and especially at being a local company. I'm having issues with the dividend finance. They're not the easiest people to get a hold of and their website is extremely not user friendly. It just seems like they're really nice, high quality materials and from what I've read, the products that they do use are also very durable materials. So far everything's doing well. We did have a tornado that came through our area. I had a couple branches that fell on them, but solar panels didn't take any damage and everything's still working as intended.

They're always available if I need to speak to them. The salesperson came by the house. They set up a time for the inspector to go up and check on the roof. And couple weeks later they came back and they gave me a date as to when the installation would begin and that date came, they installed it and just waited for the city to approve their work and after that I was commissioned.

It was pretty quick, They established the date that it was going to happen from the beginning. Installation probably took place a week after that. We pretty much waited on permits. Everytime that I talked to them, they answered my questions, they were very clear about what was going to happen next and didn't hesitate to fix the problem. They were very, very willing to help.

The people from Pure Energy let me know when they were gonna be coming by and pretty much took care of it along the way. They coordinated with our energy company here in San Antonio, which I think was like the biggest issue when it comes to installation and they took care of all of that for us, and even helps us pay for our energy bills, so that we didn't have to pay bills.

They respond immediately and they send people out to troubleshoot. For instance, some of the connections for a panel were loose and dangling and they sent somebody out immediately to repair it. My only problem was how long it took the local power company to come out and do their inspection and approval because it took more than six weeks for them to get it together and get out here before we could hook up and start drawing on the solar power.

Throughout the paperwork process, I emailed them a couple of times getting an ETA and whatnot, and he was just really quick on response and very accurate. They showed up on time, they got out about an hour ahead of what they were thinking. I work for a trucking company, so I was asleep during it and they didn't bother me one bit.

On the positive side we enjoyed working with the team as a whole. They were courteous and showed up when they said they would, and, since going solar we have not had any problem with the equipment. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars was the amount of wait time between our contact and the actual installation. We contracted and paid in full in June of 2022 but the process was not completed and we were not up and running until March of the next year. Some were unavoidable delays we understand.

The contractors/installers were exceptional in their performance and explanation of what they were doing. The installation completion took five months. We were under the impression we would not be billed for two months however, we later found out that it was two months from the installation of the panels NOT upon the completion of the system thus, we were paying three months for a nonfunctioning system. we believed we would have a reprieve of a couple of months without an electric bill however, we were paying for panels and electric together thus, paying double that we had. Also, the rebate which we were expecting from CPS went rather to the account rather than our pocket. So, as you might tell; we are very disappointed.

I like the little bills from CPS. The solar panels work great however a month or two ago our block lost power and it was out for five hours one day, and the next day there was intermittent power. My point is the next day it was sunny and that solar panel wasn’t providing any power to my house. I figured that even if CPS wasn’t sending power to me the solar panel should be providing power so I’m not really sure how it works.

Their package seemed to be pretty good and it made sense. The people were good too. They pretty much returned the calls, there was a few issues with the contractors on the electrical and finishing getting it hooked up with CPS, but we worked through that. They did respond when I called. The boys showed up and put the panels on, but did not come back and finish the hardwire for almost two more months. It took almost a month after that to get CPS to get it authorized and certified.

They came in and were friendly sales people, they weren't pushy like most of the other sales companies that kind of harass you to try to get their services. It was pretty quick and easy, they came here and installed the solar panels and the only wait was waiting on the electric company to get their stuff together and hook up their end of it.

They sent somebody to the house to make a presentation and he went over all the details and it made sense from a financial standpoint to have the solar panel for so much of my electrical bill. For the most part, they did a really good job, but there was some confusion about getting in contact with the HLA and a few things like that. Other than that, I think they did a really good job handling all the paperwork. My grandmother was at home when they installed it. She let him inside when they needed it in the attic. They did it while I was at work and the panels were up when I got home.

The gentleman that came and spoke with me first struck me as honest and I was impressed. Communication was good; they kept me abreast. I had some solar panels up already, so they had to connect them. They spent all day making sure they got the rest of the panels up before they left for the day. Then they came back another day and did the final connection to the to the energy company. We feel like it's performing well. It was pretty smooth. They they arrived on schedule. We needed to wait for some of the equipment, so it wasn't installed all at once. We have had a couple of reasons to reach out to customer service and while they've been mostly responsive in a in a positive way we had to go through a couple of layers before we got to somebody who could actually help us out.

It was very quick. The only issue was I talked to a different person for each phase. There didn't seem like there was a lot of consistency in the communication between the members of the Pure Energy team. I had some issues with billing and getting a hold of somebody when we first started setting up the auto pay and all that stuff. It's been resolved since then, but it wasn't very smooth to begin with.

I have to follow up instead of them following up with me in some instances. A crew came the first time, they didn't really have the proper ladder, and then the first day was a little bit windy, so they started at the bottom at the breaker panel. Then they had to come the Saturday after to finish it up. It didn't really require me for anything other than just once to open the attic so they could run the conduit and what not, but other than that, that was pretty much the extension of me getting involved there. It went smooth.

The solar panels are not cheap, but we're seeing the results of it already in our electricity bills. Everything looks great, all the work was done great. They showed up early in the morning, they were prepared. They had, the day before, delivered the panels. They let us know exactly what was going to go on and what to expect.

They're very responsive, either through calling back on the phone or emailing and keeping up with the install and service process. It was very speedy, professional and neat. They use one of the more popular brands of solar panels and electrical equipment for the house.
