They will install it for you but forget customer service and maintenance. I have called them three times in the last 6 months and on the phone they confirm that someone will call back. But that never happens.

Website has been getting progressively slower and less responsive last few months and Sunpower is failing to DO anything about it or communicate with customers about what's going on. They also refuse to accept feedback.

After $52,000.00 invested in 2006, my inverters, I have 2, have failed. Sunpower will not talk to me, or even a local installer that I hired, to troubleshoot the problems. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, SUNPOWER. My system stopped producing any power at this time. My options are to replace the 2 inverters, with a new single inverter. Estimated cast $4,000.00 Plus. Sta away from Sunpower. They have NO INTEGRITY.

We’ve had their panels on roof for over 3 years and they have never worked as advertised. Now they don’t work at all. Does the lemon law cover solar panels. They come out but never get it fixed.
