Easy to work with, no surprises, system works great. They listened as we described what we needed. They handled the permits. Once the hardware was available, installation was quick. There was a delay for one part, but they were good about installing it once it arrived. We’ve had no issues with the system or the app. Our monthly utility bill is only gas now. Our first true-up for the electricity was a $500 credit!

Well, I was looking for solar and I searched out about 5 companies online and I spoke to like three of the five. Two I couldn't even get hold of. Jeff C. was just very knowledgeable and he pursued the job like a professional. I was impressed and working with them went smooth. When the electrician came out, they reviewed the meter and all that stuff. Told me a couple of things that had to be changed. They were real professional.

We love our panels and the electric we receive/produce. The quality of these panels is great. The drawback was we had a lot of questions, and after installation was complete, we saw or heard from no one. We tried to get a Tesla battery wall, but our salesman said they did not have or recommend. Then I see ads for Tesla Walls. We really have no idea of the functionality of the app, nor the solar power itself, and I tried to ask the electrician, but he spoke no English and I speak no Spanish. Our power bill went from over $500-$600 to $37.50, the charge Duke Energy charges. I would highly recommend SunPower and always do, just push for the power wall.

I did have some issues with the modem inside the system and every time I called they knew what they were doing and they resolved the issue promptly. They were very organized. Install took about a day and everything was well done, professionally done. It was a high quality installation. It works well. I produce more than what I was expecting. The equipment is really of high quality.

We haven't had any problems with it. Our bill has gone down tremendously, so we're very happy with the results. It's starting to get really sunny again and so this summer should be good with the solar. I don't believe it's faulty, I think everything's running perfectly. It went very quickly and effectively and thoroughly, and the people that came to install it were really nice. We just had a very great experience with the whole thing. The customer support that sun power provides is great.

The rep that came out, he explained everything and told me what was going, what would and be involved. Install went excellent. They were in and out, just like they said in a couple of days. I haven't had any problems with it and it's been a little over a year now. All the reps were excellent. They answered all my questions. It's definitely worth the money.

They did everything they said they were gonna do and came every time they said they were going to come. The project was completed with no problems. I was here while they did the work. I watched what they did and I saw no problems. They were very professional and they knew their job. I would recommend it to to anybody. I'm very happy with them. I haven't had any trouble with it. Last year the system performed very well; it produced 80% of my electricity needs. I like the little Tesla app where I can watch the production of electricity during the day and what I'm using.

The installation process did hit a few bumps in the road, but they did get everything taken care of through the city and everything was squared away. 5 Its based on the latest and greatest new upgraded solar panels providing more wattage than the old panels, little thinner and more streamlined.

The longevity of the system is great, it has the lowest degradation in the market of the PV systems and their brackets are designed well. Very smooth, the representative explained exactly what they were there to do. I had emailed questions about the app as far as being able to log in to and look at my efficiency of my solar panels and there was never a delay in getting emails back. Going with SunPower came down to the modern equipment and the fact that each panel has its own inverter or something like that. The system actually detected an issue that I didn't know about and sent the crew to come fix it. So I'm very satisfied with their customer service. The instllation went very smoothly and they did it in a day. They did have to come back, but they did that even when I was at home at their expense and very, very professional. Now it's performing as expected, which is very high.

I spoke with the sales person and he was very knowledgeable. Plus, uh, you guys had a 30 minute video- that was very convincing. The guys who installed the system were very knowledgeable and they worked with the local electric company to get us up and running as quickly as possible. When I've had any issues they've been pretty responsive. I can leave a message and I pretty expeditiously get a A callback. The equipment is working really good. I wish I had another battery. The last few days have been sunny days and we've used zero electric company power.

We've been trouble free for 10 years now. Each time I have contacted them with questions, they've had a variety of ways for me to get an answer. Sometimes talking with someone, sometimes simply submitting a question, but they've been very responsive. This is our 11th year and we're just so pleased we went with Sun Power and have a system that meets our needs.

Professional. Made in USA. No none sense - you handle the entire process with the power company for going on grid. My 22 6' 400 watt panels provide enough electricity to handle 90% or more of my use so far. This is in Arizona. We have only paid $158 or so to the power company over the last 11 months (and might recover that small cost from credit over this twelfth month of December . 25 year warranty. I am told the panels continue to work well last the 25 years also - like upwards to 40. Thank you Sun Power! (Stay local and don't go to manufacturing over seas)

It went flawlessly. They showed up one day, they finished it the next day and I think it was two days later I got a phone call and flipped the switch. They create more power with fewer panels than my existing solar panels. I do have a concern though. At some point and during the install, they disconnected the power through my air conditioner and my garage and I don't know how to turn the power back on.

I like the app the Sun Power app, but it does get frustrating sometimes that it goes down for a day and then you don't get the tracking that you're looking for, but overall it's real user friendly. We had a couple of delays that were unfortunate, the panels weren't available, so we had to wait a week and then we had to cancel our inspection with the city and so we had to wait some more time after that. So a couple of delays that were frustrating the overall was good. It's pretty new. It's been very positive overall.

Both the coordinator and the representative that we talked to have remained in communication. We were updated whenever they moved on to the next series of events that occured within the whole project, so we appreciated that all that was being updated while we were being updated. i researched several solar companies, had a few salesmen in the house to hear what they had to offer. Sun power stood out as the best product and actually the most reasonable price, which was a surprise after hearing the info about the panels. Also we were told by our salesman, Sief, that it would take about 3 months to have the job completed, and that was true. Also they had a very reputable company come up here to install the panels. They did a fine job. So are very pleased with Sun Power.

Our SunPower solar panels are well-built panels. We had them installed in July 2022. The contractor installed them in one day. Electrician had everything connected in one day, and set us up with an app for our phone that monitors the solar panel output. After final inspection, we were up and running and immediately saw the cost benefit. Our monthly electric bill dropped almost 85%.

I'd recommend it very highly if anyone is thinking about solar energy. It works. Extremely smooth, the installers were on time. It took a while for the panels to get here from overseas but when they did they were installed right away and the guys basically finished that in two days. I was very impressed very pleased. When I call them on the phone they answer. It's nice to speak to a human.

It's performing at least, if not better, than I was promised so I'm very happy with it. The only problem that we'vve had with it is with the app. There was a little exclamation mark on the app and when I called them about it or email them about it they said that they were working on the system or something. It went away and then it came back and then it went away again.

They really are a good company I liked working with. Everyone that I ever spoke to was very helpful. I really like the staff that came especially Travis D., he really explained well all of the different panels and things. Installation went beautifully. They were so nice, so polite, so helpful and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Nothing was left behind, nothing was out of place. They're local and when I had a problem they were immediately here to fix it. Now, we have another problem that apparently showed up about some of the panels not really producing and we were told in the email that they would get back to us within 72 hours. They didn't do so and we're still waiting.

I went through a couple of quotes or a few quotes with several solar companies. The represented from SunPower walked me through the whole process - they even looked at my usage for the year and I believe prior year to give me a break down how much energy we'd need to produce and how many panels I need. The equipment appears to be installed correctly and it looks smooth on top of the roof. I haven't had any issues with my system others than the time the app was being updated. And even then it was completed at least a couple weeks prior to its projected ending.

After the engineer came out, they came back and installed the job and then prepped for the city permit inspection, and in my case, the inspector came out when they were doing some minor works. Overall, they timed it really well and did an excellent job from installation standpoint. The system is very good; it's reliable and it is easy to use. My first system was purchased with my house and it was from SunPower so I purchased my second system from them to match my first system. There were hiccups, but it was very good overall. They were able to address my issues in a timely manner and answer my questions on on the while on the phone.

For two main reasons one, they use panels with micro inverters as compared to one main one and two, all the components are warranted by Sun Power. So, Ambrose Solar is thier dealer and we will only have to call them if we have any issues in the future.

The customer service has been great. Savkat was very responsive and Cameron the sales associate followed up throughout the process and after the install was completed to insure i was happy. I am someone who prefers to do things myself however this was a task had obstacles i was not able to jump over. I cant be happier at this point and glad i took the plunge after years of going back and forth.

The sale and design team were professional. I had several design quiestion that we were able to work thru during covid restrictions. More in person consultations and design review would be appreciated. After signing the contract, I also had to get my roof redone, causing a delay in the solar installation. 1 week after installation, our area was hit by tornadoes. I was engaged with volunteer search and rescue, including radio support from my home office. I never lost power and with the confidence of the installed solar and powerwall, was able to concentrate on helping others.

I would recommend them. It is a good company. It was as smooth as it could be getting it installed. They were in and out in one day. I hardly knew they were there. I have had no problems with the panels. They are working very well. I don’t have an electric bill anymore. The sales associate that helped me was great through the whole process. What really sold me was the sales team and the people who install it. It was the right decision as it was seamless. Installation was all on schedule. Everyone showed when they said and they explained everything before they left. I am a little disappointed on the return I am getting for my solar. I thought it would be closed to two hundred dollars a month but it more like fifty. I am selling my home soon and I am still recommending they take over the lease it made such a difference.

When they install the equipment I wish they would have taken a little more care on the clean up of a metal filing and things like that because I have a dog and animals. It went well. Very transparent of what the expectations were and how quickly things moves along, we expected them to be in a certain time frame in getting things installed and we were able to accelerate that process. The cost seems good and the understanding of the energy requirements were spot on.

Their representative was the most knowledgeable of all of the people that I talked to and had come by and visited and he answered all of my questions and I appreciated that. Also the fact that it was all integrated so if I have a problem with one thing, the same company would be able to take care of every aspect of it. I did have a problem with it when it first came online, it was not reading right and in one phone call it was taken care of. They seem to have the best equipment out there, definitely not the cheapest but the best. The financing part went really smooth.

I did a lot of research over a couple of years. I found sunpower offered the fastest equipment and offers services that has been proven over a long period of time. It is the most competitive. I got really good customer service in the beginning. After getting my panels it is a little more difficult getting people. My equipment has never failed to perform as expected. The installation process was very smooth. It was all explained to me and happened as explained. Due to covid they were short staffed but they acted immediately. My bill has dropped.
