I went through the process for getting solar but in the meantime I gave referrals one of my referrals have had their service for about five months but I still cannot get my referral fee paid to me. I now have no confidence that the service will be any better so I won’t go through as I had planned to do with Sunpower

Terrible customer service . Our Solar( least) doesn’t work since September 26 and to this day I did not got a call back from a responsible person . I am made because Edison is charching us Tier 3 for our electricity and I don’t know how long we have to wait for Sun Power to fix it. Really disappointed , would not recommend this company .

Total rip off. Terrible service. My inverter is shot a few months after warranty is up. Do not use sunpower. We will be going with another company to replace. Update* I replied with contact info. Still have not heard anything from sunpower. Was that just an auto response to pretend like you are attempting to fixing the problem?

Do not go with this company, they have a bad support service, they give you an appointment in 2-3 weeks with a technician. You need to call several times to get to Mike. Mike is the only one scheduling and he is not in the office all the time. Please note that their schedule is 8:00 am -4:30pm which is very difficult for working families.

Horrible company, never respond to help issues. have a problem good luck getting them to help you. Paying APS more know that I have solar panels, don't quite understand how that works. I would not recommend them or Titan solar who installed them to my worst enemy!!!!

I have a purchased Sunpower system on my roof for 3 years. This past year I have had issues due to defective panels which cuts my energy production by 50%. Sunpower customer support has been horrendous in dealing with this issue.

These guys are total crooks I told them I wanted enough panels to cancel out the cooling system during the summer. the said 4 panels would do the job. so I paid $7000.00 AND THEY DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE. AND THEY WON'T COME BACK TO MAKE THE JOB RIGHT. WE WILL SEE WHATS RIGHT WHEN i SEE THEM IN COURT!!

I had sunrun earlier and they have best customer service. Now I am with SunPower. The main inverter to the home was not working and no one knows it. I escalated to the local company and finally after 40 days we go the new one installed. The service, response , customer care are the worst with SunPower.

BUYER BEWARE !! Worst customer service ever. If you have a problem they don't care, they just want your hard earned $. They spend a lot of time and money on fancy websites making false promises. Go with a local company and do your research. Look at the BBB reviews of SUN POWER. 86% are negative.

System in 3 yrs, 6000 inverter N/G had to wait 2 weeks for replacement inverter. Replacement in 4 hrs THEN DIED . 3 more days ,then service man checked (was a REFURBISHED unit ,NOT NEW) Am now waiting for sunpower to respond. NOT a reliable company ,just a lot of corporate PR .

The product is as good as it gets. The install went real smooth. Fast forward a year+ and it is looking like my system was undersized. I have contacted Sunpower by email on 2-3 occasions with NO response. My bills went from ~$8.00/mo. now I am receiving bills with the latest being $131.00! WHAT GIVES?
