Purchase, Lease, PPA, and Loan Options Available

There are three different payment options for customers to choose from to help them save on their electric bill: solar lease or PPA, purchasing with cash, and financing with a loan. All loans are issued by Technology Credit Union or Mosaic.

With the lease or PPA option, SunPower Capital owns the system and the customer effectively rents the system via monthly payments. The lease and PPA both offer $0 down options, come with an energy performance guarantee (PeGu) for the duration of their agreement, as well as easy options in case the customer needs to transfer the lease/PPA.

There are also cash purchase and loan options for customers who may qualify for the federal solar income tax credit and other incentives that can supplement the benefits of solar power ownership.* Qualification for the federal solar tax credit is not required in order to obtain a loan. Loan terms for SunPower solar systems typically range from 5 to 25 years and do not have any prepayment penalties attached.

The cost of a SunPower solar system ultimately depends on several factors, including typical energy usage, available amount of unshaded roof space, the local utility’s net metering policy, and other factors. SunPower Solar Panel Energy Production

SunPower offers the industry’s leading efficient panel within their M-Series (440W panel) of up to 22.8 percent efficiency. Aesthetics Options

SunPower offers front-contact and back contact solar panels. The app provides important system information such as power output, estimated savings, energy production over time, and the environmental impact of the energy generated by the system. **Review for Sunpower:** Avoid Sunpower at all costs. Their technician left our battery installation unfinished and claimed someone else would fix it. After two months of constant calling, they insisted everything was fine and just waiting for a permit. Once we finally got the permit, two hours on the phone with their customer support revealed they needed to send someone out again, which will take another five weeks. Meanwhile, we're stuck paying for both a solar panel loan and California Edison, effectively doubling our bills. Their incompetence and terrible customer service have wasted us hundreds of dollars. When we asked for compensation, they flatly refused, hiding behind their contract. Do yourself a favor and go with local providers—they'll likely be cheaper and far more reliable.

I honestly think I got shafted leasing the solar panels. It has doubled my electric bill. Just think, during the day, I go to work and do not turn anything on. Panels generate me a bill/invoice and I got no benefit. Then I come home in the late afternoon and turn on computer to do reports, lights as needed and lo and behold, the sun goes down and I pay Edison. I am double billed. Then on top of that, here it is on a sunny weekend day, I have no A/C on, no pool motor and the meter arrow shows it is going to the right and that means I am still paying Edison even though I have 21 panels on my roof! How in God's green earth! Are these panels supposed to generate 100 watts, I am billed for 100 watts for each panel but they only generate 15 watts or something? I am on my 3rd inverter. I believe as none of the equipment installed seems to be decent operating material. Please check account #100025868493. General piece of trash scheme that I fell for.

I am extremely disappointed with Sunpower’s service and handling of the issues related to the installation of solar panels on my tile roof. Nearly 18 months ago, Sunpower installed the system on my house, and since then, it has been nothing but a nightmare. The installation was poorly executed, resulting in significant leaks into my roof. This has caused extensive damage to my property, and despite numerous attempts to get Sunpower to address these issues, they have consistently failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Right after installation, I have made countless calls and sent numerous emails, only to be met with delays, excuses, and a general lack of urgency. Sunpower’s customer service has been negligent at best, displaying a complete disregard for the severity of the situation and the impact it has had on my home and family. Their technicians have come out multiple times, but the problem persists, suggesting either a lack of competence or a lack of concern for their customers. The leaks have not only damaged the roof but also caused internal damage to my house, leading to additional repair costs and stress. It is unacceptable for a company of Sunpower’s stature to handle such serious issues with such negligence. I trusted Sunpower to provide a reliable and professional service, but they have failed miserably. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere and avoid the prolonged headache and financial burden that I have experienced. In summary, Sunpower has demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Their inability to resolve the issues caused by their poor installation has been both frustrating and costly. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Sunpower to take their customers’ concerns more seriously in the future.

The overall function of the (very expensive) solar panels and batteries is acceptable. However, the app to monitor the system and its functionality is beyond lame! Whenever I try to log in to see the production, the app either won't load up the data or accept my credentials requiring me to reset the password. And customer service assistance is practically useless since they always have a pre-recording stating that the app is experiencing delays in displaying the data and that are working as fast as possible to resolve the issue. Clearly, the resolution is not working considering that this review is based on at least the past 12 months of attempts. I feel like the app needs to be scrapped and redesigned by someone able to create a working app.

After talking to two other solar companies I contacted SunPower based on the high reviews. I gentleman named Breon J came to our house for a survey and quote. He was much more knowledgeable and did a much better presentation. He explained the equipment, benefits, and RUI in great detail. He also helped us fill out the information details needed to be prepared for submission and acceptance. If you are interested in obtaining information about solar, equipment, installation and tax exemptions I would highly recommend you contact him. His quote was much less than the other two that we had received from competitors, and we felt the our decision to proceed was the a good choice. I will update this review following the upfront engineering, installation and results related to lowering our monthly electrical cost.

Everybody was so responsive and the installation crew was great. The whole experience was wonderful. It took them a a day and a half to install. They were very organized and kept everything clean and neat the way that they were able to come through the roof. We don't have any like pipes or anything showing on the exterior of the house. It was a great experience.

The people that I dealt with were very personable and and knew their stuff. The app that they gave me seems to be working real well, so it's good. The company called me up, set up a date. The gentleman, four or five guys showed up, installed the solar panels. They started in the morning. They installed the solar panels and stopped around 2:00 o'clock and the electrician stopped a little after 5:00 with everything finished.

We always got Immediate response to our calls. Even if we called on a weekend day, we got responses right away. It went exactly as promised. The only the only unhappiness we had was how long it took the county to do its inspection then for our power provider excel to Install the and start the appropriate meter. It's producing power practically at it's rated maximum and we haven't had any problems with it in almost a year.

I am able to check on my phone, the app is great. It's easy to read, and user friendly. It's great. There was something kinda crooked and I called and they came out that day and fixed it right away. They were phenomenal with the follow-ups and they were able to help me out in a very fast pace. Sun Power was very professional. Their customer service has been really good. The installation was completed in one day, and then they helped walk me through getting set up with the power company to sell my excess energy back to the grid. Overall, it’s been a really good decision. I’ve built up a $305 credit. This is the first summer I’ve had the panels, so I’m not sure if I’ll continue to get credits through our 100+ degree weather in Texas, but I’m hoping I’ll at least break even. For the past couple of years, my electric bill has been over $600 a month during June, July and August. The only critique I have is that it wasn’t explained to be that I would get a tax credit instead of a tax refund. I was expecting to get a check for the entire amount and put it towards my loan, but it was a tax credit, which can be passed on from year to year, so it will cover my taxes for the next few years. Overall, it’s been a really good experience.

We have had a great experience so far! It took a while to get everything going, but I know that's just the process. The entire team at Sea Bright Solar in Redlands was excellent to work with and answered all of our questions kindly and patiently. I love that we are making energy and not really using much up daily, even during the hotter days of summer! That's very encouraging for the future. We look forward to learning more about SunPower and how it will work for us throughout the calendar year. We've only had the system up and running for less than a month so no official bill yet to see what our savings is. It did take about 4 months to get everything completed, but it was still before the heat of summer, so that's great!

As first time solar customers we knew going in that our savings per month would be significant. What we were less sure about was the performance of the app to control the system (battery and solar). So far we have been pleased with the overall performance. The service has gone offline a couple of times, but seems to come back automatically (it appears there is an "aliveness" check every morning with an automated reset if there is a problem). We've lost power a couple of times when the battery failed to switch over. Hopefully that is working better now, we'll soon find out because we're heading into power loss season. Overall we can recommend them but we are still learning and adapting to our new solar ways.

I would absolutely recommend it. Especially because I was totally ignorant about solar, and after several people that I spoke to from different companies, I felt very comfortable with what information I was provided by SunPower in everything that they told me. I feel very confident. I have not had any problems with it. Install with the company was very easy, fast and very very well. It didn't take very long actually, with the longest probably was the process through the city than anything else, but it went very well, very smoothly. If I have any questions, any problems, or concerns I can always call and they're very willing to provide information and offer assistance if I need it.

We've had no problems. When I talked to the representatives they answered my questions very quickly. We are going to get the 30% tax credit, so that's definitely a plus. The system was not the cheapest, not the most expensive was kind of in the middle. They came out and set up the entire system in little over a day. The inspector was out within four or five days after that, and it was up and running probably a little over a week after it was installed. System's working great. Every time I've called and talked to Jessica, she's the one that helped us get the system installed, and sets back to me. Either I talked to her right away, or she gets back to me very quickly.

I felt honored that the CEO actually came out and talked to me about the company and how the process would go. And he oversaw one of the installations of some of the equipment. And Ryan, who was the person who initially dealt within the sales department, he continually followed up with everything, never drop through the cracks, followed up on his own asking how things were going. It was just a very, very good experience. I have the ability to monitor it through the website, which works very, very well. I can monitor how my solar system is doing, start to finish it. They set me up so I could have an outlet for my electric vehicle that works very well.

They help walk you through the process and they help make sure you understand it's going to take forever and a day for the government and the and the power company to get around to letting you turn it on. It literally took about five months before all that got taken care of, not Sun power's fault that's just the way that approvals were. Most of their stuff is made in the US, which means down the road it is going to be easier because they can get parts and stuff, so it wasn't going to be a supply problem. Also, American workers got the paycheck. The way that they manufacture their panels with the solid copper screening instead of the wire looping makes it so that even if a portion of the thing cracks, which is not uncommon, the panel still works and so there is a higher reliability factor. The installation process was almost seamless. They were in and out of here and I hardly knew they were here, they were very careful. They were not just friendly, but they were quick to respond to any inquiries that I had. If I had any follow up questions they were well knowledgeable about it and rarely had to check and call me back. So they knew their business, the people on the phone knew their business and they took care of you and always, always always friendly and helpful.

I've had a very, very positive experience from the first time I met the salesperson to the day they turned it on about two weeks ago, and so far I've been very pleased with the results. They answered all my questions and whenever I made a phone call, they got back to me quickly. I interviewed 3 different companies and I liked the presentation that the salesperson made and the information that she provided me on the computer, all the different scenarios of what the cost would be in the savings. It was very professional.

I looked at 5 companies and yours was the most honest in that you guys mentioned the disadvantages as well as advantages of solar. Customer service was exceptional. Every time I called and had any kind of issue or question, it was answered right away. Tthey were open with the costs and helped me with the costs to a degree. On the installation, there were just a couple of the small hiccups. The biggest one was when the main line going into the power grid, it was loose. It wasn't tight or properly fit. The equipment that they used wouldn't allow it to be tightened, and it had to be replaced once it got found.

We have had a great experience with SunPower solar panels installed by Evoke Solar. Our system was installed in early 2021 and interconnected with the utility (turned on) within three months. From neighbors working with large nation-wide installers, their interconnection took 5-6 months. Evoke was very responsive in every step of the process, from working together to tailor the system design to my needs, to preparing all the paperwork for my HOA, to helping me navigate NJ TRECS, to resolving hardware issues when they came up. I am in e-mail contact with the staff and owners(!) and everything I need is always fully addressed, and I would say I am a needy customer. As an engineer who works in the energy field, I bring a lot of knowledge and that brings a lot of questions and demands, but Evoke was both patient and thorough, and our resulting system is fantastic and performs splendidly. The only hardware issue we had was with the communications box, not the panels or inverters. The box lost its wifi connection, and Evoke replaced it once and we haven't had any issues since. The SunPower panels are very efficient, cover our roof and our electric needs, and operate worry and hassle free. Overall, I am very pleased with both the panels and with my experience working with Evoke Solar. When my electric demand increases in a few years when I get plug-in electric cars, I may expand my solar array, and if I do it will definitely be with SunPower panels installed by Evoke Solar.

So far I've been pleased with the installation and the work that was done seems to meet my needs and expectations. I was initially contacted by a SunPower salesperson named Eric and he explained the benefits of solar panels. I liked their advertising, their costs, and he was very thorough and I trusted him. Then I looked around some other solar panel companies and I felt that SunPower offered the best program at the best cost and the best value for me. I needed some new electrical panel which they installed along with new solar panels. The follow ups were good and I am getting what I expected when I signed up for the program.

At the time I got the system, it was the most output per square foot of any system, so that meant it was a lot you smaller because of the high powered. I like the fact that you guys had larger solar cells so you had a few electric connections in the cells. I did have a little bit of an issue with my wifi and it took a little longer than I would like to get it resolved. The fact that you guys manufacture, sell, install, and warranty for one-stop shopping with your products. I did some research and I like the capability of the products and the design of the products - it's very impressive. The crew that showed up was good. I'm a very fussy homeowner and their installation is very neat: the lines are straight and the system was hidden from the front just as I asked and the crew. It was very easy to talk to and work with them.

I talked to Izzy from sunpower and I was very impressed with him, he answered all my questions and we only talked about it, there was no pressure and so I went with the Sunpower. Install was quick! I couldn't believe they got here they did a great job and they were gone before I really knew what was going on, it was just excellent. My neighbor bought Sunpower and I talked to them they had a problem with their installation crew. The people that installed their panels went bankrupt on them and sunpower stood behind it and they took care of it and I thought that was really impressive.

We have absolutely no regrets going solar. We feel we chose the best in the business from our system from our research about various companies, products lines, and local installers. Since it was a time in my life I actually had enough money to pay outright for the Solar system my feelings about the value and savings is more likely different than from those who are paying over a period of time for their system. Of course we realized immediate savings and benefits from Solar. The system works flawlessly with the exception of a module that had to be replaced a few months after install. Faulty parts are a possibility with any mechanical/electrical product. The happily surprising thing was the interaction between the Customer Service and myself over the faulty device. The findings were realized and a crew came out to replace the device in a timely manner. As far as the install, and interaction with the local installer, we were also more than satisfied with everything from initial contact, sales call, informative video call and install. The crew were thorough, courteous and quick to install the system. Questions I had were quickly answered by the Phoenix dealer; Greg F at PGT Solar Solutions.

The guy had everything wrapped up in a timely fashion. I was just extremely happy of the service all the way around. Very smooth. The technology on the app allows me to monitor the system. It is very user friendly. So far I'm generating a hundred and seventy percent of what I consume so I'm really happy about that. They did a really good job, I'm really happy with the decision I made. Installation was very professional. My home design is such that it was necessary to have panels in 3 different locations on my roofs. Even though it was extra work, they ran the connecting wiring through my attic so they would not show on the roof. After install there was a painter who came to the house and painted all the conduit to match the color of the house. They even painted the conduit on the flat roof to match the color of the white mastic. All the associated controls and shut offs were organized and professionally installed on the outside garage wall. It looks very neat and professional.

If I had it to do over again I would still make my same decision because of the quality of the products. I have no complaints, I'm very happy with it, very satisfied. Amazing, no problem, professional staff and leasing companies that I've worked with. I felt more comfortable with them, they took time to answer my questions they allowed me to take the time I needed to make the decision they did not pressure me. They are always available to take my calls to handle any resolution. It took a little bit longer for a couple of the panels to come online but they gave me a window to watch it and then call back if it wasn't online and if I had any questions or whatever and so I called back and they opened the ticket up and ironically it within a day or two after the ticket being opened up it resolved itself. They always make sure the customer is happy.

My wife and I recently contracted with SunPower to install a solar system on our home and we are writing you on behalf of one of your outstanding employees, David E. We had considered solar for some time but frankly were nervous after having a previous large home improvement project suck the life out of us. We began this project by doing our thorough due diligence, researching companies and obtaining multiple estimates. After the first few interactions with other companies we had no relief from our concerns than before we began, then we met David. From our first online contact through the end of the project he was the one person we could always count on at SunPower. Beginning with the estimation process he was forthright and organized and SunPower was the only company who gave us an accurate estimate on the very first visit. On the day of the installation 2 hours had passed and no one had arrived to perform the installation. I called all the numbers I had at SunPower but no one responded. Even though we realized it was not David's responsibility, we called him and within minutes he had contacted us back. He then researched the issue and even contacted the lead installer Jony, who by the way was also excellent, and the installation was rescheduled for a few days later and completed promptly. We had a few other small issues regarding missing paperwork, completion of our 1000-dollar gift card which, not surprisingly, David handled it all quickly. My wife and I entered into our solar project with great apprehension but thanks to David we survived with our sanity intact and a great solar system. The entire SunPower team was professional, competent, and responsive at every step of the way. From the initial proposal put together by Mike S, to the application and permitting process (which Emma Stadler helped us navigate), to the site survey, installation, and inspection (coordinated by Danielle K), we were very impressed at how quickly everything moved along and how friendly and responsive the entire team was. My concerns on the installed system were addressed quickly and professionally by the installation crew (led by Darrell) prior to the permit inspection, and the entire system was online/producing power over a month before we expected! The system has operated going on 9 months now, and the performance has exceeded what was presented in the initial proposal. We love how the array blends into the house asthetics, and how the panel and conduit were installed in an unobtrusive spot right next to the main breaker panel. We have been asked by multiple neighbors about who did the work, and we happily respond "SunPower is the best!"

I chose them because I wanted a local company and I felt like they were in the top three companies. I felt like with the quote it was the best combination of quality and service. All of them were very professional. From the initial salesman, who I dealt with through the entire process, to the installers, everybody was absolutely excellent. The communication is the best I have had with a contractor. Installation was slow, it took about two days, which is what was expected. Everything went as planned. They did a nice job. I feel like the product is the best on the market. It will save you money once you get it going.

Choosing the best manufacturer of panels is equally as important as picking a great local dealer. And Sunpower is considered by many to be among the top, if not THE top of the industry. First and foremost, they are made in the USA. That’s a plus. Many solar panels are made in China and elsewhere in Asia. They also claim to be more efficient than other panels. Sunpower makes the whole system- panels, inverters, peripherals. Not so with some systems, where the local solar dealer will assemble together a system of generic/compatible equipment that may all work together, but not as well as a system built from a single manufacturer, from the ground up. to work together. My salesperson called it a “Frankenstein system”. It just makes sense a system optimized to work together will be more efficient It’s a big expenditure. You might as well buy the best, especially since the difference isn’t that much.

The installation process was seamless. The customer service representative that was in charge of getting everything set up coordinated all the appointments and let me know if there were any delays or changes to the schedule. There were no issues during installation and I have no complaints. We had an issue that took awhile to get resolved. It took several phone calls before they sent someone out. I think everything took longer because of the pandemic, but they tested in a pretty timely manner. Whenever I call in to customer service, they answer my questions quickly and if they can't answer it they escalate it to someone who can. Each panel has its own sensor, so if one panel goes out the whole system doesn't shut down like with other companies. We've noticed a decrease in our electric bill, so I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sun Power is quick at getting back to you. If there is an issue or question, they are very responsive. I've been extremely pleased with their technical support. When it came time for installation, they were thorough and told me exactly what they were going to do and what time they'd come. They were very efficient and I'm very happy with the results. I had a failed panel and it was a long process to get it replaced. The part had to come from California and it wasn't readily available. It took a while to come, so I wish they had some in stock. I'm very pleased overall with the product as well as the sales team that provided exactly what I asked for.

I chose South Coast Solar from Columbia, SC because of the knowledge that Grant Scheffer shared with me during our consultation. Grant never tried to force me to accept any sales pitch. I was immediately impressed that Grant walked down the outside of my house to verify any shading; he looked in the attic to ensure the structure could support the panels and electrical wiring could be installed and looked at my outside electrical boxes. Grant told me about the cash rebate that the panel company was offering. Grant offered state laws and information that help you to understand that is process is taken very serious by the electrical companies and the government. There is a lot of paper work involved in this process, along with engineering drawing. Columbia is only 50 miles (1-hour drive) from me so they are closer to get to me if I need repairs or equipment upgrade. I had two other quotes also. Grant had the same 310-volt panels as the other two sales reps from Charleston, SC and they were asking $35,000 for the same brand panels with no cash rebate. South Coast Solar had the same panels for $24,000 with the end of the year cash rebate from the solar panel company. The other two Charleston based companies were so overpriced. I asked Grant is there other voltage of panels about any other panel and he said yes. There was a 410-volt panel for about $3,000 more. I wanted a quote for those panels and those are the panels I chose. South Coast Solar offered a 25-year warranty on the solar panels and the labor. Other companies did not. The Better Business Bureau had the company listed with a very good rating and any complaints were resolved. (No business is perfect and as long as your customer service can work to appeal the customer, I can work with that.) South Coast Solar from Columbia, SC sent three installers, Stevie, Bennett, Chris and Steve to my house on Feb. 28, 2020 to install my 9.02kw system, 22 SunPower 410AC modules with SunPower monitoring. These four young men did an excellent job. They involved me in the entire process and explained everything to me as they installed various components and equipment. I received a really good education on solar panels. These young men were very polite and respectful. They never deviated from the engineering drawing even when I told them I approved of relocating a few solar panels to the other end of the house on the back. These young men take this process serious and they work by the laws that keep them safe and employed. I was truly impressed that another Master Electrician, Steve, showed up around 12:30pm to verify and ensure the work of the electrician and his wiring was in code and correct.

Amazing experience with California Solar. They are truly a professional, competent contractor. Exceeded all my expectations. Ellis was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable, knew his stuff, always helpful with the best follow- up customer service I have probably EVER received. The crew that installed our Solar were timely, neat and clean, reliable and hard working. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had many remodel projects and have never encountered such a well-run, start to finish operation. It went smoothly from start to finish, finished on-time and when we had questions, we always heard back from Ellis and California Solar in a timely manner. Not only is their work and product excellent their follow up and support after our system was up and running was super! A year after our system was installed Ellis called to check in and see how everything was working out for us. I have never experienced that type of customer service in the construction industry. They are a first rate company - hands down.

I have been working with SunPower for 200 days, and I am still not connected to the power grid. Despite numerous attempts to get answers from corporate, no one is responding to me. I was informed that my installation was passed down to their "trusted" installer after the company laid off all their crew. This is beyond disappointing. It's the middle of summer, and my panels are installed, but instead of harvesting energy during the peak season, I am left fighting to get someone to acknowledge my request and complete my installation. Emails and calls lead nowhere, leaving me with no choice but to contact SunPower through all social media channels and review sites. They promised to cut my $500 electrical bill to $200, and I hope they honor this commitment and reimburse me for my costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend SunPower to anyone based on my ordeal.

The service for repairs is really bad, Mico inverters are breaking down often and for a replacement you have to wait 3 months or more. This time they made an appointment between 8 and 10 and around 11 I had to call them with the question when are you? Around 12:30 I got the message appointment cancelled we are coming the next day between 8 and 10 just before 10 I got the call appointment cancelled we are coming next week, let's see if they are showing up not much hope in the service company out of Orlando Florida.

I have no idea how this company as so many great reviews. We signed a lease, which had a guarantee for the amount of solar they will produce for our house. Our panels died within last year and we were basically told we need to fix them and keep paying the lease payment. Apparently, we were supposed to go down to the local SunPower parts shop and fix the panels ourselves. We fought with them for months to get a tech out to fix it. Finally we stopped payment on the panels, since we were paying for nothing while also paying the original electric bill during a summer in Arizona. The tech finally came out after waiting 6 months and said the PV5 was no longer communicating/working with their system so they had to change it out for a PV6. Once it was swapped out, IT STARTING WORKING! IMAGINE! We started paying on the bill and received a final debt collection notice. We paid the missing months because we were tired of dancing around even though we paid for nonworking panels just to move forward. Nope, according to the last invoice, they have received no payments, even though their sorry website says we all the payments owed to them. We've spoken to over a dozen "representatives" and they are all clueless. They keep asking for money even though our bill should be 0 until the following month. Would never recommend this guys to anyone.

After doing everything once everything was ready to go then sunpower team just sending us emails with instructions how to activate solar system by our self instead of sending their team member to activate it. After first e-mail they reply after a month later and then same lame excuses like we did try online but unfortunately didn't work out so again received same e-mail how to activate by our self... Really disappointed, non professional and 3rd class service from sunpower.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. No call backs! No email replies! It's like they have my money and now I'm forgotten! I had my panels removed by the sub contractor they sent out for a new roof replacement. Now the roof work has been completed almost a year now and I still can't get my panels replaced back up on my roof. Called and getting nowhere! Then they are switching sub contractors three different companies and can't get any answers. I got dates for installation but I got NO shows and NO calls! I can't keep taking off from work for this! I'm am missing out on any benefits I am supposed to get with solar! I feel that I'm wasting my money!

They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It went great. They came out in a couple days, had the holes up and another couple days they had the wires run and the panel's on, so it was very quick, very concise. I've been pleased with it so far.

It was difficult. Install was probably the most difficult part. Part of it was not on Sun Power but on local communities trying to get things approved. But I think part of it was not understanding the landscape when the team was going to arrive and when equipment was going to arrive and where I was going to be staged and and so forth. So there was a little bit of lack of collaboration and if I had not had some foresight that could have been a major mess, but we were able to work through that part. The installation itself, once it got going, was done probably in record time compared to other homes that I had heard from him. The guy that the main lead that installed. However, once the install was done, it took forever. Matter of fact, just recently did I actually have things working. So I guess what I'm saying in a nutshell is that last fall when we set all this up, it was determined that I would probably be getting installed sometime March, April and rolling along there and and literally it was just July before things actually got turned on.

There has not been any follow up since it was installed and we had a hookup problem that I had to call them to come fix. Once I instigate communication, then they're on it, but they do not follow up outside of that, no training, no nothing. We were missing a part so solar was not working until that part came, or the app was not working until that part came, and then we had to do some adjustments after that.

I haven't had any issues and it looks great. They were in and out of here in two days. They were here probably six hours each day. It was pretty fast and convenient. Can't really beat it. Anytime I've called with any questions they giving me answers right away.

It has all worked as advertised. The installation of the solar panels was quite and the people involved in the installation who came to the house were also nice and unobtrusive. They have always been quite responsive and pleasant in helping to solve any problems that arose.
