You guys manufacture your own panels, few of the companies I checked don't manufacture their own panels so it's like a dependency. It's not pretty clear how much power the SunPower is generating so some extra information would be useful. Once I had a problem with my app on the phone. I didn't get the best support. It took a while to resolve the issue.

I only had one complaint over the last 7 years and then eventually they got resolved. One of my inverters went down and took about 45 days to replace it, but overall of the few times I've called they've been helpful. Other than the one inverter going down 2 or 3 years ago, it's worked very well.

I live in a development. SunPower organized with the HOA directly to get the permits needed and supplied the required fees leaving me out of it. No problems so far. It did take longer than usual to get energized because the utility dragged their feet to inspect but was not their fault.

The Sunpower hardware works well but customer service needs a significant upgrade. I have been pleased with how my system is working keeping my household off the grid. This is important from both environmental and fiscal perspectives. Unfortunately after eighteen months the battery began malfunctioning. I wasted three weeks contacting Sunpower's tech support. My file was closed without service or notice. There was no offer of troubleshooting my system. I didn't get results until I contacted the contractor who installed the system. Then almost immediately I received service. Now with the system finally diagnosed I am waiting two weeks for a part that is currently not available. The AI driven response isn't clear in offering an explanation. Again the contractor is providing updates for me. Thank you All Bay.

We started with sixteen panels and we just upgraded an additional ten because we got a pool. I believe the inverters went out and they had to come out and replace them, but otherwise not a problem. The service has been good. It was a good process, they came on the day they had planned on at the time and they completed it during the day and the project manager kept us informed along the way was what we needed to do.

Definitely I would recommend them. I still haven't received my little monitor that they told me was supposed to be there last week of June. Trust with the company could be better. Installation was all done in one day. When they came they did put everything up there so that was very good.

I like the way they designed it. Each panel has its own inverter. The long range is very good. It was expensive but that is helped with the tax credit. It is a really good company. I called any time I have questions. It took a little longer than I thought it would to get it installed but it was worth it.

The only time I used customer service they had really quick response and they fixed the problem. I didn't have any problem doing the installation are anything after that. It was great. That was really no issues, the team was quite flexible. We had to cancel once and they just rescheduled it very well and it was it was pretty quick. The monitoring is not great. Sunpower doesn't really give us a lot of feedback on how much we consume per day. They were good to respond every time we needed that help.

The staff is always available to keep me in the loop. They always acted very professional whenever I was dealing with him. I think we've got the premium panels that are currently available the wifi connectivity as far as keeping me abreast of how the system is functioning is very easy to use and usually all the feedback that I need regarding the status of the entire system and separate fee from the generate unit that give me updates as needed.

Sales rep paid attention to details and was not pushy. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the product. The product is quality and it is a good value. They were really fast getting it put up. I thought it was going to take longer but they had it done in a day. They were very thorough. There was no inconvenience to me in any way.

Once my paperwork was done all went every smoothly They are great panels. The installations looks very clean. It looks nice on the house. I m super happy with the customer service. They are always available for questions. They get back to me as soon as possible.

It was fully installed with a day with like a month to get it commissioned. I think their panels are the best in the industry. The battery is new so it is really good. Everything is awesome. They were really helpful all the way through. I had some questions early on and they were great.
