Everytime I've had a question it's always been answered pretty quickly. Install went great, it took a little long but that's because a lot of people are getting to work. We signed the contract and we waited for permits and everything went as smooth as can be. Everything's working properly, we've only been up and running for about a month but everything is working well and properly. Everybody did a great job.

It was very speedy and and very professional. The follow ups after the installation was was done really fast and and we're looking forward to referring them to other friends and family. It's been a great experience so far. It's just the best, I know that I shopped around and the warranties by making a manufacturing your own products they have better quality control and so far that reflects in the products overall output. It was seamless, it was one day in and out and the system was up and wasn't running but it was it was all installed so I was very impressed with the speed and instant installation. Very clean. They were all very attentive and they were able to fix my problem every time I've ever called they were able to address it and get it corrected almost immediately.

I think they were they were installing for about two days, it went pretty easy and they didn't have any issues. Overall, excellent company. They did a good job and their customer service was good. I think Sunpower is a great company, I can't recommend them highly enough. The amount of power that is produced seems to be excellent. I'm very pleased. The installer came and put everything up on the roof, he did a really great job and he was one that was recommended by Sunpower. I have no complaints whatsoever. Anytime I have a question or needed help Sunpower is there to help me. When our home was damaged Sunpower was really helpful in getting our system cleaned up and back online and working.

Any time I've ever called they help me out and made the whole process easier. They took care of the permits and everything, the product management. It didn't take him long to get it all installed but the guys who install were professional and left the area clean and everything was all good. We only had one need to call customer service and it was immediately handled. They told us ahead of time what would happen step by step all the way through the process and it happened exactly as they said. We've had other equipment on a previous home and didn't have that kind of positive results that we have today. I'm pleased with the product I'm happy with everything.

It was expensive but I believe that we're going to get a substantial pay back on that system over the next you know fifteen twenty years so I think it was a very good investment for us. It went very smoothly exactly as expected and was done in no time. My questions are always answered promptly and I know when I need some information I can get it very quickly and easily.

I think it's doing a fine job. The installation process was fantastic and when they came they had a plan and we had a discussion as to my thoughts on the plan and we came to a compromise and they were more than happy to to listen to to my needs and desires. I've had it for about a year. and I haven't had any problems. I think it's a company that's worth while dealing with this and I like their rebates like there is standard for customers and hopefully I can continue to to recommend other people to some fellow and for some benefits for some rebates.

I'm quite happy with it. Installation was very smooth, they came on Friday they started they put up the steel rails but they couldn't do anything else and they work on some electricity and then it came on Monday and Tuesday and they finished on Tuesday and they connected me and it worked. I was very, very happy with them. I used aim power which is a local company and they were just superb in every way. They made commitments when they would come and they came on time they did everything professionally it was a pleasure working with them.

There's been a couple of things I've run into that still haven't been quite figured out but or working on it. They are a great group of folks to work with and even though we've been in the pandemic the guy's got in here and got everything done in a timely manner and addressed any issues that cropped up and I can't complain.

They answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. Salesman and electricians were all very good to work with, the electricians were awesome. The only issue I had is when they buried the wire underground, to me looks like crap but it doesn't affect function or anything. SO far it is producing very well. Every salesman and electrician and installer was very knowledgeable and did good work.

The manager that I worked with saw the project from the beginning to end and if he wasn't available at the time he got right back to me. It was very convenient the way he just really controls everything witout too much interventions and he took care of whatever difficulties there were. They did a good job. They went basically above and beyond to get the system installed. I've been getting almost a hundred percent power since it's been installed.

They did good work, I'm really happy with it. It seems to be excellent, performing well. They told me it might take two days, was completed in one day and the crew was fantastic and it was up and running. They were a little bit pricey compared to some of the others but with the rebate I guess that was ultimately comparable. At every step I received information confirmation emails and told me exactly what was going on with the delays were if there were some from the city, so on and so forth.

Any questions I had they were always there and if they don't answer they always give me a call back within a reasonable amount of time. It was fairly simple, more than anything it was just waiting for approval for the permit and all that, everything was pretty straightforward. I haven't had any issues with it. I liked the way they came out and explained it to me in my initial dealing with them. They worked with me on the cost. I've had it for over a year now and we've really liked it. They're a big company with a lot of financial backing. The consultant was fantastic. She was easy to understand and explained things better than other sellers. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. If there was an issue, they fixed it right it away. We had a problem with the inspection and they took care of resolving it and getting it reinspected. It was very organized. It works like it is supposed to. We are getting the power we are supposed to.

Installation was kind of slow, the parts that were promised could be in quicker and just kind of took a little extra time to get it all set up. SunPower delivers what it promises. I'm getting the KwH I expected and have had no issues with the panels of the inter-connect with the utility company. Since the panels have been operational just under 3 months it's hard to tell my exact savings, but so far I've paid less than 15% of what I would have paid without solar panels. The panels look good on my roof. If you want to track your savings SunPower has a great app and website, and downloadable spreadsheets showing the solar power produced and your usage which nets out to what you either imported or exported from/to the utility company.

Didn’t go as quickly as I would have liked but I am glad it is done. It took a long time for the permitting to get taken care of. It is probably going to happen no matter who you go with. I think it is the city. My installer was my cousin. He stands behind the panels. I trust them. I am happy with the installation. The loan was a little more than I would have liked.

So far it is doing what is should be doing. I haven’t had any issues. I think it is working great. It took a little longer than I wanted to install it. There were a few issues. The company that did the installation didn’t do everything to code so they had to come back multiple times so it took like two months before the system could be turned on. Customer service is good about answering me for whatever I need.

Excellent overall experience--from planning through finished product, they did a great job. They designed a system to meet my needs and installed the panels in a way that is very pleasing. Unlike many solar systems where the tracks are sticking out from the edges and pipes are all over the roof, Sunpower delivers a super tight install. Our neighbor referred them because they were happy with them. We also researched and found they have the best equipment. It is easy to use. We did have an issue where the reporting wasn't correct at first but they came out in about a week and made sure everything was reporting correctly. I like the way it looks and I think the way it functions is very good right now. It went very well when they put it up, I was amazed. Right now the app is saying that one or more devices isn't working properly and I texted them and emailed them and I haven't heard nothing yet. I'm still producing energy but the app is saying something that it shouldn't be saying or something is really not working.

When my system had some issues, I contact customer service and they gave me very quick responses and took care of me. They cared about my needs and fixed everything. The installation went smoothly and the installers were amazing. They did everything as planned and went above and beyond. One thing I wish I had was access to the panel level statistics that tell me if a panel is underperforming or if something's gone wrong. I don't like having to rely on someone at the company to find something that is wrong because I'd rather report that myself.

Rating a 5 on two parts. Part 1 is based on the work of Freedom Solar and their representative, Jonathan B, that helped in providing information, working the paperwork, and the installation. Great Service! Part 2 is on SunPower itself. Based on reviews of their products, seemed to be the best quality for the cost. I was interested in making sure the components all work together which is where SunPower excels. Additionally, solar panels degrade. SunPower's are slower on the degradation than many others and the output warranty ensures that standard is met.

Products are very good but watch who you hire to put in your SunPower system. The contractor we had did not communicate well and did not have a good knowledge of SunPower's rebates. We actually did our own rebate after our contractor told us we did not qualify. Contractor also cut through our electronic dog fence and never repaired it. Very poor contractor but the SunPower product is excellent up to this point

As a scientist, I did a great deal of research on the technology involved, as well as the company producing the panels. I felt that Sunpower provided the best option, at a price point that was acceptable. Additionally, the installation company representative was great - attentive, answered my questions, got back to me quickly with answers if he didn't know something immediately.

We are totally glad we chose SunPower as there were several Solar companies that spoke to us but only Sun Power could answer all our questions with very knowledgeable sales agent who explained everything in detail for us oldies who had trble understanding and really appreciate all our service contacts that followed were just as courteous and professional. We had one follow up necessary and the customer service and tech who came out reprd the problem within a couple of hours. The service is also outstanding. We do not question our choice at all.!!

It was easy from the beginning. After interviewing 4 solar installation companies I settled on Sunpower. They were the most honest in answering my questions and were thorough in explaining the system and monthly costs. Installation was quick and smooth. The system looks integrated on my roof, like it belongs there. The electrical systems parts were neatly assembled on the backside of my home. All in all it was very neatly done. The whole experience was easier than I would have imagined.

Sunpower has one of the best panels on the market today. The panels i had put on my roof are working great. The problem i have is with the monitoring. My system was upgraded on march 16th without my knowlege and my system stopped reporting to the monitoring website. When I reported that I could not check my system I was told that a new firmware was installed and I needed to power cycle the pvs6 component and that should fix the issue. I was also told that I needed to create a new login on the new website to see the monitoring system. I created the new account and installed the app on my phone. I do not like this new monitoring website or system. I can not see that any new information and the site is constanly not allowing me to sign in. The old site was always available and I could see everything on the first page. I would like to see the per panel stats to see how each one is working not just the total system output. To sum up I like the solar system but I dislike the monitoring and customer support.

They are that good. The work is clean , looks great. Hadn't had it one year yet but so far so good. I have the Sunpower 415 watt system. Panels come with inverter built onto back of panels. Pretty cool to know that i have the same panels that powered the solar plane. To sum it up , Sunpower is just kick ass. The team for installation was from Freedom Solar. Go look them up, then go look at the work they have done. ( MIC drops ) The End

The quality of interaction I had with SunPower, from initial contact, through understanding their service, placing the order, having the panels installed, their handling all of the details of getting approval by the City and PNM, and follow-up when I had questions--was very smooth and professional. The panels have performed as expected. I have recommended them to several friends who have been considering getting photovoltaic panels installed.

I'm enjoying the quality of the panels and the customer service thus far. I realize I should have added more panels as I'm more freely utilizing my system these days. I guess there's always opportunity to add more panels in the future. We'll see as the first summer with my panels is coming up. My representative was amazing, although the iphone app leaves a lot to be desired.
