They answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. Salesman and electricians were all very good to work with, the electricians were awesome. The only issue I had is when they buried the wire underground, to me looks like crap but it doesn't affect function or anything. SO far it is producing very well. Every salesman and electrician and installer was very knowledgeable and did good work.

I'm quite happy with it. Installation was very smooth, they came on Friday they started they put up the steel rails but they couldn't do anything else and they work on some electricity and then it came on Monday and Tuesday and they finished on Tuesday and they connected me and it worked. I was very, very happy with them. I used aim power which is a local company and they were just superb in every way. They made commitments when they would come and they came on time they did everything professionally it was a pleasure working with them.

Like that it is an American company. The product is made in the United states. They are good with customer service. All my questions were an answered. I was basically given an education on solar power. It took longer than expected but it went smoothly. I like that is still provides power on a cloudy day. It makes a difference. I am happy to recommend them.

So far I've been very pleased. They have been very responsive. I've had a couple of issues and customer service was quick to look into it and solve the problems. Installation was very smooth. The guys were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The equipment is functioning correctly. It is doing what it is supposed to and saving me money on my utility bill.

Any questions I had they were always there and if they don't answer they always give me a call back within a reasonable amount of time. It was fairly simple, more than anything it was just waiting for approval for the permit and all that, everything was pretty straightforward. I haven't had any issues with it. Overall great experience with the team and the equipment.

The manager that I worked with saw the project from the beginning to end and if he wasn't available at the time he got right back to me. It was very convenient the way he just really controls everything witout too much interventions and he took care of whatever difficulties there were. They did a good job. They went basically above and beyond to get the system installed. I've been getting almost a hundred percent power since it's been installed.

They told me it might take two days, was completed in one day and the crew was fantastic and it was up and running. They were a little bit pricey compared to some of the others but with the rebate I guess that was ultimately comparable. At every step I received information confirmation emails and told me exactly what was going on with the delays were if there were some from the city, so on and so forth.

I'm very happy with them and I've recommended them to other people. When I've had problems I've called them and they come out and help me with the system. They did good work, I'm really happy with it. It seems to be excellent, performing well. The process was pretty easy, we had an initial set up on our garage and then we called them back to do it on the top roof.

They're a big company with a lot of financial backing. The consultant was fantastic. She was easy to understand and explained things better than other sellers. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. If there was an issue, they fixed it right it away. We had a problem with the inspection and they took care of resolving it and getting it reinspected. It was very organized. It works like it is supposed to. We are getting the power we are supposed to.

We're very pleased with every aspect of what sunpower did. They did what we wanted to do. Customer service is very professional and excellent. Our roof is complicated because it is covered with stones. There were lots of things that needed to be picked up and put back into place and the results were superb. I liked the way they came out and explained it to me in my initial dealing with them. They worked with me on the cost. I've had it for over a year now and we've really liked it. We have had no problems. I wish I would have done it a long time ago. The staff that installed it was nice and respectful and polite. They did a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves. We haven't needed much customer service but when we do they are right on it.

Its succeeding my expectations right now with how much power I am producing. Installation was kind of slow, the parts that were promised could be in quicker and just kind of took a little extra time to get it all set up. I am having a hard time getting a hold of my sales rep who promised me some incentive and he's not returning my emails or anything like that so that's kind of disheartening to me right now. Before he was right on top of things and now I've spent three emails to many has no response to me.

SunPower delivers what it promises. I'm getting the KwH I expected and have had no issues with the panels of the inter-connect with the utility company. Since the panels have been operational just under 3 months it's hard to tell my exact savings, but so far I've paid less than 15% of what I would have paid without solar panels. The panels look good on my roof. If you want to track your savings SunPower has a great app and website, and downloadable spreadsheets showing the solar power produced and your usage which nets out to what you either imported or exported from/to the utility company.

My sales person made me feel comfortable with my choice. They were not pushy, which made me chose this company. They were also upfront and honest. Customer service is really good. Didn’t go as quickly as I would have liked but I am glad it is done. It took a long time for the permitting to get taken care of. It is probably going to happen no matter who you go with. I think it is the city. My installer was my cousin. He stands behind the panels. I trust them. I am happy with the installation. The loan was a little more than I would have liked.

So far it is doing what is should be doing. I haven’t had any issues. I think it is working great. It took a little longer than I wanted to install it. There were a few issues. The company that did the installation didn’t do everything to code so they had to come back multiple times so it took like two months before the system could be turned on. Customer service is good about answering me for whatever I need.

Excellent overall experience--from planning through finished product, they did a great job. They designed a system to meet my needs and installed the panels in a way that is very pleasing. Unlike many solar systems where the tracks are sticking out from the edges and pipes are all over the roof, Sunpower delivers a super tight install. The system is delivering excellent results and we are very pleased.

Our neighbor referred them because they were happy with them. We also researched and found they have the best equipment. It is easy to use. We did have an issue where the reporting wasn't correct at first but they came out in about a week and made sure everything was reporting correctly. I thought it was great that they responded right away. I am pleased.

I like the way it looks and I think the way it functions is very good right now. It went very well when they put it up, I was amazed. Right now the app is saying that one or more devices isn't working properly and I texted them and emailed them and I haven't heard nothing yet. I'm still producing energy but the app is saying something that it shouldn't be saying or something is really not working.

When my system had some issues, I contact customer service and they gave me very quick responses and took care of me. They cared about my needs and fixed everything. The installation went smoothly and the installers were amazing. They did everything as planned and went above and beyond. One thing I wish I had was access to the panel level statistics that tell me if a panel is underperforming or if something's gone wrong. I don't like having to rely on someone at the company to find something that is wrong because I'd rather report that myself.

Rating a 5 on two parts. Part 1 is based on the work of Freedom Solar and their representative, Jonathan B, that helped in providing information, working the paperwork, and the installation. Great Service! Part 2 is on SunPower itself. Based on reviews of their products, seemed to be the best quality for the cost. I was interested in making sure the components all work together which is where SunPower excels. Additionally, solar panels degrade. SunPower's are slower on the degradation than many others and the output warranty ensures that standard is met.

From the start everyone has been very helpful. They took the time to explain the process. My son was helping me with the process and the salesman was willing to confer with him over the phone. We recently had to have the converter replaced in one of the panels. I was impressed that because of constant monitoring the prooblem was taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend SunPower

Products are very good but watch who you hire to put in your SunPower system. The contractor we had did not communicate well and did not have a good knowledge of SunPower's rebates. We actually did our own rebate after our contractor told us we did not qualify. Contractor also cut through our electronic dog fence and never repaired it. Very poor contractor but the SunPower product is excellent up to this point

We are totally glad we chose SunPower as there were several Solar companies that spoke to us but only Sun Power could answer all our questions with very knowledgeable sales agent who explained everything in detail for us oldies who had trble understanding and really appreciate all our service contacts that followed were just as courteous and professional. It was easy from the beginning. After interviewing 4 solar installation companies I settled on Sunpower. They were the most honest in answering my questions and were thorough in explaining the system and monthly costs. Installation was quick and smooth. The system looks integrated on my roof, like it belongs there. The electrical systems parts were neatly assembled on the backside of my home. All in all it was very neatly done. The whole experience was easier than I would have imagined.

Sunpower has one of the best panels on the market today. The panels i had put on my roof are working great. The problem i have is with the monitoring. My system was upgraded on march 16th without my knowlege and my system stopped reporting to the monitoring website. When I reported that I could not check my system I was told that a new firmware was installed and I needed to power cycle the pvs6 component and that should fix the issue. I was also told that I needed to create a new login on the new website to see the monitoring system. I created the new account and installed the app on my phone. I do not like this new monitoring website or system. I can not see that any new information and the site is constanly not allowing me to sign in. The old site was always available and I could see everything on the first page. I would like to see the per panel stats to see how each one is working not just the total system output. To sum up I like the solar system but I dislike the monitoring and customer support.

They are that good. The work is clean , looks great. Hadn't had it one year yet but so far so good. I have the Sunpower 415 watt system. Panels come with inverter built onto back of panels. Pretty cool to know that i have the same panels that powered the solar plane. To sum it up , Sunpower is just kick ass. The team for installation was from Freedom Solar. Go look them up, then go look at the work they have done. ( MIC drops ) The End

Great product that is reliable. This is our second purchase of SunPower products. The first was to reduce our carbon footprint some 10 years ago, this time I wanted to add battery back-up and needed additional panels to ensure the batteries would be fully charged. It works very well here in Florida and I don't really understand why Solar is not required for new buildings given the amount of sun we enjoy, great way to conserve energy.

I actually interviewed 3 companies and the SunPower Maxeon monocrystalline panels were the best product offered, because of their high efficiency rating and durability along with the 25 year warranty on the system. Jason the sales rep, provided detailed information on the products along with my concerns on batteries and the competition which I verified. Solar technology continues to evolve and improve, I believe it is important to be as close to the leading edge when making purchasing decisions seeing these panels will be utilized for many years.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I got sold on a solar lease that sounded great but turns out to be complete hassle. Had roof leaks multiple times due to installation issue that sunpower confirmed and stated they would reimburse me for. Was told in April of 2024 to have repairs done. Submitted receipts and was told payment was authorized and would be sent. I never received that $5250. Now I’m being told due to the bankruptcy that I may not receive my payment. We are a single income family of 6 as well as a disabled veteran. This is how they treat their clients. But don’t worry, I still have to pay my lease payments. For what, they don’t keep up on their end of the deal why should I. Complete scam. I wish I could tear this system off my house. I probably still won’t get an answer on my Payment after this review.

I loved the sales team (Alex) from the Orlando Home Improvement show. On site the day of install and solved an issue when the installers put screw in out newly installed metal roof. Now several months into the install and operation they change their billing, out sourced, to another company. Now it is our problem to change and setup our automatic payments to another company. And guess what, to start out we are late in making payments. No the automatic payment out of our credit union cleared on 7/10/2024 the payment due date. Sunpower has no idea where it is. Awesome transition SUNPOWER!!!! YOU ARE RIGHT THERE WITH THE BULLSHIT SOLAR COMPANY WE HAD IN CALIFORNIA, Green day. AT THIS POINT DID NOT THINK ANYONE COULD MATCH THEIR INEPT ABILITIES.

They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It went great. They came out in a couple days, had the holes up and another couple days they had the wires run and the panel's on, so it was very quick, very concise. I've been pleased with it so far.

It was difficult. Install was probably the most difficult part. Part of it was not on Sun Power but on local communities trying to get things approved. But I think part of it was not understanding the landscape when the team was going to arrive and when equipment was going to arrive and where I was going to be staged and and so forth. So there was a little bit of lack of collaboration and if I had not had some foresight that could have been a major mess, but we were able to work through that part. The installation itself, once it got going, was done probably in record time compared to other homes that I had heard from him. The guy that the main lead that installed. However, once the install was done, it took forever. Matter of fact, just recently did I actually have things working. So I guess what I'm saying in a nutshell is that last fall when we set all this up, it was determined that I would probably be getting installed sometime March, April and rolling along there and and literally it was just July before things actually got turned on.

There has not been any follow up since it was installed and we had a hookup problem that I had to call them to come fix. Once I instigate communication, then they're on it, but they do not follow up outside of that, no training, no nothing. We were missing a part so solar was not working until that part came, or the app was not working until that part came, and then we had to do some adjustments after that.

I haven't had any issues and it looks great. They were in and out of here in two days. They were here probably six hours each day. It was pretty fast and convenient. Can't really beat it. Anytime I've called with any questions they giving me answers right away.

It has all worked as advertised. The installation of the solar panels was quite and the people involved in the installation who came to the house were also nice and unobtrusive. They have always been quite responsive and pleasant in helping to solve any problems that arose.
