Absolute nightmare with this solar panel company. Wrong color panels, a mess left around my property, property damage, and a missing item from my garage. No response from them, and I'm stuck dealing with the aftermath. Avoid at all costs!

With the panels provided based on my energy consumption I'm only at around 17 percent Entergy independent.i assume they miss calculated the amount of panels I needed. I'm disappointed my solar system doesn't put out more kwh's. Also i never received my 500$ gift card even after calling about it.

For this, I cannot even give one star from the unprofessional sales people to the unprofessional follow up people with scheduling to the inactivity for months until I can get my solar system running, and the fact that I have not been taught how to read, operate, or do anything with the solar system since it’s been turned on is a joke

A few days after the inverter was replaced, the battery stopped working. No one will answer calls or respond to emails/texts…I have had the same experience with the entity that installed the battery a couple of years ago…it is beyond rationale as to how these people remain in business!

They put a hold on my living room ceiling. When they sent a guy to patch it, I didn’t get a good feeling that it was going to look right.. now I have to replace my entire ceiling. They send me $700.00 to cover the damage to the hole but what a disaster! Not something I needed to deal with before the holidays. I do not recommend.

This has been a 3 year nightmare. We paid 70 thousands dollars and the system work for 3 week. It haven't worked since. We've begged to have it repaired and we are told they do not have technicians to fix it. It's been a 3 year nightmare

Came to install new parts on my Generac battery, my battery stopped charging after the service. Techs left and now still waiting for service call back just for scheduling. My best guess would be more waiting after scheduling to get it fix, eventually, maybe………..?
