Some Customer service agents do not know how to live in the solution and stonewall getting customers up the management chain to seek resolution. They repeatedly tell you no and give the scripted apology “I am sorry”. Upper management needs to know unresolved issues so you can improve your processes & procedures. There’s a disconnect between several phone calls and what is entered in the system ~ the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Ultimately I had to start from ground Zero with each phone call. The service tech that replaced inverter is amazing ~ prompt, courteous and communicated well. You need to give this guy a Bonus ~ he’s probably taking a LOT of crap from frustrated customers who have had negative experiences with Customer Service.

It’s an excellent company. They provide a thorough consultation. Installation was made within the established lead time, even a few days earlier. Systems performs 100%. I save $200 every month in energy bill. The only thing I regret, is not purchasing earlier. With all the hurricanes and power outages, It works wonders.

**Rating: 3 out of 5 stars** The process of having my solar roof installed was a mixed bag. The journey began with the crew arriving without the necessary tools and workforce, causing a delay in project completion. However, the second time around, the team displayed great efficiency. My major disappointment lies in the aesthetic aspect of the installation. The sales representative did not inform me about the metal conduit that now runs up the side of my house and garage, which affects the overall appearance negatively. Although a solution of painting it was proposed, I am yet to receive a follow-up from the sales team about this. While the installation crew demonstrated high professionalism, I feel the upper management and sales team could improve their communication and customer focus. The sales personnel seem to prioritize their interests over clear and comprehensive customer service. Overall, the experience could have been better organized and more customer-centric.

So far, so great. Getting a new roof this Friday on my house and garage. Had some electric work done to prep for the solar panels and 2 back-up (generator style) batteries installed. Ever single sales person, customer service, laborer etc I have dealt with has been courteous and professional.

Just got the solar panels installed about a month or two ago, and turned on this week with no issues (to my knowledge). I suppose my only critique would be, that during the township inspection, the Sunnova tech/rep waited (in his vehicle) for the inspector to arrive for their scheduled appt for hours. Apparently the inspector showed up for 10 mins then left. Then the Sunnova tech/rep went back in his vehicle for another hour, and then he left. I was not home at the time, but my mother and wife were and said nobody came to the door.

Sunnyvale is taking over for the failed Power Home Solar/Pink Energy. It won't take much effort to do better than PHS/PE. However, my initial impression of Sunnova is positive. While I'm not having any issues at the moment, they have sent two crews to check things on my system. Both crews were friendly and professional. It's nice that Sunnova is checking for known issues before I have a problem.

Got system pretty early. The thought of bringing my light bill from $125 a month to under $20. Irks for me. I had two dogs at home and kept AC on from Noon till I reached home from work, bill still ran under $20. During COVID worked at home and AC ran all summer. No change in bill. Sunnova calls you if they see a problem and send tech out right away.
